Hotels With Parking in Avannaata, Greenland

A clean and compact, yet very practical hotel. We managed to get a great deal on our stay, as it was more reasonably priced than other hotels – perhaps due to the season – though it usually seems a bit more expensive. Given that accommodation in Ilulissat is generally pricey, this hotel offers excellent value for money in comparison. Its central location also makes it convenient for exploring the town on foot.

Great to stay several nights, the room was cozy enough for staying alone and the breakfast was good enough. See View with iceberg was just fascinating. Free transit service from and to airport was great service provided (one way trip by taxi from airport is about 150dkk)

The hotel's front desk service was particularly poor. Upon check-in, I explained I'd already booked and paid on Trip.com, but the receptionist showed no respect, insisting I hadn't paid. Later, I called the manager over, who abruptly stated we'd already paid, offering no apology for their previous rudeness. The room was small and barely adequate. Don't expect too much in Greenland; it's basically nothing. The hotel is close to the airport, but still a distance from the town center. Those with a car should consider this carefully. We checked out at 10 a.m. and asked if we could check in later, as our flight wasn't at noon. As expected, we were given another rude treatment. I can only say the hotel doesn't think it needs to be polite, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying with such an attitude. Of course, options in Greenland are limited, so if you have no other options, you might want to stay here.

The apartment is located on the second floor and takes about fifteen steps to climb the stairs, but this road is full of big stone suitcases that will rot.
