I was met by Alexandra and she did extremely well serving me. I arrived an hour 30 minutes prior to the usual hotel check-in time at 2pm. Alexandra checked me in immediately and politely asked me to sit awhile for her to ensure all is well. Well, Alexandra keep her promise and called me up, passing on the room keys exactly at 1:05pm on the 11th Floor. Thankyou Alexandra.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived. And we already arrived late. There are a lot of people checking in. We waited for a while and because of that the receptionist offered to give us a late check out of until 2pm. When it still took sometime to prepare the rooms, she offered to extend our check out until 3pm and upgraded the 2 rooms to executive suite and junior suite without any fee, while the 2 rooms are twin bed, hence all is well. I think the housekeeping staff are either slow or undermanned. Nevertheless, the front desk staff kept on apologizing and were very nice. It’s not their fault so I understand. We just walked to Okada, then in the morning heard mass at St. John Paul II church in Aseana City. The breakfast is fine. Our stay all in all was good. Thanks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The overall ambiance was relaxing and perfect for a getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and value!

The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk. Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles. The gym was clean and equipments looked new. The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!

My overall experience was just fine. It was my first time booking an IHG hotel, and I sent a special request that unfortunately wasn’t granted — or maybe just forgotten. On the bright side, I did get to enjoy the late check-out perk, which I appreciated. Breakfast was okay, but not something I’d particularly look forward to having again. In our room, the left bedside lamp wasn’t working, and while the other lamp functioned, its protective cover was already shattered, which was a bit disappointing to see. Check-out was smooth and quick. The staff simply confirmed that payment was settled and let me drop off the room keys — they didn’t even check the room anymore! 😅 Location-wise, it’s great if you have a flight in or out of Terminal 3, since it’s within walking distance. The Newport Mall is also conveniently located just across the street.

Great service. Gym is well equipped and clean. Housekeeping is attentive and friendly. Close to century shopping centre. Did not give bathrobe for use. Otherwise, great hotel at good value.

Our overall experience was positive, as The Alpha Suites consistently delivers excellent service and amenities. This is why I always choose The Alpha Suites for gatherings or a restful stay, ensuring a great experience each time. We appreciate the spaciousness and serene views of the place. We got charge 1,500 for early check in and that’s ok with us. We badly need sleep from our trip. The place was a bit old but clean and carpet needs to be change just my suggestion because it makes the room look old. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Very good hotel, especially for layovers at NAIA. Helpful and friendly staff. Fast food and convenience stores are nearby. Extremely clean and safe hotel. If you're not used to the most urban of urban settings in SE Asia, you may have a bit of shock about the location. I would stay again for a layover.
