We had a great stay at La Carmela. Good location, amenities, and ambiance in the room. It’s just that wifi isn’t available for free i think. I didn’t have the chance to ask the recep if there’s a free wifi coz i always forgot lol And there’s only one elevator, so you really need to fall in line or you can just use the stairs😅 Food was nice tho and there were 2 pools available for free. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who’s going on a trip to Boracay!

I recently stayed at this beachfront hotel with my children, and we had a fantastic time. The resort is very family-friendly, with multiple pools that kept my kids happily entertained throughout our stay. The beach is just steps away and absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous complimentary items provided during our stay — a lovely touch that added value and convenience. We stayed in both a Superior and a Deluxe room, and I have to say the Deluxe room is worth the upgrade: it's much more modern and the TV reception and channel options were significantly better. The Superior room, unfortunately, lacked in that area. One small issue I noticed was the kids' rate policy — currently applied to children as young as 5. I believe it would be more appropriate for kids aged 7 or 8 and above, as younger children barely consume the meals or amenities included in the rate. Also, there were no welcome drinks or snacks offered upon arrival, which would have been a nice touch. Despite those minor points, the overall experience was wonderful. Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and perfect for families. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities were also impressive — everything from the fitness center to the pool was in great condition and easy to access. The staff truly stood out; they were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality added a warm touch to the entire stay. The only downside was the breakfast experience. While the food itself was decent, the dining area was overcrowded and very noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed meal in the morning. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent service and well-kept facilities. Just be prepared for a bustling breakfast crowd!

4D3N - 7 Premier Rooms - Family & Relatives Beachfront: Algae blooms is still evident. If you want a clearer one, you may walk to the boundaries of S2 & S3. Staff: Very accommodating and friendly. A shoutout to sir JK at reception for letting us check-in as early. Food: Welxome drinks upon areival. Free Breakfast buffet was satisfying! Dinner buffet for P949 +250 unlidrinks is worth it. We also tried the lunch buffet at Henann Regency Sea Breeze (P799) upon arrival and cravings satisfied. But if you opt for cheaper ones, a walk to DMall and Food park is ok but not recommended for groups with kids & seniors (like ours). Room: Cleanliness is exemplary. The daily housekeeping is praiseworthy. We felt like we just arrived everytime we walk into our rooms newly cleaned and refreshed. Supplies is replenished everyday when used. With bathrobe and umbrella but no slippers. Amenities: Pools are ok but smaller than other Henann. Pool bar price is cheaper than Sky Pool bar. Water dispenser available in hallways. Wrap up: Experience were almost perfect except for a mishap on the 3rd night. The ceiling of 1 room assigned to our Seniors has broke down. Tatang was inside the T&B when he heard a loud bomb-like sound (as how he described it to us). He get out of the T&B and is shocked for the devastating look of the ceiling debris all over the beds. Lucky enough that he was inside while Inang was still with us in the restaurant downstairs. The family wanted a free 1N stay and rebooked airfare but the trauma made Tatang insisted to go back home. Hotel Initiative: On the same night, Seniors were immediately transferred to another room with pool access. The next day, at 10am, staff called to check on our Seniors and adv that they're allowed for late check out until pickup time. I replied that if extension is for just 1 room, Seniors will opt not to avail it as others will have to wait for them in the lobby. Hotel staff then asked further approval - resulting to a total of all 7 rooms were allowed for late checkout until 0130pm.

one of the best hotels in Boracay. Very cozy clean. The Staff are friendly. The food is okay. It's just far from the beach. No beach view but the place itself is okay. We'd love to go back to Boracay and stay in other Hennan hotels. 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The pool temperature is calming. The sheets are clean and complete toiletries. There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed. The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. The pool has its own mini bar and we enjoyed drinks. thank you Hennan. Til next time. 🥰🥰🥰

The location is good, but the beach is short of sun loungers and there is always music very, very loud coming from the hotel restaurant. One wants to relax and there is always the loud music everytime. Plus, I had to ask to change to another room, because the first one faced a huge aircon system from another building, so it was impossible to sleep at night. This is not a pet friendly hotel and it was really heartbreaking to see the employees to chase away dogs that only wanted some shade or water (Melvin was the name of the employee). At breakfast juices were not fresh, which is difficult to understand in a country with very good fruit. This makes me not consider to book again in this hotel. Apart from that, rooms were good, clean and spacious. All and all, I don't consider this hotel a 5 star.

