My stay at the Crown Hotel in Linzhi truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's surroundings were truly stunning. From the window, I could see the mountains and greenery. The lobby and room decor were warm and elegant, reflecting local characteristics. The facilities were impeccable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Every detail was meticulously thought out, making my stay truly comfortable. I especially want to commend our housekeeper, Xiao Miao, for her thoughtful and caring attitude throughout the entire stay. She proactively recommended local cuisine and the hotel's amenities. Her warmth and attentiveness, like a friend, made my entire stay even more heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linzhi!

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

Hampton by Hilton Shannan is a new hotel that only opened at the end of 2024. The hotel minibar's Coke Qixi, soda water mineral water is free to drink, breakfast variety is many, taste is also very good, this price is very worth it. And one thing worthy of praise is that the lobby manager also helped me book 5 rooms at Hilton Huiting Hotel Lhasa. The price is 80 yuan cheaper than the above. This service can be praised. I will stay here next time I travel to Shannan.

Very close to Yangzhuo Ruicuo, suitable for staying. It is super suitable to rest on the Sichuan-Tibet line! Near the gas station and the food street, it is convenient to make up for energy and foraging for food. The room has oxygen supply and is not afraid of high reaction. The bedding is soft enough to relieve the fatigue of the journey and the breakfast is full. The front desk will also help check the follow-up road conditions, clean and intimate, a proper travel charging station!

The service was excellent! Customer service reached out beforehand and upgraded us to an oxygen-enriched room upon arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful for a high-altitude area! They even helped us set up the oxygen concentrator, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The room was clean and bright, with smart controls, and the breakfast was plentiful! On the edge of Gongbu Park, the park and the mountain are outside in the morning. It snowed the first night, and the cedars in the foggy mountains. Downstairs is a large business district with a good environment. The breakfast is quite rich and can meet the needs of Chinese and Western. The room size is also suitable. Separation of washstand and bathroom can effectively complement each other's time. Atour City is our first choice.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was really big. The hotel staff were incredibly prompt in assisting us with all our requests. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, with trash and linens taken care of thoroughly. The facilities were great too; the oxygen machine on the wall could accommodate two people at once. It's very close to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace, and there's even a department store nearby.

The location is excellent, right opposite the Tibet Museum, just a 5-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage. The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude. The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude. Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The oxygen supply equipment in the room and the Bluetooth speaker were both excellent. The oxygen system is the latest model, much better and quieter than a traditional oxygen concentrator. The butler service was also very attentive, responding promptly to all my requests. The overall cleanliness and hygiene were great, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious too.
