I was shocked downstairs and thought it was a residential building, but when I came in, I was suddenly enlightened. There are not a few rooms in the hotel, very boutique. The interior decoration is the common standard of domestic high-end hotels, not amazing, but the view from the terrace is amazing, Jacuzzi is a plus
This hotel probably has the best view in Queenstown. It is very beautiful and quiet. The non-dairy desserts in the restaurant are also delicious. This is the best hotel I stayed in during this trip to New Zealand.
Clean and tidy, warm service. The hotel is small with only nine small houses, good privacy. There is Ms. Bella who speaks Chinese, very warm. The hotel can pick you up in the town, and a taxi from the town is only about 15 yuan. It is a very good hotel suitable for vacation, lying flat in the hotel. The weather has been bad these days, and I only saw the stars in the sky one night. Anyway, it is a very good resort hotel.
Environment: The most important thing is the environment. It is right in the center of Queenstown. Open the window and you will see the largest lake.
Facilities: There is a small happy hour living room with many Chinese elements and a wide variety of wines.
Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but water easily flows out of the bathing area
Service: The young lady who received me in Queenstown on the first day was very enthusiastic.
Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself.
Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night.
Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk.
Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.
Right outside the door is a stunning lake view, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It has all the amenities you could need, including a kitchen for self-catering. We stayed for three days and were very satisfied, though room cleaning was a bit slow, and you need to inform the front desk in advance for breakfast.
The hotel charges the service fee forcibly from the credit card.
Our family had dinner at the hotel. The hotel waiter thought that we were foreigners and the English was not good. The bill was wrong. We checked the price one by one and they changed it.
Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The soundproofing is very poor, and there is a nightclub nearby that plays very loud music late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. For those who drive, can park on the roadside across the street for free after 6pm. In addition, the shower water pressure was very low, which was disappointing.
This Queenstown hotel came highly recommended, and after personally staying for two nights, I can confirm it's truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful with my luggage, and the lady at the front desk gave a very detailed introduction to all the hotel's amenities. The laundry room and dryer were a definite highlight, especially for a long trip. The views from both the room and the lobby were also stunning.

Very Good
AaaaaaronwhyClean room, great locations. Easy to take a public transport to the airport, and arrowtown. Only needs a 10-15 mins walk to the town center.
SSakib009The location is just 10-12 minutes walk from Airport and car rentals are within 2-5 min drive. Service is average but facilities is good including car parking and late night checking. In my case the dishwasher was out of work and hotel doesn’t comply it for 5 days of my stay, there is no fault I seen from trip.com as their customer service was tried their best to communicate with Ramada hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent service and boasts new facilities. The rooms are incredibly quiet, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. I highly recommend staying here when you visit New Zealand. The amenities are comprehensive, and the self-check-in and check-out process is very smart. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation during your travels.
KKhoThe place is spacious and the location is excellent. It is right next to the main road. After watching the little penguins, you can buy fast food nearby before returning to the hostel. The room is spacious and there are staff on duty at night. You can park at the door, which is very convenient
HHuobatuThe hotel environment is particularly good, the proprietress is a Chinese sister, especially good, give me milk, it is very quiet, and very close to the scenic spot, there is a McDonald's and gas station ten meters away, there is a fish and chips 100 meters away, and the Chinese are also delicious but not friendly. In short, the hotel is very clean, the location is good, convenient and fast, parking is very convenient
MMonica MartesanoThe view from our room was amazing. However, there was a beam in the room that obstructed the perfect shot, which made the pictures look annoying. The bed was quite dusty, with dust particles visible on the white linens. Additionally, the room was very small, and the online photos were misleading. The toilet was not clean, the room service only replaced the bath towels on the second day and did not perform basic dusting or vacuuming, which is expected in a hotel setting, not an Airbnb. Overall, the view was the only aspect that made our stay enjoyable.
AAnonymous UserBooked a lake view room, which was quite nice. The location is very convenient if you have a rental car, and there are also boats to the city center. It has a kitchen, which is very handy. Excellent value for money, especially if you have a car. Parking costs 16.50 per day.
GGuest UserBooked a room came with balcony, spectacular view. Few mins walk to bus stop, can just get on bus to downtown or airport easily. Even walking to downtown just 10 - 15 mins. And local tour would stop in front of the hotel, saving walking and finding the stop.
::))We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!
TTortelliniIt’s a huge hostel in the prime part of queenstown so it’s a mixed bag on who you’ll be sharing a room with. There isn’t really anywhere to put your things in the room and need your own lock for the small safety cabinets, and sharing 2-4 outlets with everyone in the room, but it’s clean and the bed is fine.
