This was my first time staying at such a high-tech hotel, and I was really impressed! The hotel environment is great, and it's just 30 meters from Lindun Road subway station. About 100 meters west, you'll find the century-old Dalang Bridge Tangzhou (sugar porridge) shop, a non-heritage site. It's also super convenient to walk to attractions like Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Plus, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

When I visited Wuxi for Chinese New Year, I stayed at the Hyatt and was very impressed by its location, facilities, and Chinese restaurant. So, when I brought my parents to Wuxi this time, I chose it again. Even though it's now rebranded as Suning Galaxy, the service is still excellent.
I especially want to thank our concierge, Gessia. She contacted me on WeChat a day in advance to understand my request for a quiet room with an extra bed. When we checked in the next day, the extra bed was already set up, and she thoughtfully prepared all the in-room amenities, along with welcome fruits and an additional breakfast. Throughout our stay, Gessia was incredibly responsive and efficient via WeChat whenever we had any questions or needs, which was very reassuring.
Every staff member at the hotel was smiling, greeted us proactively, and spoke softly, making us feel very comfortable.

Room was clean, service was great and fast, location was right in the middle of the city though it really jams through peak hours. But this hotel is so comfortable, added more colours to my Xuzhou trip

Everything was top tier. From the check-in where I was upgraded to a river view room, the clean, spacious and inviting room to the service and superb breakfast. The view from the restaurant was amazing.
This was my pre birthday trip and the Hyatt made it so special. I even got a slice to birthday cake. The lady at the front desk who checked me in spoke really good English and was so kind and caring and she’s also a Gemini 😁🎉 I would 100% recommend and come back here.

After reading the reviews, I booked the lowest-priced room at this highly-rated hotel. The front desk service was excellent and very attentive, so I just had to leave a review. The room was small but exquisite, with everything you could need, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The 6th-floor lobby environment is especially fantastic, very well-designed, and the terrace is super comfortable. The value for money is exceptional. It's only two subway stops from the train station, located in a quiet part of the old town but still vibrant. The white walls and black tiles give it a typical Jiangnan water town style. The hotel has all sorts of facilities, and you can find food, drinks, and entertainment right outside the door, no need for a taxi. You could easily spend two days just exploring the nearby area, and for places further afield, there's the subway. The whole room is smart-enabled. I originally wanted to stay another night, but something came up unexpectedly. I'll definitely be back next time! 😊

Good location as it was near many eateries. Excellent service from the staff who went above and beyond the norm for the customers.
Unfortunately, we had cpme for the fruits we saw in the pictures and had read about in the review only to find out that there were no fruits at all. The fruits were only provided on the first day of opening. Fortunately, there are a number of fruit stalls within 5-8mins walking distance nearby.
We also found our family queen room to be a bit too simple as it lacked a sofa. Kudos to the team for bringing up another few chairs so we could have a place to sit. You can also borrow a wheelchair if you need one, and you can bring it out of the hotel as well.
The beds were a bit on the medium /less firm side. I would have preferred a firmer bed but I understand this is probably to cater to the more international crowd.
Breakfast was also a bit too simple, both in variety and taste. But the hot soy milk was good. We didn't eat much as well. Fortunately there were many eateries nearby so it was not a big issue.
Just a suggestion, this place would have been perfect for many travellers if they offered 4 single beds instead of 2 big beds. I look forward to coming back to stay again if can consider offering 4 single beds instead of 2 big beds.

I specifically chose the Crowne Plaza Suzhou during my trip this time. The price was right, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel looks like a luxurious cruise ship, and the lobby has a grand, high ceiling. Every photo I took looked upscale, especially with all the Christmas decorations now that it's close to Christmas. There's a big, beautiful Christmas tree right as you walk in. When I checked in, I was given a lake-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. Golden Rooster Lake is right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and when the lights come on at night, you can take in the entire city's brilliance. During my stay, the service details were also very thoughtful. Cecelia and Layla were both smiling, warm, and attentive. The bellhop proactively helped with my luggage the whole time, and check-in was efficient and quick. The breakfast selection was so rich it was hard to choose; I had a bowl of Suzhou-style noodles, and the freshly made omelet was also great. Most importantly, the hotel's location is super convenient. You can walk to the Jinji Lake scenic area, and in the evening, if you have time, you can take a stroll on the boardwalk downstairs. I highly recommend everyone stay here when visiting Suzhou!

I’m so glad to chance upon this place on Trip. A very memorable stay - very good location in Yangzhou, excellent service, very well kept room and furniture. Thanks to Emma and her team for ensuring that guests are well taken care of. Very thoughtful and impeccable. I’m pleasantly surprised that I got a room upgrade with a little courtyard. Thank you once again 花间堂!

