Firstly- getting from terminal 3 to this hotel can be a bit tricky with the road (gotta be brave and just cross) or you can go the longer way via the skybridge and walk down the road in Newport. The proximity either way is great even if you’re coming/going to other terminals as there is the free shuttle outside, along with other buses (we had a 4am bus to Clark airport so the proximity was ideal).
Check in was easy, the staff were lovely each time I interacted with them despite a brief stay. Check out was also super smooth & quick.
The room was clean and had everything you’d expect.
We ended up with an airport view which was pretty cool.
Can’t comment much on the services / facilities as was only there for barely a night, but the pool/gym area looked pretty cool from what we saw on a quick exploration.
Beds were comfy, shower was good. Overall recommended for staying near the airport- less so as a general Manila stay though, Newport ( this area) is mostly hotels and not much else to explore. There are multiple shops (Lawson, 7eleven) /and mostly fast food places nearby (go a few roads down for more local eats), along with pharmacies, supermarket etc.
I have mixed feelings regarding my recent experience. On a positive note, the accommodations themselves were excellent; the room was well-appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
However, my experience was significantly dampened by the service at the Coffee Club. I was quite dismayed by the conduct of a waiter named Joff. His service was highly inconsistent, but more concerning was the clear preferential treatment he displayed toward foreign guests. It was deeply disappointing to receive subpar attention while witnessing a much higher standard of service being reserved for others based on their background.
This level of bias is unprofessional and unwelcome. While the room met my expectations, the lack of equitable service at the restaurant was a major letdown. I hope management takes the necessary steps to ensure all guests are treated with the same level of respect and consistency.
This is by far the most convenient hotel for transfers at Manila T3 airport. You can get there directly from the skybridge on the 4th floor, which helps avoid any safety concerns outside. The hotel itself is also very good, and the breakfast is nice. The only minor issue is that the air conditioning can be a bit too cold.
Awesome experience here at Kingsford! I really enjoyed the food from frost by the pool the breakfast and staff was really good thank you to Ron Tine Alta And Nicka for creating a comfortable experience and vibe for me and my girlfriend thank you and see you guys soon ❤️
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a modern and elegant ambiance, with well-designed interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the overall attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
One of the highlights was the staff—they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality definitely added to the overall experience.
The location is also very convenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby areas or access key establishments. It’s a great choice whether you’re staying for business or leisure.
Overall, we would highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!
Indeed it was a hassle free transactions..my experience in this hotel was beyond my expectations, from the location, its very near MOA but very convenient to main services needed also near PICC where my main event is located. I am even amazed with the hotel services, literally all personnel are accommodating from the time we arrived from the main entrance, to the lobby, front desk, room services, restaurant. But one thing that really made our trip very less hassle, when they allow our baggage to leave in the hotel lobby properly secured even we already check-out. They even allow us to stay at the lobby while waiting for our trip going to the airport, imaging check-out time is 12NN..and we stayed at the lobby around 9pm to 11pm. Food at the restaurant was also good. Check in was fast, we immediately had time to rest from travel. Checking out is even more fast and smooth transactions. Most importantly, the room rate is very affordable.
I stayed at Hotel Sogo for 5 nights and 4 days during my convention at SMX. Overall, my stay was comfortable and convenient.
The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well.
The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days.
The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient.
Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays.
The staff are very helpful and nice. The room is ok nothing fancy. Lights are busted it keeps blinking. The hallway is kinda run down. Also the food choices for breakfast is not really good. My husband is indian so only orange and yogurt is there for him. There is not much of a choice for vegan.
Seda Hotel has a great location,on the 4th floor, you can walk to Alaya Mall in just a minute, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Our flight was at 6:50 PM, and we requested a late checkout until 3:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. The front desk was very accommodating and flexible, charging only 1,500 pesos for the extra three hours. Excellent service overall. We will definitely stay here again next time!

MMariCris TI am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

JJane MorallosWe had a great stay in this hotel.
the staff are all warm and welcoming!
Amenities: we only use the pool and we don’t have anybody with us, it’s all for ourselves so we enjoyed it so much.. Though the pool is just small.
breakfast buffet is just OK.. I could wish tbey can have more to offer., but nonetheless the food tastes nice and very Filipino.
CCeddie HThis is our second stay, however we had a not so good experienced because the aircon is only cold for several hours and we required to transfer to another room. We also notice that the second room's aircondition unit functions the same. Our stay was not as pleasant as before.

JJazzy DGreat location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.
MMae214221Nice hotel, it has everything I need. Love that the hotel also provides a microwave though I did not use it. TV is also smart TV so I appreciate that I can log into my Netflix to watch my dramas. I must say that the lifts are pretty slow though and Grab pick up and drop off has to be quick as the hotel compound is tiny. But overall good stay

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
