In the heart of downtown, bus, tram, T and train station near by. Restaurants and shop everywhere, walkable to a lot of attractions area or take the transportation. It was very convenient location. I did not feel I got what I paid for. Only had one glass door for the shower area therefore water easily to slash out to the floor. The hotel did not do house keeping every day. Unless you requested. Overall was good hotel but pricey.

This hotel was an absolute pleasant surprise! Though the room wasn't huge, it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly well-appointed with thoughtful details: the showerhead's button design was the most sensible and convenient I've encountered in any hotel, and the heated towel rail ensured soft, dry towels. Getting here is incredibly convenient: from the airport, take bus 579 or 583 to Märsta, then transfer to Pendeltåg 40 or 41 and alight at Ulriksdal station. The hotel is just a one-minute walk to the right after exiting the station. Bus 509 stops directly across the street from the hotel. A few stops will take you to Ulriksdal Palace – I highly recommend visiting if you have time, and don't miss the excellent desserts at its cafe! Alternatively, taking bus 509 in the opposite direction for about 10-15 minutes will bring you to Solna Centrum, which boasts a large supermarket and numerous shops. A crucial tip: book well in advance! I secured a significant discount on the room rate by booking three months ahead. Also, be aware that in Swedish hotels, you typically need to proactively inform the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned. The photo shows Ulriksdal.

Ett hem was part of the reason that we came to Stockholm!! We were very excited to come stay here as we have heard such great things from friends. The whole concept is that it’s a home, and it really did feel like that! It felt as though we were staying at a friends home, where we can roam around all of the shared areas and spend time anywhere, in the living room, lounges, library, garden etc. The space was designed by a famous interior designer. Our room was an attic room that was quite beautiful. We also opted to have dinner at the house; the menu changes daily depending on what the chef orders in, and on our night it was delicious. We also used their spa room / sauna which was very enjoyable. My only comment is that while the staff were all very friendly and nice, they were not always available to be found. At times I would need something and go to the main check in counter and there wouldn’t be anyone there, and I would have to roam around the house looking for someone. Same goes for the entrance. You have to ring the bell every time you come back to Ett Hem and on a few occasions, no one answered the door bell or they answered but didn’t follow up / open the door / or come to get us. I understand it’s a part of the casual home feel, but for a luxury hotel I would have preferred a little more availability… Great stay overall though!!

The hotel exceeded my expectations overall. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing, allowing me to rest well during my stay. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Kista metro station, offering convenient transportation to Stockholm city center. There are also shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The overall value for money is excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Stockholm.

Con: courtyard view is a micro window looking out into a micro gym. Booked 2 Twins, got 1 bed. Fridge didn’t work. Had to ask twice for clean towels. Very limited toilet tissue, no tissues. No guest laundry. Pros: Great location, nice and helpful front desk. Clean. Great bar and food on main level. Would only recommend if getting a ‘real’ premium room.

Great location right by the subway, so getting around is super convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The Western-style breakfast spread was excellent and very generous, and the high-floor room offered fantastic views. Definitely great value for money. The only minor issue was the bed was incredibly soft; after five nights, I still couldn't quite get used to it.

The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance; the room design has many details, the bedside table has exquisite hydroponic flowers, the bath is diptyque, and the breakfast is even more exquisite. The overall design is very Western-style, but not old-fashioned at all.

For a four-star hotel, this place was quite poor. They charge extra for the swimming pool, and breakfast didn't even include fried eggs or omelettes. My booking specified a midnight check-in, yet the front desk actually told me they would cancel my room if I didn't check in right after midnight?! I finally got into my room closer to 2 AM. I stayed for a week, and breakfast was identical every single day. I'd recommend saving your money and eating out instead. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, making it impossible for taxis or ride-shares to pull up to the entrance.

The team upgraded us during our stay and made it so much more special! Things to note, about a 20min uber from the city centre but 5min walk to the closest metro station which is also very easy to navigate. Lots of bikes around too to get around. Also the spa is not included in the stay price, you have to pay separately to access it. AND level 5 and 6 have been recently renovated and are WAYYYY nicer than the rest of the hotel. The TVs are smart tvs, they give robes and slippers, beautiful new bathrooms - worth paying extra for the nicer room. Great brekkie too.
