The stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! This was by far the best hotel experience we had during our May Day holiday trip. Zhangye doesn't have many high-rated international chain hotels, so choosing a hotel this time involved a lot of careful deliberation. We finally settled on this one, which was a reasonable distance from the train station, newly opened, and had good reviews. From the name, it seems to be a local brand. Upon checking in, I found I definitely made the right choice! A good hotel truly enhances a journey. From the moment I met the pick-up driver at the train station, I knew I hadn't chosen wrong. Perhaps seeing that I had two kids with me, they proactively upgraded our room. There's water available on every floor. Fresh fruit plates are provided in the room daily. Turn-down service includes yogurt, eye masks, and earplugs. The attentiveness was truly touching. The service was absolutely, incredibly, and proactively detailed. They were highly sensitive to our needs without making us feel watched. The amenities at the front desk were thoughtful: iodine swabs, band-aids, disinfectant wipes, masks, dental floss, makeup remover wipes, hair ties, hair clips, and even hair gel... precisely meeting the needs of a mom traveling with kids. They absolutely must keep this up! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Zhangye in the future. The rooms are super clean and have a great vibe. The owner even recommended some amazing local food that was spot on! Everyone was really friendly, the facilities were excellent, and they even offered carpooling directly from the hostel to the attractions, which was incredibly convenient.

Zhangye isn't a large city, so staying near the West High-Speed Rail Station is convenient. It's mostly residential around here, so the environment is generally quiet. Taxis are easy to find, and it's only a couple of kilometers to the city center, costing a very cheap six or seven yuan. The only minor drawback is that you have to walk a bit with your luggage after getting off the high-speed train. I'd recommend just taking a taxi directly. After a terrible stay in Dunhuang for the first two nights, I really put my trust in an international brand, and the management level is completely different. Hampton Inn isn't luxurious, but it has everything you need. Plus, the hotel is new, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can choose a memory foam pillow, which is great for people with neck problems. Also, the laundry room is fantastic! It started snowing in the morning and my pants and clothes got wet, but I was able to wash and dry them immediately after going back at noon, which was incredibly practical! Because I had a late flight, the front desk allowed me a late check-out, which was great. There's bottled water available on every floor, and plenty of seating in the lobby on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about lingering, and charging is convenient. The breakfast is decent, and considering it's around 300 yuan a night, it's quite reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Zhangye.

I booked a basic room, and luckily, there were still rooms available that day, so the butler upgraded me. The tent is really picturesque for photos. The good mood I got upon entering the room compelled me to write a review about the butler! Before check-in, the butler proactively contacted me, informing me that the room included one fixed-point airport transfer. They also told me about the weather, helped me plan my itinerary and offered travel advice, and even recommended Dunhuang Print Shop for a visit. During my stay, the butler always responded instantly (except when they were picking up/dropping off guests, which I totally understand if replies were a bit slower). Even when I returned very late at night, a butler was still there. The front desk also left a phone number. I talk a lot and can be long-winded, haha, but they patiently answered all my questions. Huge thanks to the Shazhou Wild Luxury Camp butler team for making a solo female traveler feel so welcome and cared for. I will definitely be back next summer. I highly recommend it to every young lady looking for quality and experience – come and enjoy!

During our trip to Zhangye, we chose the Hanting Premium Hotel based on its reputation. However, my husband suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis while we were there. What I expected to be an anxious and helpless experience turned into an incredibly precious and heartwarming one. Our attendant, Tian Li, immediately accompanied us to the clinic, meticulously took care of ordering our meals, and even personally prepared and delivered congee and fish soup, which deeply moved us. Tian Li and Zhu Jing then helped us cancel our train tickets and rebook our return flights, ensuring we had no further worries. Meanwhile, the restaurant staff's warm concern made us feel truly cared for; every meal was filled with warmth. The cleaning lady was also incredibly thoughtful and thorough, tidying up our room multiple times a day, allowing us to rest peacefully even in this special situation. Every small detail showed genuine care. The warmth of that bowl of hot congee and those comforting words made a foreign place feel less strange and our hearts feel secure and supported. Some emotions are beyond words but will stay in our hearts forever. We are grateful for this encounter and for this kindness that goes above and beyond service. 🙏 Such service deserves to be seen by more people. I genuinely recommend it, five-star rating!

