Our stay at this lakeside hotel was exceptional. The personnel was not only nice and friendly but also remarkably helpful, creating a welcoming environment. The hotel's prime location by the lake, with easy access to main tourist attractions (a quick taxi ride away), made exploring the city a delight. The room was spacious and flawlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable retreat. The breakfast surpassed expectations, with an excellent spread, including freshly prepared noodles. The reception staff demonstrated outstanding assistance, always ready to help with anything we needed. A top choice for those seeking a superb blend of location, comfort, and service.

This stay was really great! I have to praise it~ First of all, I would like to thank Manager Cai on duty, who was very considerate to help us upgrade the room type. We booked a package that included the scenic spot tickets. We didn't know how to use it specifically. The manager came to help us book it and fill in the information, told us how to use it and the route, and reminded us to do a good job of sun protection. The design of the new room is very novel, the layout is reasonable and stylish, and it is eye-catching as soon as you enter. It is very comfortable to stay~ I also want to mention the cute pony. Whether it is guiding the check-in or daily service, it is very warm and thoughtful, responsive, and takes care of the details, making people feel as warm as home. In short, this stay was fully experienced because of Manager Cai's considerate upgrade and the high-quality service of the pony. I strongly recommend it to everyone. I will choose this hotel next time!

The hotel front desk is very polite and courteous, and the service attitude is particularly good! I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. I will stay at your house next time! (A suggestion, there is a not very good smell when the hotel room door is opened, so get some air freshener) I wish your business is prosperous!

It's beyond imagination, and there is little worry about the evaluation. The facilities are very new. There is a vertical air conditioner, a smart toilet, and a separate bathroom for dry and wet. The balcony view is beautiful and you can cook tea in the stove. The restaurant on the third floor can order food, and the super beautiful chicken soup for dinner. The service is not even said, the rain came out to pick up and drop off, some high-reverse at night also sent oxygen cylinders.

The location is superb, it gives you quick access to the beautifully coloured mountains, but it is also a serene and quiet place. The owner is friendly and helpful, he gave us excellent advice on how to avoid the crowds and how to make the most of our visit to ZhangYe. We could rent two bikes to explore the area and cycle to Binggou. The breakfast is diverse and very tasty. The staff is all very friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. Highly recommend visiting danxia landform by staying here!

The most satisfying thing is that the service was pretty good. Our room had not been tidied up when we went there. The service staff opened a room for us to rest temporarily. We booked a three-bed room. The room was very large and the space was very spacious. However, the toilet seat was broken and needed to be repaired. It is very close to Bafang Thirteenth Street. There is also a hand-caught mutton restaurant nearby. It tastes very good.

Because we were driving by ourselves, it was important to choose a hotel in each place. We wanted to have a good rest. This is the hotel we stayed in both when we entered Xinjiang and when we returned. The room was large, and we could take a comfortable bath. The breakfast was also good. The beautiful lady at the front desk had a very good attitude. We had a meal in the restaurant on the second floor on the way back. The food tasted very good, especially the pregnant mother. Her attitude made us feel comfortable. If I have the opportunity to come to this city, I will stay here again.

The bedding in the room is quite comfortable, but the room I was given at first had a problem with the door lock of the tail room. I later changed the room, but the service attitude at the front desk was very poor. Not all service staff are of poor quality, and the cleaning staff I encountered was very poor. The hygienic aunties are very polite. I hope the hotel will strengthen the training of front desk staff! !

As always I'll rate the hotel I stayed at relative to the cost incurred. So is it value for money? Location : The location could not be bettered. It is the closest hotel to the Mati Grottoes. Maybe a 500m walk away. Service : Very good, very friendly ! Welcoming and efficient on arrival. Took food orders for delivery at lunch and dinner (which helped a lot as in Winter all the restaurants in the village were closed)! And also helped me buy snacks in the afternoon (as the usual stores in the village were closed during Winter). Bedroom : Basic however with 2 beds (comfortable and clean) and a I really liked the sunny alcove with two seats and a table, to sit and drink tea/coffee (bring your own!). Bathroom : small but most importantly hot water and plenty of it ! The toilet is Western style not a squat (phew - good for my old knees!) Breakfast : was provided but as I don't often eat breakfast I can't comment further. You shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel, it's a basic Chinese hotel so don't get expectations up, however it is great value for money, clean and has everything you'd need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again !

Facilities: The whole room is filled with the fragrance of logs, and the room is also equipped with air conditioning, so it is not too cold. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Except that the floor of the basin will get wet when taking a shower, it is recommended to add a water barrier here. Everything else is good, the water pressure is high, and the hot water temperature is stable. The room is very big, and I especially like the Tibetan-style kang table by the window. The boss said that everything on the table is free. It is so comfortable to drink eight-treasure tea and look at the fairyland-like scenery outside the window. Hygiene: The bedding had no peculiar smell and was clean, cleaner than I expected. Environment: Compared with the B&Bs on the roadside, this one is quiet in the midst of noise, which is what we like.
