This is a former Ibis hotel. The decor is modest, but it's clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and there's a supermarket nearby. Parking is in the hotel courtyard. The young Portuguese at reception is beyond reproach, a real expert.

Amazing service - clean facilities- staff helpful - just amazing overall stay - food was amazing at the restaurant- was staying during afcon and even with the hustle and bustle of the hotel being a host for a football club . The hotel was exceptionally amazing - walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants

Great stay overall. The location is perfect, right inside the medina. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was rich and very tasty. The only small issue was that the hot water was a bit limited, so showers need to be quick, but the water temperature was good. What really impressed us was how kind the host was. We had to leave early on our second day and could not stay for breakfast, so he prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was packed very carefully and was perfect for the road. The homestay is in the old city, it is relatively deep, and some are not easy to find, especially we arrived at night. No one in the small alley is a cat, but I panic. Entering the homestay, it is a traditional North African residence with a large patio, very unique, the room is very quiet, there is a unique flavor of Arabic spices. Especially recommended is the local special breakfast prepared by the boss and the proprietress. Dining on the roof terrace is really an exotic style, the overall recommendation!

The experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :) I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast

The staff were very kind. They even came to pick me up when I went to the riad, so I was able to get there without getting lost. After checking out, they accompanied me to catch a taxi and told the driver where to go, so I was able to get around without any trouble. The building was also very beautiful, and breakfast felt luxurious. It's also conveniently located near the Blue Gate. It was a great stay.

The staff was kind and very comfortable. There was no hair dryer in the room, but when I asked the staff, I was able to borrow it for free. Also, the breakfast was delicious. I recommend it.

Every time I come to meknes, I stay at this hotel. The front desk service is not good and the breakfast is very good. There will be a party every weekend, and the renewal needs to be timely.

We stayed four nights in Fes and experienced three different Riads. This was our absolute favorite and the most satisfying. The owner is a true gentleman, providing professional, attentive, and thorough service. We felt treated like guests in a high-end hotel, not like we were intruding into someone's home. This Riad isn't the largest, but it's the cleanest; everything was spotless, the bedding wasn't damp, and it felt ancient yet not outdated. You could tell the owner put a lot of care into every detail. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! The croissants and small pancakes were just incredible. I originally planned to try a different Riad every day, but because the experience here was so great, I booked an extra night. The price was also the best! The other two Riads I booked were only a 3-5 minute walk away and both more expensive, yet their service, cleanliness, and hospitality weren't as good as this one. Highly recommend!
