Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.

Location is great.
Friendly personel.
Towels seem a bit old and stained.
I GOT SICK with Breakfast, the chicken tinga was from the day before and had a rancid taste.
It is about 6 minutes walk from the bus terminal in Bayadrid. The staff at the front desk was very nice. Unlike the exterior of the hotel, it feels very gorgeous when you go inside. There was a pool and the garden was beautiful. The room was large and the bed was large and clean. It was a very reasonable price.

The facilities are new and sanitary. They are cleaned every day. The staff are super patient and very good. I went straight to check in at 8 o'clock that morning and didn't say anything. I gave full marks to this point. The location of the hotel is pretty good in Merida. It’s probably more convenient to drive next to the main street of the boulevard and not far from the bus station. I don’t know why Ctrip scores so low.

The hotel building is very distinctive, it was booked temporarily, the front desk service was enthusiastic, and the rooms were good. The hotel has its own restaurant. Breakfast is available. There are different choices. There is a small market next to the hotel. The Chinese fast food inside is good. I ate it twice. , Crossing the road is the church, the location of the hotel is very good, the yard is a parking lot, there is a swimming pool, elevators, the service staff are also very enthusiastic, meet and live to say hello
The location of the hotel is a little bit biased, but it is also very convenient to walk to the city center. There are small mini shops around. The facilities in the room can also meet the needs and the service is more enthusiastic.
Amazing stay – Highly recommended!
This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there.
They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring.
Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserHorrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

LLiI stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive. The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.
GGuest UserJust average, service like a hotel, close to the resort beach, and the dinosaur museum. Only took a photo of the room because there is no holiday atmosphere.
The hotel I stayed the night before was better, and my friend booked it. I stayed one more night, but the hotel was full, so I booked this one. In contrast, it is not as good as before.
PPinkShoshannaThe staff has been super helpful in accommodating our requests when we asked to change the rooms and more towels. They also recommended places to visit nearby. The location is very busy: in front of the ado station you have the option to jump directly in a bus but the neighbourhood is of course what it is around a station. Very close to the market, you need to walk 20’ to the central square to find the pretty part of merida. Clean was clean, but the amenities have to be reviewed: no mirror in the room, very small sink, the window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed and there was no hairdryer.
GGuest UserWhat a great little capsul hostel. It’s a little way from the main areas in Merida, but only a 10-15 min walk, so fine overall. The place it spotlessly clean. You get towel and bedding. The doors in the capsule lock which is great for a sense of security and they are very private. The aircon can be a bit aggressive so ask for a blanket which they have. I don’t have the waffles in the end, but I smashed the free coffee and tea ! Staff were soo very welcoming and kind to me. I would highly recommend this accommodation either for a short or long stay. Get it booked !
GGuest UserThe pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
GGuest UserIncredible location! Close to ADO bus station and a lovely street which is all lit up & pedestrianised in the evening! Absolutely amazing ********* breakfast - great change from tacos, owners kindly gave us a take-away breakfast when we left early for Chichen Itza too which was incredibly kind! Basic room but very reasonable and had everything we needed with plenty of hanging space!