Just a few minutes' walk from Dunhuang Night Market, the hotel was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Ms. Xiaoqing from the tourism department, who picked us up, was also incredibly warm and hospitable. Big thumbs up! Next time I come to Dunhuang, I'll definitely stay at Dunhuang Hotel again.

This hotel is right by the entrance to the Colorful Danxia Scenic Area, which is incredibly convenient. It's clean and hygienic, and they offer both breakfast and dinner, so you don't have to worry about finding food. Three things really stood out to me: First, when we arrived in the afternoon, we went straight for the in-depth tour. Since we weren't familiar with the area, we couldn't find our way back to the hotel after leaving the scenic area (it was actually just around the corner). While we were asking for directions, a man happened to walk by and said, ”I'm going that way too, just follow me.” He personally led us back to the hotel before turning back himself. It turns out he went out of his way just to guide us. Along the way, he told us about the scenic area and the hotel's development. From his demeanor, he seemed like a leader, and as an older person, I was deeply touched. Second, the restaurant manager was constantly overseeing both dinner and breakfast service. He was hands-on with many tasks, very kind and approachable, and took the time to explain the dishes. It made us feel very comfortable dining there. Third, as seniors, we're light sleepers and sensitive to noise. On the afternoon we arrived, there was construction happening nearby, and the noise was quite unsettling. The front desk attendant on duty (I've forgotten her name) quickly found a solution. When the first room change wasn't satisfactory, she then managed to get the construction crew to temporarily halt their work. We weren't bothered by any noise for the rest of our two-day stay. The hotel's pricing is reasonable, and the service is excellent. It's definitely worth a stay.

The hotel is spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the guesthouse-like atmosphere is quite nice. The entire stay was pleasant and reassuring. The room layout is also my favorite style, very simple and refreshing. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is superb, with direct elevator access to Mingjiahui Fashion Center, which is hands down the best shopping mall in Jiayuguan in terms of ambiance and experience. It's also a short taxi ride to the Jiayuguan Fort scenic area. The service here was outstanding. A big thank you to the front desk lady who checked us in on the afternoon of April 29th for upgrading our room – I'm just sad I didn't catch her employee number. The breakfast environment was quiet and elegant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that weren't greasy. They even made fresh wontons and noodles to order, tailored to your taste. Special thanks to restaurant staff member #39 for her thoughtful service; she customized our dishes to perfection. Even though it was a self-service buffet, she proactively brought freshly prepared food right to our table. On our second day, heading to Jiayuguan Fort, staff members #20 and #21 helped us arrange for the hotel's MPV business van. The 6-seater van was incredibly comfortable, and the drive was very smooth – a big thanks to the driver as well. When we checked out, they, along with the supervisor, prepared special Jiayuguan souvenirs and some snacks for our upcoming journey, which was going to be a bit hectic. The room maintenance was impeccable; there were no noticeable issues with our stay experience. After we offered some suggestions for further improvement, the hotel promptly organized a review and provided feedback. My thanks to room attendant #51 for calling to inquire about the details, and also to the supervisor for speaking with us directly and personally looking into our suggestions. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies for their care, which made our first visit to Jiayuguan a joyful memory and made us feel truly at home. I hope the hotel enjoys thriving business in the future, and I wish all the staff members continued success and well-being.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I have a layover in Lanzhou. The free transit accommodation is never available, so I have to book a room. No matter how late I arrive, they're always there to pick me up, and the airport drop-off service is great too. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious.
