"Very nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. Excellent value for money. The food is very good and varied. The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable. You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit."

"Good location, but the hotel's only problem is the maintenance. The air conditioning didn't work at the reception or in the elevator. The hallway to the rooms is horrible with an old carpet. Otherwise, the staff are nice. The food at the restaurant is basic, nothing more."

"This hotel has fewer guests compared to El Ksar. Apart from only offering breakfast, and a somewhat limited variety at that, I personally think everything else here is fantastic. The hotel environment is lovely, like a manor, and the pool water is warm. Going for a swim in the evening, it wasn't cold at all in the water, very comfortable! Even though the hotel has some age, the room design is still very well done, aesthetically pleasing and clean, with a separate toilet and shower, and bright lighting. I really give it a big thumbs up!!!!"
