This hotel truly lived up to the expectations I had after comparing so many options. My stay was incredibly satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious and bright, and all the amenities were complete and clean. The smart devices were user-friendly and made everything so much easier. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly warm and attentive. When I needed something delivered, they responded very promptly. The environment is quiet and comfortable, and they even lend out umbrellas if it rains – truly excellent!

Highly recommend! This is the best value for money hotel in Wuxi! This used to be the Grand Hyatt, rebranded last year. The overall environment is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The high-floor views are expansive, and it's located in the heart of the city's central business district, with excellent dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. The overall experience was superb. From check-in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The butler followed up on our needs throughout our stay, proactively asking if we needed assistance – very professional and meticulous, making the experience top-notch. The hotel proactively upgraded the twin room we booked for my parents to a high-floor room on the 62nd floor for free, offering even better views and a more comfortable stay. This thoughtful upgrade was truly heartwarming. We stayed in the Candy House themed bunk bed room, and my child absolutely loved it the moment we walked in. After visiting several cities on this trip, my child directly rated this as their favorite place overall, saying they loved Wuxi the most. This high praise from a child truly reflects the hotel's dedication. The only minor drawback was the parking experience: upon arrival, there were very few signs, and almost no hotel-specific signage in the parking lot, making it difficult to find our way. Also, the third basement level had an unpleasant smell, while the second basement level was fine. This was a slight inconvenience. The hotel's proactive upgrade, the attentive service throughout, the excellent environment, and the comprehensive surrounding amenities, plus the kid-favorite themed room, made this stay a perfect 10. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip, this is an excellent choice in Wuxi. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuxi!

Location: This hotel is a landmark in Xuzhou, right in the city center. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Confucius Temple and Pengcheng No. 1, and also close to the 1818 Night Market. You can even see these attractions from the hotel rooms. Getting to the subway station across the street requires a bit of a walk around to the traffic light, so we mostly took taxis, though you can also walk to Hubu Mountain and Huilongwo, exploring all the way to the museum and Yunlong Mountain. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. Cleanliness: Tidy. Service: I was initially worried that the front desk being on the 42nd floor would be inconvenient, but there's a dedicated elevator to go up, so it didn't feel like an issue at all.

This hotel has a great location in Nanjing. You can walk to restaurants and malls in Nanjing, which is a university city. However, it can be challenging to find a place to relax without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. This hotel has none of that pressure and allows you to relax in quiet. I got a free upgrade to a corner room on an upper floor with great views. This hotel features a fantastic restaurant and a charming ground-level café that serves excellent coffee. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Nanjing.

This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, which was perfect for my early morning flight. The shuttle service was a huge convenience. The front desk staff were very friendly and super helpful. In the evening, there were complimentary fruits, candies, pastries, and coffee in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch. They even had a medical mini-fridge in the lobby. My room was upgraded, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped.

The location is fantastic, with an unobstructed view. There are many highly-rated restaurants within about 300 meters of the hotel, so whether breakfast is included or not isn't a big deal. Suning Plaza is right downstairs, offering plenty of food and drink options. Both the parking attendant and the front desk staff who checked me in were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor inconvenience is having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries. Oh, and the bathroom is absolutely huge!

A beautiful addition to Nantong. Stylishly decorated throughout with an overall feeling of space, the hotel impresses from the first. The lobby is huge, and staff are excellent and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and amenities emerge excellent with a standalone bath, monsoon shower, and a really amazing view from the comfortable bed! Breakfast is about as good as it gets with a huge range of food for any palate. If you’d like a touch of luxury while staying in Nantong, this is it!

I’d been eyeing this Suzhou hotel on Xiaohongshu for a while, and since I was visiting Jinji Lake this time, I decided to stay near Guanqian Street. Booking through Ctrip was super easy. I added the owner on WeChat, and they gave me very detailed instructions on parking. Since some alleys in the city center are quite narrow, we ended up parking at Jinji Lake and took the subway, which was incredibly convenient! The hotel entrance isn't big, it's right next to the Pearl Hotel, but once you step inside, it opens up beautifully – very modern. There's also a large rooftop terrace on the sixth floor with plants and flowers, perfect for having tea and chatting with family and friends; it's so relaxing! Our room was upgraded to a Queen room, and watching movies on the projector was fantastic! Downstairs, there’s delicious steamed buns (Man Hao Ge), which saved us a trip to Jiuxue Street, and the 24-hour beef noodle place next door is also good. The location is excellent, and it’s very quiet at night. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. The front desk staff was very pretty and even showed us how to use the smart home features in our room. The face-scan check-in without a room card was super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou!

For those driving, the hotel offers a spacious underground parking lot, ensuring parking is completely hassle-free. 🏨 **Environment and Rooms:** Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by its modern and grand design, with soft lighting creating an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were warm, professional, and quickly got me settled into my room. My room was on a higher floor, and as soon as I opened the door, I was impressed by its spacious and bright interior. The panoramic window design is fantastic; the floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and the bustling nightscape of Zhangjiagang. The bedding was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring I had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation and was stocked with premium toiletries, showcasing attention to detail and quality. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; despite the city's hustle and bustle outside, it was remarkably quiet once the windows were closed. 🍱 **Dining Experience:** I must commend the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet, served at Zhenchu Restaurant on the 39th floor, offered an incredibly diverse spread, with both Western and Chinese dishes to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed their freshly-made noodles; the rich broth and springy noodles, complemented by a variety of fresh toppings, made for a truly satisfying start to the day. The fresh, seasonal fruits were also a highlight, wonderfully sweet and refreshing. For lunch and dinner, I tried Yunwei, the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Its elegant ambiance, imbued with Jiangnan charm, perfectly complemented the exquisite and delicious dishes. The menu beautifully blended Huaiyang cuisine with local Zhangjiagang specialties, making every dish memorable. Oh, and the Executive Lounge on the 36th floor is also exceptional. The afternoon tea offered delicate and delicious pastries that were perfectly sweet without being cloying. Happy Hour featured a generous selection of hot dishes and snacks, including freshly carved Peking duck, which the staff thoughtfully rolled and delivered to our table. Paired with expertly mixed cocktails, it was an absolutely superb dining experience! 🏊 **Facilities and Services:** The hotel's fitness center and indoor heated pool are both located on the 4th floor. The fitness center is well-equipped and open 24 hours, perfect for my workout schedule. The indoor heated pool had clean, crystal-clear water, and after a swim, I could relax in the adjacent massage pool – pure bliss! The hotel's service also left a lasting impression. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt in their responses. On one occasion, I needed extra towels, and they were delivered to my room within minutes of my call to room service. Additionally, the hotel provides a business center with well-equipped meeting rooms, making it ideal for business travelers. My stay at the Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel was excellent, whether for business or a family vacation. While the price might not be considered low, the hotel offers great value for money given its brand reputation, exceptional service, and comfortable environment. For Marriott Bonvoy members, the perks like room upgrades and late check-out make it even more worthwhile. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
