The most comfortable and best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Northeast Japan. Both the hardware facilities and the service staff were excellent. I especially praised a Chinese brother wearing glasses who was very kind and attentive. He could communicate in both Chinese and English. I hope I can come to Appi Plateau to see the snow again in winter if I have the chance~
We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences.
1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones
2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items
3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover!
I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.
I stayed with three families.
The room was a Japanese room and I could afford three futons.
There was a washroom at the entrance of the room, and the toilet was also wide 々. I had the smoking room quit smoking, but the smell still remains a little worrisome. Other than that, it was very comfortable. The view from the room was good with a view of the sea. The wifi of the hotel and the wifi of the mobile phone are weak.
The bath has a large communal bath, and the bath is not that big. There was a sauna and a cold bath, a 41 degree hot water and a hot water (weak and weak water pressure), there was no open-air bath, but it was beautiful overall. It's good to have water where you take a bath.
I asked the hotel to tell me the recommendation and ate it somewhere else in the evening.
Breakfast was a buffet, rich in variety, and the fry of meat potatoes and tara was especially delicious

It was a bit expensive because it was during the holidays, but the buffet was great. Both children and adults were very satisfied. The hot spring was spacious and relaxing.

Although it is an old-fashioned hotel, the overall stay is quite comfortable, the hot spring is 43 degrees very comfortable, the room space is also very large, you can see the beautiful sea of clouds outside the window, the breakfast content is also good, it takes more than 10 minutes to drive to the supermarket and the place to eat, it is recommended
