The service staff is very good, the location is good, just a few steps away to the temple. The air-conditioned room is very cool, the bed is soft. I would like to recommend it to others who are looking for a hostel and are reading this review. The room was perfectly clean and everything worked perfectly. The reception and service staff were professional friendly. Location was about 10mins drive from the train station. An underrated hotel given the number of reviews . Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money. Very popular restaurant and bar with local musicians 200m away, turn left at car park entrance and walk to Sevenseas. Not a big place. River views in a clean down-to-earth older style room is a fine base from which to head out. We didn't dine at hotel so cannot comment. Staff are lovely, as is usually the case in hotels in Thailand. Our second visit. Will come back. Loads of convenient parking. Train Station very near.

My first visit here, and I was absolutely captivated! I'd spent three days searching for accommodation in Ayutthaya, and despite reading more negative reviews than positive ones for this particular place, something about its charm (or the lovely owner) simply drew me in. And honestly, it completely erased any negative perceptions I had! This place is truly exceptional. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff are always cheerful and ready with a bright smile. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, the air conditioning works perfectly (so refreshing!), and the evening ambiance is just delightful. Even the restaurant out front serves fantastic food. This stay felt incredibly warm and welcoming. I can confidently say that if I return to Ayutthaya, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. I'll definitely be back soon! ❤️

The rooms are simply furnished and clean. But the air conditioner is an old type and the sound is a little louder. There are not many restaurants nearby, but there is a 7-11 at the intersection, which is convenient for supplies. In the urban area about 1,000 meters away, we rented a motorcycle to travel. It's quite accessible from the scenic spots. I stayed there for 5 days and was quite satisfied.

Good guesthouse, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, but the floor is not very clean and the water heater did not work periodically.

The hostel has only two rooms, for 10 and 6 people, which is very good, there are not too many people. Mostly young people stay there. It is clean, cozy, like home. There is a veranda, a light breakfast awaits you in the morning, and in the evening you can just enjoy your rest. I recommend staying for a couple of days. The hostess is a very nice woman.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The hygiene is very good and very clean. Then we met a French lady and a Japanese lady when we were traveling! The breakfast at the hotel was also very nice, the staff was very friendly, um, this trip was very happy, and the location of this hostel was also very good and very convenient.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all professional and kind. The room was immaculate with a nice view overlooking the river. I had breakfast at the buffet and the food was great with a large variety of salad, meats, bread, cereals and other breakfast items. The only downside (it’s not really a problem, just a heads-up) about my stay here is the free water given in the room tastes quite bad. I opted to drink one of the bottles of water for which I had to pay 50 baht. I thank the staff at the hotel for this excellent service and would recommend everyone to stay here.

I like to stay in this place because it is very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom is so big and clean. Just a walking distance to some temples, night market and cafes.
