Pool doesn't work, but staff was polite. And they are pet friendly. Not too many hotels are these days .
Overall, it's not the Ritz but it's better than a lot of the local competition. I would definitely stay again .

Annual father and brother trip, the facilities were clean. The hotel is nice enough one mattress was good the other had huge sag in it. TV was cracked a bit.
We would still probably stay again just hope for a better mattress.

Room was freezing. Thermostat was not working. The desk clerk offered to change rooms, but it was too much trouble and already late in the evening. She very nicely brought me extra blankets and a space heater. That helped a lot.
