The hotel is really nice and the service at the reception is top notch.They even let us use the board games up stairs. The breakfast was delicious, several options and they all tasted good. The location is convenient and close to everything. The parking is not included but there is a parking lot you need to pay for yourself on the upper floors. The bad thing is that our room didn't have a window but apart from that everything went smoothly.

The location is very good and the room is clean because it is right in front of the Basa Plan. But it was double payment.

Location by the river and proximity to city was great. Staff was super friendly and attentive. One of the best hotel breakfasts I had in a long time! Room is stylish and comfortable.

The hotel has a good environment, the service staff has a good attitude, and the sauna can be used. Unfortunately, some dishes in the dining section are not cleaned, but the summary is a very good hotel.

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

The entrance and layout is bizarre, but the room is spacious and clean. Nice breakfast too.

Jättemysigt och fint fräscht rum med vattenkokare och kaffe te. Bra dusch och produkter, mycket bra frukost och trevlig personal. Gymet kostar 80 kr, det är för dyrt anser jag.
