The room was pretty standard, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, all the stars are for the view. Stepping outside to see snow-capped mountains and enjoying a meal right at their foot was truly incredible, making it completely worth the price. The beds in the twin room were quite small, and the shower was pretty bad – the water temperature kept swinging between hot and cold, making it almost impossible to get a comfortable setting. However, these minor drawbacks don't spoil the overall experience, and I'd still highly recommend staying here. The breakfast spread was generous, and the food from their restaurant was also excellent, definitely worth trying.

I've been here twice, and each time I stayed for a few days. It's very convenient to have access to the ski resort right outside the back door. Everyone in the hotel has a very good service attitude, is enthusiastic, and professional. Only a female employee in the restaurant downstairs who should be the manager is very unfriendly to guests and has an extremely bad attitude. She was still mean to us many times in the restaurant, and her mood for traveling was affected by her.

The room is not big, but relatively comfortable. It is convenient for skiing. You can slide in and out of the hotel. The snow in the ski resort is good, suitable for beginners. The breakfast is rich in variety and the red wine is great. The hotel's outdoor hot tub is a highlight. If you are a family with children, there is an indoor swimming pool on the ground floor of the hotel, which is relatively small and enough for children to play in.

I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.

The hotel is not far from the ski lift. The boss will drive for free once a day. The hotel team service is very warm. The restaurant cooks very good food and the price is moderate. The location is in Gushie Town. Drive 50 kilometers ahead is Kazbuek Town (mountain), snow, This is the world of fairy tales, not far from the Ogre Friendship Monument

If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive.
Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK.
PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort.

There is a double bed and a sofa bed, which can sleep four people.
The room is clean and tidy. Opposite is the mountaintop church. When you get up early and open the curtains, you can see the beautiful scenery of the golden mountain in the sun. The owner of the house is very nice and has a WeChat account. When you check in, you can add him on WeChat and send a passport photo. The price-performance ratio is still very good. The only thing that puzzles me is that I don't know how to use the induction cooker.

The hotel in the small town of Kazbeki is located on the hillside and the Kazbek Mountain is far away. Checking in on the evening of September 22, the hotel is a single building, standardized rooms and facilities, simple and bright, the weather is cold, but the floor heating is warm. Breakfast is specially prepared for four of us, which is great! There are parking spaces and elevators. Recommended stay.

GGuest UserWe love our stay at Gudauri ski resort. The view in the morning is amazing. We only had problem while checking in because the location in google map is apparently slightly off. But other than that all are good. The owner also very kind to let us store our luggage after check out, bcs our tour picked us really late due to some road closure in Kazbegi. The security also very nice, he also give some recommendation for food and ski rental. He suggested us to eat at Good aura restaurant behind the hotel and it was nice indeed. Thanks

QQingshuiwandaoWhen visiting Kazbek, be sure not to sign up for a day trip, because you don’t have time to walk to see the most beautiful scenery. The best option is to take a car from Tbilisi on the same day, have a local special meal in the evening, and stay in a hotel for one night. , walked up the mountain early the next morning. Although the cabin is an option, the first thing I considered was safety - after all, when you are away from home, the safety of your life and property is the most important. In the end, I chose a family hotel, which is a three-story building with about 8-10 rooms on the second and third floors, of which about 6 are mountain view rooms. Rooms is the best hotel in the village. If you have money, of course you can choose Rooms directly.
The price of this hotel in winter is 280 yuan, which is 1000-1200 yuan cheaper than the cheapest Rooms during the same period. This money can be saved to enjoy dining in Rooms. I booked this mountain view room to avoid possible footsteps upstairs. But there are few guests and no noise. The room is large and clean, the sheets and quilts are also good, and it is comfortable to live in. The heating is very warm.
The room faces the church and Mount Kazbek, and if you are lucky, you can take pictures of the golden mountain in the sun. The location is also very convenient, and you can walk to the supermarket in a few minutes. The store provides a breakfast for 25 yuan in local currency. I packed the bread and food from the previous night and heated them up in the kitchen on the first floor. Since I don't plan to hike in winter, staying in this village for one night is enough.
