Great Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!
The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room was warm. It was in a good enough location 5-10min walk to old town.
The only two things that I didn't like were the shower, but it still worked also there was no place to sit and relax after a long day of walking or doing tours and have a drink or socialise. (Maybe there was an area and I didnt see it)
This is my second time here. The first time was amazing. I didn't expect there would be new surprises the second time. I love it❤️. There are many restaurants nearby and the food is great. I like it very much!
Really nice hotel but it’s a little far from the old city. Trams in the area make it easier to travel that way. The hotel it self was really beautiful and had everything you’d want for a cozy stay.
The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves.
There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off.
The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones.
You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.
Ottima posizione, hotel confortevole, bella camera
It was a wonderful experience to stay in Bella for 2 nights. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with a touch of traditional charm. The location is ideal, situated within walking distance of the main square and other key attractions, making it easy to explore the city.
My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring all the necessary amenities to make my visit enjoyable.I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers!
The transportation is quite convenient. You can take the SKA1 directly from KRK Airport to Krakow Zablocie. You can also walk there by following the navigation. The environment is good, the breakfast and fruit are also good. The gym on the 6th floor is open from 7 am to 10 pm. You can also take the SKA1 to the Salt Mine. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square. Wawel Castle takes a little longer to walk.
Except that the WiFi is always disconnected and the location is a bit far, everything else is good.
It is a quasi-five-star standard in China, the room is big enough, and it has everything you need, such as a hardware safe and refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on, with just the right softness and hardness.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to the old town. Breakfast is very good and many food options available. Service is good too, not the best as you need to ask if you want the room cleaned or towels changed but as you ask, they do it right away

AAnonymous UserI had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay.
The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard.
Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience.
The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed.
The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality.
I recommend Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’m glad I booked through Trip.com for an effortless experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
BBrianDoubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.
SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.
AAnonymous UserIt was a wonderful hotel. Cleanliness is very good.
Also furniture is so beautiful and European.
I wanna recommend this hotel to friends and wanna stay again.
EEdgar Aguilar DiazFive star rating 😊
The room was cleaned and tidy, and had a modern decoration. The staff are all accommodating and very helpful in providing you information about the City (krakow). Most of the stuff are very friendly and I almost felt I was home the way I was accommodated and treated.
Overall, I highly recommend the place. Superb experience😊👍🏻🫶🏻
AAnonymous Userit was a nice hotel to stay overall.
the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink.
as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming.
and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train.
besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆
and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁
and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light.
thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.
GGuest UserLovely spotless hotel in fab location. 5 minute walk to the train station and to the main square. Bathroom and shower very small but we got by..Friendly staff. Would recommend.
GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
MMINGYUEThe location is hard to find, behind a large iron gate. But the living environment is very good, including breakfast, air conditioning for 24 hours, private lockers, and the front desk staff is very good.
