I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

hotel location is close to bus and team station only 5 minutes walk. very quite and when u check in the git have me to bring the luggage to the room as I have the room in next block without elevator.. I very good services will advise to book it.

The hotel is not so far away from the business district, looks modern and new. The breakfast is really good, the selection is wide and there is chef’s kitchen, where you can order your preferred breakfast meal too. The gym is well equipped and open until 11pm.

I arrived at the airport late at night and had to take the train the next day. I chose this apartment close to the train station. In the residential area, the taxi stopped at the entrance and entered the left-hand door. It was more than 12 o'clock in the evening, and the side was dark. There is an elevator, but due to the structure of the building, you also need to take a few stairs, it is a bit inconvenient to carry large luggage. The reception got off work at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the flight arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, I called in advance to communicate with the reception. I asked how to check in. I said that I sent a message to my mobile phone. I didn't receive it. Then I found a Trip.com housekeeper and helped write the email. The apartment sent the gate password and c key process. Otherwise, the black door will be scared to death without a password. Health is OK, there is a restaurant downstairs, breakfast is very delicious

Great hotel with the atmosphere of the old time Polish house where you are treated friendly and with respect. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel with whom I had a nice chat about destiny of Ukraine and to the team of Ukrainian women who cook and serve wonderful breakfast!

Good apartment in convenient location.

The room was quite basic. No toiletries were provided, not even a comb. The breakfast selection was also quite limited. However, it was quite clean and convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's also very close to the train station.

I made a reservation because the price was cheap and the location was close to downtown. It was a studio-type room with a separate living room and bed, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I think it will be useful the next time I visit.

The hotel is located in a new residential areas so it has access to many shops, restaurants and services. it is also conveniently located on a main road leading to the central area. There's a tram right outside which takes to you to the Old Town in less than 20 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was a on smaller size, but we didn't really need more space. It's set up as a serviced apartment so it has a small kitchen and cooking utensils, as well as an ironing board and iron. Great pick for short or long term stay!

The interior of the room is quite clean. Amenity is also very good for each individual, such as slippers, like sesame seeds. The room and bathroom are very clean. There's free water and Apple juice, there's a coffee machine. The staff was very friendly and the Old Ta was quite comfortable to sightsee nearby. Especially, I had a good night's sleep because the bedding was comfortable. The only downside is that I went to the hotel and the floor was bumpy, but when I returned to the airport, I easily went to the escalator and slope. (The escalator is next to McNald in front of the Royal Palace)
