The hotel is probably in old style hotel but the room was huge and the services are good. The room service was quick even though the hotel looks full. The extra bed also comfy. In addition to that, i just wanted to praise the hotel breakfast team. The breakfast was superb, wide range of food , the pastry is good, the western also delicious. Overall we satisfied with the hotel.

While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

Fantastic stay with great service and perfect location!I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked us in very quickly. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

Getting the room key took forever. We arrived and registered at 9 AM, then explored the whole place, and had to wait until 3 PM. At 3 PM, I asked again for the second time about the key, and only then was it given to me. Oh my goodness, it was really tough with three small kids. So all the guests and their belongings were piled up in the lobby, making it super crowded like a market. It's so different from other 5-star hotels where if you arrive early, the room is provided sooner, so guests don't pile up in the lobby. And once we finally got a room, it was at the very end, with a really creepy backyard, and the front of the room was dirty. I was so shocked and disappointed, completely below my expectations. The staff managing the WhatsApp chat also seemed unfriendly when answering messages, unlike the direct hotel staff who were very friendly. The food at Damar is delicious and a must-try when swimming. Breakfast was also good, and there are many play areas for kids, and you can even feed animals. I hope Pullman Ciawi can improve in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. The location is excellent—very strategic and close to Braga Street, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to the team for the complimentary slices of cake to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and we truly appreciate the kind gesture. It made our celebration even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Crowne Plaza Bandung again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono.
