I spent good four nights at Ibis Amman, while it is not close to the city center it is located close to many shops, restaurants and cafés. Breakfast was included and it was excellent buffet with lots of good choices. My room was lovely, very spacious, lots of hot water and towels. A mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Very quiet room. I used the gym three times, small but good equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my first time in Jordan and my first time experiencing a Marriott in Amman. We booked three rooms for our family at Marriott, and it was a fantastic stay. We've already registered as members and will definitely choose Marriott hotels again next time.

A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay.

The hotel's location is great. This is my third visit to Jordan, and I still chose this hotel, mainly because the staff are all wonderful. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly. However, the facilities feel a bit older than last year. Overall, it's still quite good, and I'll consider it again next time.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

The hotel fosters a family atmosphere among its staff and other guests, thanks to its spacious rooms. It's perfect for anyone who wants to feel at home, not just in a hotel. Thank you to the hotel manager, Mr. Abu Zaid, Ms. Rawan, Mr. Jihad, and the housekeeping staff, including Mr. Fouad. The hotel owner welcomed us warmly, as did Chef Shaher and all the hotel staff. We will definitely visit again. The hotel is new, clean, and well-organized.

This hotel is located near the university of Jordan. And nearby many restaurants. The room is clean and their staff responses fast when we request some services. However, there was some mistake that we reserved a room with 3 single beds for 3 persons, but we got the room with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed at the first night eventhough we have reserved in advance many days before we check in. The other points is nice 👍.

The surroundings are very quiet and there is very little business. The bed is oversized, just too soft. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.
