As advertised, this is a two-star hotel with a great location. Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was accurately described and pictured. The room was quiet, but the curtains did not block the sunlight. If the bathroom door is kept closed, the air conditioner cools the room extremely well. Next time, I would bring slippers for the wet bathroom. Parking was difficult because the roads are under construction, but that is not controlled by the owners. The room overlooks the sea, which is the beach of Kensington Hotel. The Korean who I met in the hotel stayed here for two weeks and went to the beach of Kensington Hotel to swim at 4 pm every day. The price-performance ratio is full. Cleaning is done every day, towels and toiletries are replaced very diligently, purified water for brushing teeth is prepared, and there is a refrigerator to store some daily food. This hotel is opened by Koreans. The whole hotel is full of Koreans, not many Chinese. There is no Chinese service at the front desk. Maybe the hotel is a little old. The room smells a bit musty, and the facilities are a bit old. The buffet restaurant in the morning is also full of Koreans. Koreans know everything. Haha... Because I didn't do any research, I directly booked this hotel for three nights. Later, I changed to Holiday Crowne Plaza and I really regretted booking here... Water coming from the bathroom shower head... It comes out on both sides, and it comes out from the hole, and if you use the shower, the bathroom becomes a sea of ​​water. I was going to eat cup ramen, but I didn't eat it when I saw that the coffee pot was rusty. It was a bit harsh. The bed is a bit hard too. It's not soundproof. The building next door looked like an abandoned house, so I was surprised when I first arrived. And there was nothing other than a bathroom mirror. The window in my room also opens about 10 cm (wall view). It was a bit difficult to dry my swimsuit. However, since I was always on tour, I spent little time in my room, so it was bearable.

It was quiet and had a great resort atmosphere. Personally, I was much more satisfied here than at Kensington, where I stayed before. The pool didn't have any facilities like a resort, but it felt like a luxurious hotel pool and there weren't many people, so it was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonably priced and the best I've had in Saipan. I was disappointed because there were a lot of restaurants in the city that were expensive and not very good (don't trust the reviews), but the food here was really delicious. The downside was that the water pressure was weak and the bathroom was a bit shabby. And unlike other resorts, the beach isn't connected, so you have to go separately to get to the beach. We didn't feel any inconvenience because we had already played enough at the beach at our previous accommodation, but if it's your first time here or you don't have a rental car, you should consider this. Still, I think I'll definitely come back here next time.

Truly loved staying here! The landlady waited to greet me until my 330am delayed flight arrival at her accommodation. Although only Chinese speaking we were able to communicate via google translate. Hotel was simple, clean, newly renovated, quiet, completely safe, main entrance door locked at all times. Room was clean, modern/updated, comfortable, safe. I had a bit of a sea view too! Tea kettle in room, aircon worked great, WiFi was strong and refill water station in the lobby. Nice seating areas by the pool, and the pool was sparkling clean. I had the entire hotel to myself when I visited my two nights. Walkable to several grocery markets and a limited number of restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car as the beach across the street is beautiful but was not for sunbathing and being a small island, a car isn’t necessary but helpful to go out and explore. There’s a perfect beach walkway along the main road steps away from the hotel. She was able to call a taxi for me to my next hotel in Saipan and her hospitality was lovely! Very cost effective hotel, I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day. The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, ”You can check out slowly.” He even took us to PIC himself! But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment. And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant. If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal.
