Great place, lovely spa and little pool to relax with the view on mountains. The reception stuff has been great ! Special thanks to receptionist Benjamin. I had a suite with wide terrace and view on the mountains , amazing views! Also very nice lounge place with panoramic place. We came with a little dog, it’s a dog friendly hotel. Thank you !

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

Merci Hotel Rossli! I had a good overnight stay with you. I got a single room with separate bathroom, very clean. The room’s space is not too small,room is clean. Location is near Interlaken West about 5 minutes walk. Coop shop and a pharmacy is just nearby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. They have a room storage for luggages. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. This hotel is very well recommended:)

The hotel is in a very good location. There are various shops outside. There are buses 103 and 21 at the intersection. You can take the bus for free with the transportation card issued by the hotel, and you can also get a souvenir silver spoon. The owner is Chinese. There is Fu Ji Restaurant downstairs. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount. The room is big enough. The bedding doesn't feel very new, but we always bring disposable bedding when we go out, so it's okay. It feels like a homestay, and the view from the small balcony is also good. It feels similar to the four-star hotel opposite us.

our family loves this hotel krebs alot, the staff were very kind & helpful . i left my handphone in room n the kind recep went to search for it ,😍 n kept it for me till i returned to hotel . would love to return to this cozy hotel if i got a chance in future location was a few min away from station , at corner there is a coop where drinks n snacks r easily available. hotel krebs restaurant serves kids meals on their menu as well . the waiters were attentive & they served excellent gruwine as well , loved their version. my kids adored the chubby resident black cat “ blackie” 😍 very clean rooms w amenities , good service , decent breakfasr spread, hv an elevator which is impt to us with big luggages.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

This is a treasure hotel. It is rare to come across such an unforgettable hotel. The location is in Wengen, not very central like Interlaken, but the train station is not far away and can be easily reached on foot. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Because I asked to expedite the laundry, they also tried their best to help. The most important thing is that the balcony of the room looks out to the distant mountains, and the scenery is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun shining on the mountains and the waterfall, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions. There is such a hotel in the world. The breakfast is very rich. Recommended, recommended!
