We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

This hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well. We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive. The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play. The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips. It was an experience worth remembering. Recommended!

The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan. The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of. All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊 It was the best hotel I've ever been to, with only good memories. The room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time.

I highly recommend this B&B to those who come to Saipan for the first time! The boss is Chinese. After booking, the boss told us that we need to write an ETA, and we only know that we need to prepare an ETA 5 days in advance starting from December! Otherwise we may be deported! In the subsequent process of writing the ETA, the boss also kept telling us how to write it. Then the projects we want to play, basically he has the best price in Saipan! It is really the best price-better than the price we get from any channel. And what I want to say is that the terminal service providers are actually the same (people added from various channels, and finally found that the service providers are the same person) The price given by the boss is really awesome. Three days of fun: Blue Hole diving + Gunkanjima snorkeling fishing + car rental self-driving tour are all booked by the boss here, and it is clear that we don’t need to book in advance, giving us two people a very free choice. The boss will pick up and drop off if you stay for more than three days. I thought there was only airport pick-up, but basically there are various pick-ups for any itinerary we want to leave the hotel. Anyway, I really didn’t worry about transportation problems. The room overlooks the sea, which is the beach of Kensington Hotel. The Korean who I met in the hotel stayed here for two weeks and went to the beach of Kensington Hotel to swim at 4 pm every day. The price-performance ratio is full. Cleaning is done every day, towels and toiletries are replaced very diligently, purified water for brushing teeth is prepared, and there is a refrigerator to store some daily food. Saipan is very small, and the experience is full throughout the trip. I give full marks to the hotel for this trip. Thank you boss, I wish Saipan's tourism industry will get better and better in the future!

Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator.

Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc... There is a DFS duty-free shop diagonally opposite. In short, it is very convenient and the price is quite reasonable. It is recommended to stay.

It was quiet and had a great resort atmosphere. Personally, I was much more satisfied here than at Kensington, where I stayed before. The pool didn't have any facilities like a resort, but it felt like a luxurious hotel pool and there weren't many people, so it was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonably priced and the best I've had in Saipan. I was disappointed because there were a lot of restaurants in the city that were expensive and not very good (don't trust the reviews), but the food here was really delicious. The downside was that the water pressure was weak and the bathroom was a bit shabby. And unlike other resorts, the beach isn't connected, so you have to go separately to get to the beach. We didn't feel any inconvenience because we had already played enough at the beach at our previous accommodation, but if it's your first time here or you don't have a rental car, you should consider this. Still, I think I'll definitely come back here next time.

I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day. The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, ”You can check out slowly.” He even took us to PIC himself! But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment. And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant. If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal. Thanks to this accommodation that gave us a really happy start, we felt good throughout our trip. Be sure to visit it once!
