I chose Phuntsok Kangsang Hotel based on a friend's recommendation. At an altitude of over 4,000 meters, I unexpectedly found a warmth that felt just like home. The staff were enthusiastic, attentive, patient, and considerate, doing their best to meet our reasonable requests. The meals offered a wide variety, and a breathtaking view unfolded right outside our window. The room was clean and comfortable, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance lingering in the air.

The room was clean and tidy. I have been in Tibet for more than ten days. This was the only night I slept until the second night when someone woke me up. The owner was very friendly. He was afraid that we would have altitude sickness, so he helped us carry our luggage into the room. He was really nice! I will recommend this place to my friends next time they come.

This homestay really exceeded expectations, the decoration style is elegant and beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the bedding is soft and sleeps particularly peaceful. The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, and it is particularly healing from the hustle and bustle. The landlord is kind and easy-going, and the answer is very intimate. The living experience is full. It is really worth everyone to stay!

Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

Honestly, it was much better than I expected! The room was quite spacious and clean, which made me feel really comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. The front desk lady was excellent and very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The bedding is soft and odor-free, and there's no dust or stains on surfaces or corners; the bathroom is dry and spotless. From its prime location and comfortable living environment to its complete amenities and strict cleaning protocols, every aspect provides peace of mind. It's perfectly suitable for both solo travelers and those traveling with companions. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa.

It's close to Guo Street, making transportation very convenient. The only downside is that the oxygen supply wasn't as good as I expected; I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache.
