The hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Very good experience! The room was excellent and breakfast was also excellent.

Excellent hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff and great grounds/view. The experience there could be dramatically improved with just two small changes: 1. Poolside service - as it is, you have to get your own food and drink. Adding an app or call system would be awesome. A pool waiter/waitress would be amazing. 2. Better mattresses. They felt quite hard, like a budget mattress not appropriate to a nice hotel.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Vom Garten aus guckt man direkt auf Pico. Super Service und gutes Frühstück. Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit.

It is within walking distance to the central area. The room has a balcony and the bedding is clean. The style is relatively old and the soundproofing is not good. You can hear the snoring of the neighbors next door. I did not use the parking lot and swimming pool, so I will not comment.

Hotel that signs age and consumption. Insonorization of the rooms weak, allowing to hear noise from the next rooms. We reserve 2 rooms for the family, there is no care to place them at least in the same floor. The car climbed all night, and after the complaint, the technicians tried to solve it, and the second night, it ended up breaking the whole mechanism, and was without water in the toilet. The check out is that they proposed a change of room. Good conditions for the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very clean and wonderful food, especially the breakfast. The dinner menu was also very good but could use a little more variety

This hotel has beautiful views, good service. We spent one night. The laundry service lasts 36 hours, we had to wash a stain on our pants by hand. The territory is large, with access to the ocean. The sand below is black, very beautiful. We were there in February, it was windy, but due to the small number of guests in the hotel, this was its own highlight. I recommend it to everyone. Continental breakfast, with a choice of dishes: porridge, omelet, dessert. It was delicious. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everyone liked it. We relaxed with a group in the evening by the pool and drank port wine)
