The hotel reception was very kind to accede to our request for a room with a better view as there were available rooms. The upgraded room was clean and spacious, overlooking the beautiful city, albeit a tinge of cigarette smoke smell once in a while. The staff was helpful and brought us to the didi pickup point after our check-out. Definitely recommend this hotel and will book this hotel again when we return!

When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to help with the luggage. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I could see the river view, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. I will come again next time

I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

An absolutely amazing stay, worth returning to countless times! Choosing this hotel for my trip was such a delightful surprise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was embraced by a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and handled my check-in efficiently and patiently. They even proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area – impeccable attention to detail! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin. I fell asleep instantly, which perfectly relieved my travel fatigue. The facilities were excellent; the air conditioning heated and cooled quickly, and there was plenty of hot water with stable temperature. The toiletries were high quality, and even the hairdryer had good power. The view from the window was expansive, with no distracting noises, creating a quiet and relaxing environment.

The hotel is right in the heart of the Poly business district. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with two good 'luosifen' (snail noodle) restaurants nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. The 42nd-floor lobby offers a pretty good 360° view, and Luna at the front desk provided excellent service. Thumbs up!

This hotel boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, just a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, allowing easy access to all corners of the city. If you choose to take a taxi to Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station, it's only a short ten-minute ride, saving a significant amount of travel time. The staff's service attitude is outstanding, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya at the service center. They are not only warm and attentive but also patiently and thoroughly answer all inquiries. They enthusiastically recommend local dining and entertainment options, making every guest feel genuinely cared for. This trip, due to my schedule, I needed a slightly later checkout, and they graciously offered a complimentary late checkout until 4 PM, which was very accommodating. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, featuring a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym with plenty of exercise machines. The breakfast and Chinese restaurants are located on the 6th floor. Breakfast is quite varied, offering both Western and Chinese options to suit different tastes. The hotel is right next to the large shopping mall, Hangyang City, and Mixc City is also not far, making dining, shopping, and strolling very convenient. What's more, you can directly access the second floor of the mall from the hotel lobby, which is incredibly handy. As night falls, the surrounding night view of the hotel is absolutely stunning, like a captivating painting. This prime location and excellent service make this hotel an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure tourists.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful view, which immediately lifted my spirits. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and I slept incredibly well both nights. Overall, I was very satisfied. Also, the Americano coffee made by the lovely lady at the front desk was delicious, and the fruit was tasty too! A cup every morning after breakfast left me feeling completely energized!

The service was very warm and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The view was fantastic, offering an unobstructed panorama of the mountains and water, which was really pleasant. It offered great value for money, and the hygiene was excellent, with all facilities well-equipped. Highly recommended!

Located opposite a pretty lake, nice for a walk, the hotel is good for leisure and business travellers. The rooms are large and well equipped. The shower was particularly nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean. Fortunately I was with my Chinese speaking partner otherwise check in may have been a longer process. The breakfast was also fine but more orientated to local audience - albeit there is bread, fruit, eggs. Coffee at breakfast is not so good.

The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities overall were very good. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement. The men’s dry sauna requires some maintenance, and the overall cleanliness of the room could be enhanced. In particular, the washroom sealants showed mold, the ceiling had spider webs, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. I also recommend that front desk staff receive additional training in basic English communication, as this would significantly improve the guest experience for international visitors. Given the reputation of Crowne Plaza as a global brand, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and service is essential. Despite these issues, I found the hotel to be a very pleasant place to stay, and I look forward to returning to Nanning and staying here again once these improvements are addressed.
