Hotels With Bars in Dhofar, Oman

Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.

Very nice hotel in ideal location. It is on the Mwasalat airport bus route. You can easily see the building from outside and there is a mosque almost opposite two minutes walk. There is a restaurant next door selling reasonable price food and bakery items. For Asian food, English tea or burgers and chips there is a very nice coffee shop if you take two rights out of the hotel. Grocery shops are within walking distance as is the Sultan Qaboos mosque. In fact if you like walking like me then it's easy to visit the beach, hafa souq, fruit market, The hotel has a nice exterior, fresh coffee in the lobby and a nice frankincense fragrance. The receptionists are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and there is a laundry service too. There is disabled access outside and a lift for ease of daily use for everyone. The room was clean with bathroom and free soap and tissue paper. There was a fridge in the room and tv. Most of the rooms have windows. Mine didn't but the manager offered to swap it. I stayed as it was good for sleep and it has a mini window for light. Anyway I cannot complain as the manager was so helpful. The bed was just right for me and the linen was fresh( I didn't take a photo as my photos was all taken last minute) It was nice and clean overall and the pace of Salalah is just right for me and plenty of walking opportunities. Many Arab people stay here too. It is one of the better hotels due to the bus route and the location. I am glad I found it on this app. The price was good too

The facility was very large, so on one hand, it offers many amenities (a spa, tennis and paddle courts, beach volleyball, and numerous restaurants), but on the other, it's difficult to find and reach them all. A map would be helpful to clearly show you where to go! The food in the restaurants is quite good, and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly!

A beautiful resort in every detail, especially its ocean view, pools, and food. The refined treatment from the reception staff, and I particularly want to mention Mr. Dahi (Egyptian nationality), a manager at the reception, who was wonderful and cooperative. He made me want to extend my stay instead of moving to another hotel. So, a big thank you to him for his advice and excellent treatment. Truly, the resort is very, very beautiful in every detail.

Al Baleed Resort has great location with miles of unspoilt white sand beach. Eating options are limited to only 3 restaurants. The breakfast at the Salkana restaurant is extremely good with great service from all the staff. However, the dinner buffet for the Indian night was below average with some dishes that did NOT do justice to the Indian Cuisine. There is much room for improvement on food quality and taste. The Al Mina restaurant (Mediterranean Cuisine) was very disappointing in terms of vegetarian options and general service. On one occasion we had to wait 40 minutes before even the bread & olive oil were brought to the table!

К сожалению, при нашем заселении в номере пятизвездочного отеля не оказалось ни тапочке, ни халата, ни принадлежностей. Принесли только после просьбы. Питание достаточно однообразное и скудное. За едой выстраивается очередь. Персонал не успевает убирать столики за посетителями , напитки легче взять самим, чем дождаться, когда их принесут. Напитки подают только в строго отведанное время с 12 до 15 в баре у бассейна и с 12 до 18 по пятницам. В кафе в лобби все платно. При этом обмен денег на стойке ресепшн невозможен , нужно идти в лавку, в которой обязательно что-то надо купить. Лежаков у бассейна не хватает, но здесь не вина отеля, а отдыхающих, которые занимают места и не приходят. Пляж находится немного в отдалении - можно доехать на багги или дойти пешком. Иногда и на пляже не хватает лежаков. Анимации нет, только на итальянском для итальянцев. Для итальянцев отдельный ресторан. Персонал дружелюбный, на стойке ресепшн говорят на русском. В целом , пребывание в отеле достаточно комфортное. Белый песок и лазурное море сгладили недочеты.

Very beautiful hotel - very beautiful villa with private swimming pool. Very spacious room - with sea view The breakfast is complete and very good! The restaurant for the dinner is also very good! The hotel is located just a few minutes from Mirbat - at a good time of Salalah. This is a perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. You can get everywhere by bus, and Google Maps shows all the routes and times. There are plenty of places to walk around, and you can even walk to the beach. However, if you're looking for a beach vacation, this isn't the spot; the beach is more for strolls. Let me tell you, if you want good service, go to Hilton. I've stayed with this chain many times in different countries, and their standards are truly excellent.

Great hotel in a new tourist area, but very clean and perfect for relaxation (except the guests of the very large neighborhoods that stole early in the morning all the rests on the beach which must be absolutely improved, But we went soon:) pleasant breakfast without too many people with the kind Nerage and the excellent chef Moataz who prepared eggs in any way always excellent! We had a nice view of the sea, but some nights the music was feeling a little high, the cloaks are not very good and even the door of the room let the noise of the general conditioning plant enter, But he was not more than so irritating to us, a special mention of the always careful and smile Rasha and Murad for gentleness and excellent cleaning.
