This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou! On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

A very good stay so far and it was made exceptional by two outstanding staff members. 刘玉 at Reception provided a wonderfully warm and offering excellent local tips. Her helpful attitude continued throughout my stay. 夏幸福 (Breakfast & Room Service) was incredibly attentive and cheerful. Her proactive and thoughtful service, whether in the dining room or delivering a meal, consistently enhanced my experience. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset. In fact, their excellent service is the reason I chose to extend my stay from an initial 3 nights to 10 nights, and perhaps even further.

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing. This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

The Guankian Street Anyi Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is great, it's super convenient for getting around, and the service is excellent. It's incredibly close to the scenic spots, just a few minutes' walk away, which made coming back after exploring so easy. The amenities are top-notch, especially the very comfortable bed – perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. Housekeeping was prompt and always asked if I needed the room cleaned. It's also quite close to the subway station, and the area is very quiet, ideal for a good rest. The room was clean and tidy, and having a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus – perfect for getting all my dirty clothes clean and dry after a few days of sightseeing. It's truly ideal for travelers. Although there's no breakfast, there are tons of great breakfast places nearby. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

The room was spacious. It was a bit noisy facing the street, so on the last day, I asked the hotel to switch me to a room on the school side, and it was instantly quiet. The laundry room was great, with three washers and three dryers, and you could even check the progress via WeChat. The lobby had free drinks and a snack bar. Breakfast was excellent, very satisfying! They even gave a small gift at check-out. Finally, a big shout-out to the front desk and floor staff for their outstanding service – incredibly warm and friendly! 🌹

Coming to Suzhou this time, I wanted to see the Jinji Lake night view, so I chose this Crowne Plaza hotel, part of the InterContinental group. The hotel is right by Jinji Lake and is shaped like a giant cruise ship. As soon as we arrived, we experienced five-star service: the doorman opened our car doors, helped with luggage, and warmly guided us to the front desk for check-in. Check-in was quick, and we were given a room with a great view. Because our train was leaving late the next day, they even extended our check-out time. Although the room facilities weren't brand new, they were very clean. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning night view of the Gate of the Orient. The hotel's back exit leads straight to the Jinji Lake boardwalk, and the evening lights were absolutely beautiful. The breakfast selection was rich, especially the specialty Suzhou-style noodles, which were incredibly delicious and easily rivaled famous noodle shops outside. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou.

Outstanding environmental design: The hotel's design is exquisite, blending natural landscapes with artificial intelligence, creating a strong ambiance. Excellent geographical location: Typically situated within the Slender West Lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. Rich unique experiences: Regularly hosts ”Hua Jian Xiao Ri Zi” (Flower-filled Little Days) activities such as intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and cultural讲解 (cultural explanations), allowing guests to experience local customs. Family/pet friendly: Offers family rooms and children's amenities, and some hotels allow pets and provide dedicated areas.

I chose this hotel by chance after reading the reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The hotel environment is lovely. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly helpful and proactively recommended great local restaurants. The lobby offers jujube tea and snacks, and they even have a late-night snack service. Plus, the rooms come with Peet's coffee! **Cleanliness:** The hygiene conditions are excellent, and the room cleanliness is top-notch. From the bedsheets to the bathroom amenities, everything was spotless and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The room itself was cozy and matched the pictures exactly. **Location:** The location is also fantastic and very convenient, with all sorts of facilities nearby. The cleanliness is exceptionally thorough. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!!!

I chose the InterContinental, Nanjing's most luxurious hotel, for this booking. Initially, I had some doubts about the service attitude, but from check-in to check-out, I have to say their service was genuinely excellent. Tony, the concierge, was very enthusiastic and professional in providing Nanjing tour routes. He helped with luggage during check-in and even sent complimentary welcome fruits and drink vouchers before our check-out. Even when he wasn't on duty, he promptly replied to messages and arranged relevant matters – very responsible! The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hygiene was excellent, clean and tidy. The surrounding environment was also great, offering views of Nanjing city and Xuanwu Lake. Very nice! I'd also like to commend Luanne for her arrangements. She contacted me a day in advance to arrange all four rooms on the same floor, and despite our early arrival, we were able to check in smoothly. She also provided several Nanjing travel guides, and on multiple occasions, arranged for our takeout orders to be delivered to our room. Very thoughtful! If I come to Nanjing again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
