I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money. My ratings: Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10 Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently) Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis) Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced) View & Hotel Location: 5/10 I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.

Located just close by the exit tol of IPC Sentul. Breakfast menu quite good with the wide area resto inside and outside. Big room with best view offered. Thanks Lorin.

The hotel is really great, I loved the location and the view. It would be even better if: - There was a phone in the room to order food, etc. - The TV's internet connection quality could be improved.

We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.

This hotel is a bit old, with a rather dated interior design, but it’s still quite comfortable. The room is clean enough, and the swimming pool is nice too. However, the shower room by the pool isn’t very clean. The hotel’s location is very strategic ,right in the city center, close to popular food spots, and also very near Cihapit Market. For breakfast, it’s fairly complete, with lots of Bandung specialties like cireng, lumpia basah, and cilok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

There was a minor issue on the last night, where the power went out twice, but it was brief and quickly restored. This didn't detract from the overall enjoyable experience. Our room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

This a great place to be with family....I recommend all family to stay in this resort and book family room...me and my kids and my family love staying in this hotel
