"This is our second stay at Grand Westside and we’ve always enjoyed our stay. Best part was the Breakfast buffet which the whole family loved!! Only mishap was when I asked for grace period at check out time (12nn) and was told of a 30min, otherwise we’ll be charged of p1,500. We rushed from our swim to make it on time, then upon check out we were informed of extension til 2pm :-( Since we were all packed we decided to leave, with regret of the one hour more ‘could have enjoyed swimming more’ :-) The front desks should be more consistent in information. Should we go back again? Still a YES, now we know we can extend til 2pm FOC."

"We stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila for a concert at MOA Arena, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very accessible to the mall and the surrounding area, which made getting around especially convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. On the downside, the TV is not a Smart TV, so streaming options are limited, and the swimming pool is quite small. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, especially for those attending events at MOA Arena or looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area."

"Pretty good hotel - they offered us a free upgrade due to the conditions of the old building. However, even in the newer building - you can tell some parts are worn off (I wouldn't fault the management for this as the Philippines infastructure is just not as great as a first world country - as an example). I would still highly recommend this hotel as the service is very good. Porter helped us bring our luggages. Breakfast can be ordered & they get it ready fast. Its also right infront an MRT station - which you can access to go to SM Megamall or Trinoma malls within 20 to 40mins. Thanks for the stay"

"Had a really nice stay at Hyatt Regency. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The location was also very convenient, with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities — the swimming pool was nice and the gym was well equipped, so there was always something to do during our free time. And of course, the food was really good! We enjoyed the different choices and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again when we're in Manila. 😊"

"Ideal place to stay"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel’s El Nido location — the property and service were excellent, so we booked the Manila branch expecting a similar standard. Unfortunately, our experience in Manila was very disappointing. Service was extremely slow throughout our stay. The elevators took forever to arrive, and waiting for one going up or down wasted a lot of our time. When we made requests for items, they either took an unreasonably long time to arrive or never showed up at all. Twice we asked for ice, and we never received it. The in‑room safe was also broken and would not work. To be fair, the staff seemed willing to be polite, yet they did not put in enough effort to resolve guest issues or meet basic guest needs. It is a real shame to see such a big difference between two locations of the same hotel. We cannot recommend the Manila site, even though we loved El Nido."

"We enjoy tge stay, the only problem was we have to wait 2pm for check-in, So we have to roaming around and we get back around 3pm but we have to wait again for the room😅 aside from that everything is good, I like the bed comfy and extra bed is a plus. Good service and the whole staff are friendly and accommodating."