Booked to stay near the airport due to paralysis of the control tower.. At least, I thought it was the best place and it had a swimming pool. When I entered the room... I don't know if they gave me a room I didn't use, but it was worse than a motel. The shower facility is in a state where you can't take a shower Cobwebs in the corner of the room are basic, the air in the room is acrid I made a reservation through trip.com, but they said they would pay on the spot after canceling, but they didn't cancel.... I contacted treat.com, explained the situation, and canceled it myself. If you do it wrong, you could end up paying double. It just wasn't supposed to be near Kalibo, I'd never go

I absolutely loved my stay at Henann Garden Resort! The place is superb beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. One of the best parts is the easy beach access—it’s literally right in front of the resort! Perfect for quick dips and sunset views. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. I genuinely had such a great experience here, and I’ve already started recommending it to my friends. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at The Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa for 6 nights. We understood the hotel to be in the midst of a soft opening and expected some services to not be up and running which was fine by us as Station 2 has every amenity needed. Below are the pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The staff: They are the main strength of the hotel. Everybody we encountered seemed to be a part of a working team and were so helpful and thoughtful. The room: It was spacious and comfortable. Little treats were left on the table each evening. Water was replenished as frequently as you would like. There was a lot of storage space, and details like flip flops and umbrellas were in the room. A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging daily beachwear. Location: If you like to be in the middle of it all, this is the place for you. Everything you could think of needing was a few seconds away. Breakfast food: This was by far, the best breakfast buffet I’ve had! For 6 days there were no repeats! Egg station, soup station, and carving stations in addition to regular breakfast foods and so much more. Someone serving water, tea, and coffee would help alleviate the long waits for the drinks. Cons: The noise level outside: This hotel has music playing all day at the pool/pool restaurant/check-in waiting area. Sometimes it is coming from the pool speakers, sometimes from a DJ, sometimes from a performer, but it is constant and loud and at times two different songs playing at the same time. Along with the music, there are also drums being played each time a new van load of guests arrive. It is important to note that the layout of the hotel with rooms surrounding the pool creates a kind of echo, so music, drums, whistles, and voices are amplified. There is no sanctuary in the hotel. Boracay, in general, is loud, so I was hoping to come home from the bars or restaurants or beach to read a book or relax by the pool but this was not possible. Looking around, it seemed loud at other hotels too, so maybe it’s just me that was hoping for a relaxing space and I should not have been in Station 2. I did not realize that it was loud INSIDE the hotels and resorts in Station 2. The noise level inside: Our room was near the stairs and elevator area that carried noise and echo. When the service began early in the morning, trolleys and voices offer an early wake-up call. The layout: The hotel is 5 or 6 stories high surrounding the pool. Many rooms look from the balcony over the pool and directly into the other rooms. It seems they tried to squish as many rooms as they could onto the land and did not make room for a pool deck. There are about 20 chairs only for the entire resort. If you book a ground floor, direct pool access room, know that people will be swimming on your outside space, so don’t forget to close your curtains! Beach: There are 20 chairs only for Mandarin Bay guests but they hand out beach mats for people who did not score a chair. Unfortunately, between the months of January and May Boracay has its Lumot season and there was an abundance of green algae. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who love the resort style of stays, but know in advance that it is not a calm, quiet spot.

PParsa BarhaghiThis hotel was on the far side of Boracay island offering a comfort stay and large rooms. The service of the hotel could be improved by simplifying the process. We arrived at 2:30pm and after 15 minutes of check in process, they informed us our room was not available till 3pm. We went to the beach and came back around 6pm and were given a room we did not book. The hotel did their best to make up for it by offering a 30 minute foot massage to both of us. After waiting for our appointment time, we found that they had double booked and we had to move our appointment to the next day. The breakfast was good and included an omelette bar with lots of choices of food. Our checkout process took about 15 minutes as well. The delays in check in / check out were my biggest issue with the hotels. It seemed there was too many staff involved in each one, upper management needs to allow the front desk staff helping the guest take care of the guests check in/check out quickly by themselves.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay and were absolutely blown away! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect , it felt like our own private slice of paradise, yet still close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The resort itself is stunning – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. What really made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you're heading to Boracay and want a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable experience, Crimson Resort is the place to be.

MManoTauteFrom the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to. Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene - thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc). We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

GGuest UserI'd like to contribute the first review of Blue Marina on Ctrip. It's a boutique hotel under Coast with a very high rating. It's very good and worth recommending. Airport pick-up and drop-off service: It's not clearly written on the introduction page. It's free, which is very generous for a hotel at this price. From the moment you walk out of the airport, you will see staff holding signs to greet you. Mini vans drive to the private dock to take a boat, and then change mini vans to send you to the hotel. There are staff to help carry luggage all the way to the room. The attitude is warm and super convenient. And Ctrip communicated in advance to confirm the pick-up information, thumbs up. If you change hotels, they will arrange a car to send you there for free, which is worth the tip. Service: All employees greeted with a smile, warm and friendly. Hardware and hygiene: It is a cost-effective choice on Boracay. The hygiene is in place. Our room has two beds, one large and one small, which is very suitable for families with children. Location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, very convenient. The small hotel does not have a swimming pool, but it seems that you can use the Coast hotel. A little flaw: The noise of the washing machine can be heard in the room at night, but it was turned off immediately after informing the front desk. The surrounding bars can be noisy at night, but we didn't mind. It would be better if the curtains could block out the light. The breakfast was delicious! Thank you BM, I hope you have more guests.

马丽We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.
