"The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming."

"Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton."

"Great location with convenient parking. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get to the Old Town. Plus, there are convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable and even more spacious than a typical Ibis, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍👍👍 It would be absolutely perfect if they added a mini-fridge. 🥰 Highly recommend! 🌹"

"Breakfast with a fruit shot and DIY waffles. Very large room, comfortable mattress and bedding. Thank you for fulfilling my requests. The pool has a beautiful view of the Vistula River and Kazimierz. The hotel is a great transfer point, close to the train station for the airport and the PKP train station. You can easily walk to Kazimierz."

"The room has nothing to say, must live in the black suite, other room types are just like. There is a party on the first floor of the hotel on weekends, which is open until 2:30. It is very disturbing to the people ... If you care, be careful to book."

"The room had a strong sense of history and was very clean. It's located right in the Old Town, just a few minutes' walk to the main square. You can see the church from the room window. A special tip: definitely choose the hotel breakfast! It's delicious, offers a great selection of traditional Polish food, and is absolutely worth enjoying. The only downside is that the hotel parking costs an additional PLN 100 per night, which is a bit pricey. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with everything else."

"清潔で安全で素晴らしいホテルです。 キッチンと調理器具や食器も一通りあるので、簡単な料理を作ることも出来ます。周辺は静かですが、トラムやバスの駅もすぐ近く、ショッピングセンターも近いために極めて便利です。 チェックインもチェックアウトもスタッフとやり取りすることなく終わりました。そのためサービスを3/5と採点しましたが、決してサービスが悪いという意味ではありません。 また利用したいです。"

"Wat een ontzettend leuk huis is dit.  We hebben er met heel veel plezier gelogeerd. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs voor 4 personen. Dan wordt t ons inziens wel wat krap maar t zou kunnen.  Het inchecken via de deur aan de zijkant ging prima en ook de toegang tot t appartement is ook goed te vinden.  De vuilnis konden we kwijt in de schuur. Er stonden alleen geen vuilnisbakken maar zakken die ook open getrokken waren door beesten. Das wat minder.  Slapen ging prima maar omdat de straatverlichting aan is schijnt t door de gordijnen heen. Zou verduistering een goede optie zijn om hier op te hangen? De handdoeken konden aan de haken maar dan droogt t niet zo makkelijk. Misschien een buis waar je de handdoeken aan op kunt hangen?  Zijn maar suggesties hoor.  Bedankt voor de gastvtijheid in jullie huis."

"Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the room’s skylight design ！ it was absolutely beautiful and made the space feel so special. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!"