This hotel is great! It's in Xinjiekou, so it's convenient to go anywhere. The cleaning staff came every day and did a very thorough job. The front desk staff also provided excellent service 👍🏻👍🏻. It happened to be autumn, so all the air conditioners were set to heat, but luckily, the window in the room could be opened, and we could also borrow a standing fan. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nanjing! 😄
Facilities: Average
Cleanliness: Average. I understand not being able to open windows on the 71st floor, but the room was so dry my nose bled and my throat hurt, which was very uncomfortable. They really should add a humidifier. Because it was so dry, any movement in the room stirred up a lot of dust. This isn't a problem with the cleaning staff, but rather the extreme dryness of the room.
Environment: The view outside the window is indeed nice, very impressive.
Service: Average
1. We booked a room type that should have been around the 66th floor, but we were upgraded to the 71st floor, which I really appreciate.
2. I booked the room through Ctrip, and Ctrip indicated that my credit was sufficient and no deposit was needed. However, at check-in, I was still required to pay an additional 1111 as a deposit, which contradicted what Ctrip said. I completely understand paying a deposit, but why was it 1111, then became 1110.98?
3. When booking, it showed complimentary welcome fruit, but we didn't receive any. I always stay in five-star hotels when traveling, and welcome fruit is always placed directly in the room; I've never had to ask for it like this. And I only remembered and asked about it on the second night, and then they told me I had to go pick it up myself.
Summary: The outdoor scenery is beautiful, but the night view has too much reflection on the glass to get a good photo (I used a DJI, and even post-processing couldn't remove it). The third picture is a daytime shot from the 71st floor. Honestly, you can get great photos from the 45th floor (second video), so booking a standard room is sufficient. Especially after seeing the comparison (first video).

CChuntianrannaifenBooked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.
GGuest UserNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.
GGuest UserThe RV we booked has a separate RV barbecue area. The RV is clean and sanitary. The upper and lower bunks for children are narrow but also very delicate, clean, and safe. They are soft-padded and the children like them very much. The outdoor environment is particularly good, with a small train, a cruise ship, and a children's play area. The scenic area is relatively large, and the room service is also great. You can call the front desk at any time to arrange a sightseeing bus to pick you up.

HHeimi_123Our stay here was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the accommodation was very comfortable. My child loves baths, which was why we chose this place; the disposable plastic liners provided for the tub made us feel very safe and at ease. In the evenings, the owner even set out watermelon and other fruits in the lobby for everyone to enjoy freely. We'd sip tea, chat, and it was incredibly relaxing! Inside, there's a large alligator snapping turtle and three smaller turtles. My child absolutely loved repeatedly feeding watermelon to the alligator snapping turtle. When it was time to leave, my child didn't want to go! It was a truly wonderful trip, and I've attached some photos for reference.
HHanrenKThis is my second stay here, and as always, the service quality is top-notch.
To enjoy the autumn foliage, I needed to get to Humble Administrator's Garden early the next day to photograph the Yiliang Pavilion, so I chose this place again. It's about a ten-minute taxi ride, and I didn't have to worry about traffic restrictions or congestion, which was very convenient.
**Service**: This is truly the biggest highlight. Before checking in, I added the butler, Amber. I initially thought it was just a formality, but to my surprise, she genuinely responded and handled any questions or issues promptly, regardless of the time of day. Very thoughtful! 👍
**Cleanliness**: The room was exceptionally clean. I mean, not a speck of dust on any of the cabinets, and even after walking around in the slippers multiple times, the floor remained spotless.
**Facilities**: I was very satisfied with both the courtyard room from my last stay and the water view room this time. The bedding was especially comfortable. The only minor point is that the bathroom door doesn't have enough clearance for a mat, so pushing the door tends to move the mat as well. This could be improved.
**Dining**: Various welcome amenities and social hour events really enhanced the emotional value. The dessert section at breakfast and the unlimited coconut options were a delight.
The hotel's parking lot has charging stations, and there's also a NIO Power Swap Station nearby.
I'm very satisfied with everything, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.
Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

PPrimiJust checked out and I have to give it a five-star rating! The room was spotless and the design perfectly suited my taste, exceeding all expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and any questions were promptly addressed.
From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Both the amenities and the service were impeccable. They have both a B&B and a restaurant, and the overall environment is truly stunning. I was completely satisfied with my stay and it was an excellent value! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xishan, and I've highly recommended it to my friends.
