A remarkable, beautiful experience worth replicating. But unfortunately, the wing reservation of the image of the water cycle was not the same image and the size was small.

We arrived quite late but the service from the reception and the porter were helpful and welcoming. Check-in didn't take long. The room was clean and quiet. The facilities were complete.

The sanitation and facilities in the room were good. The service response was a little slow. Moreover, the room was not cleaned on the second day. The concierge service in the lobby was good, and the overall cost performance was high.

Arrived to be shown a room with a refrigerator that had leaked all over the floor. We were delighted to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and excrement. The air conditioning was hard to control and fell like we woke up in a freezer. Worse still there was only lukewarm water in the shower… The breakfast was at best very poor. Helpful and delightful staff but cleanliness of bathroom was exceptionally disappointing.

I hope everyone checks out Mini Bar before they get in so that you don't have any problems, I've got with the worker responsible for it.
