"Good day, I'm leaving a genuinely neutral review, not because it's convenient for me, but because before checking out, I was ready to leave a negative one. However, the very positive attitude, understanding of the problem, and proactive approach by someone who I believe manages the hotel – I’m not sure – made a positive impression and experience, balancing things out. The negatives were: firstly, no one fulfilled my request for a single bed, even though I booked the room well in advance when they were still available and mentioned it during booking. Furthermore, after booking, I called the reception and asked if it would be possible, and the gentleman PROMISED me he would do it, but he didn't keep his word. When I arrived late at night, I unfortunately got what seemed to be the last room available, as they couldn't switch it anymore. My wife and I ended up in a claustrophobic, cage-like room with beds on opposite sides, impossible to even push together, and a non-functional air conditioning unit, despite it being quite warm. I had to leave the window open overnight, even though I was on the ground floor, meaning anyone could enter. This was a definite downside. However, in the morning, when I was at reception to pay for parking and mentioned these issues, a VERY kind, smiling lady, who I believe manages the hotel, offered to compensate for the inconvenience by waiving the parking fee. She sincerely apologized for the troubles. The bathroom in the room was fine, and breakfast was okay, so no complaints there. Therefore, genuinely appreciating all of this, I can't bring myself to leave a negative review."

"Everything was great. The only complaint was that the receptionist seemed to have a bad day when we checked in. He came across as rude and unprofessional."

"I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent."

"This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size."

"Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch."

"Since it's a business hotel, everything is streamlined, with no frills. The staff barely does anything. The room was very dark, and there's a mysterious pillar in the middle of the room, making it feel even smaller. It's tolerable for a short stay. The location is terrible; you're forced to take a taxi everywhere. The tram only goes in directions that aren't convenient for tourists, so I didn't use it. Plus, there were lots of kids, like on a school trip, running wild in the hallways and making a lot of noise. I wish someone had told them to quiet down."

"This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver"

"It's a wonderful hotel that stimulates Chopin's romance. It's a two-block walk from downtown Warsaw and the Palace of Culture and Science, and the National Gallery of Art is right across the street. I've been to Chopin's concert, which is hosted every evening for dozen of years, and Ishii Toshiki's performance was really good at there."
