This hotel is really convenient for me as my trip was to attend Jhope concert held at Impact Arena. It just a walking distance to the venue ( the have walkaways from the hotel to the venue) and you dont have to worry about transportation post concert.
The room is spacious enough for me and most importantly they provide iron upon request and I was happy for that!
Also the hotel welcomed the fans with cute decoration related to the concert and it really made our day! And their mango sticky rice is really delicious!
Chose this hotel as it's relatively near to impact arena. It's my second time staying at Koo but this time the reception staffs were a tad rude.
Hotel introduced self check-in on guest portal so I utilised it before reaching the hotel. Reached hotel reception and told receptionist lady that was attending to me I did the self check-in. She brushed me off and told me to give her my passport. Gave it to her and told her ”oh I actually did the self check-in on guest portal”. She replied ”this is not the airport” so I told her I understand I meant the hotel self check-in. Since it's something new I wanted to understand what's the purpose of this self check-in since we still have to scan our passport at the reservation. Lady that was attending to me explained it was just to confirm the reservation online but the lady receptionist said it out loud in Thai ”ขี้สงสัยจังเลย” (like commenting I was overly curious on their process) thinking I couldn't understand Thai. I don't think assuming international hotel guest doesn't understand Thai and commenting on them in front of them is a polite thing to do.
Previously it was a nice experience with Koo but this time just a bit disappointed with the service.
This hotel is located about 30 minutes north of central Bangkok by car, assuming there’s no traffic. It’s a convenient option if your activities are centered in this area. The hotel has a good security system, with keycard access required for different levels, which adds a sense of safety. There are also staff on duty at all times, so assistance is readily available if needed.
We stayed in an executive room with a king bed. The room layout was excellent—spacious and well-designed, featuring a cozy living area, a kitchen, and a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living room.
However, there were a few downsides. Housekeeping could be improved; they don’t automatically replace floor mats or towels unless requested. Additionally, they provide only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash for two guests, which isn’t sufficient. It would be more appropriate to offer at least two bottles per person. The shower heads also seem quite old and don’t function very well.
Despite these minor issues, our stay was overall pleasant. Thank you for the enjoyable experience.
I recently stayed at a hotel near Chaengwattana Road and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It's within walking distance of Central Chaengwattana, which is perfect for shopping and dining. It's also very close to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, so it’s an excellent choice if you’re attending a concert, event, or exhibition there.
What made it even more convenient was the nearby BTS Pink Line station, making it easy to travel around the area without needing a car or taxi.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay in the Chaengwattana–Muang Thong Thani area.
Was there for Concert trip! Prefect accommodation for concert trip at Impact Arena. Only 5 min walking distance to Impact Arena and this hotel located just 20-30 mins from Don Mueang Airport. Highly recommended for those fans who want to go for concert trip!
I do not expect anything much just need a regular place to stay for a night but the room was quite an unexpected journey of mine. Despite all the minor issues I don't mind, there is one problem that I couldn't stand is the leak from air conditioner which i noticed in the morning (air-con leaking when i was sleeping). The position of the leaking go straight to the table which pretty close to TV and the plug pocket where my charger was there all night, it is out of order. Luckily I didn't put my phone or laptop there as well.
So do not expect much, just a lousy room or maybe you have a bad luck.
I certainly understand they'll do their best to handle the situation.
Hotel is too large ni atmosphere. Other hotels are, also large but feel warm and inviting.
Front office staff do not understand CS.
Had to carry our own bags even when there was a bell boy waiting who was playing in his phone
Asked for the business centre yes they do not have one. Really
Breakfast nothing really for vegetarian unlike other hotels Breakfast buffet
Would not stay again.
The big things every one can get right. It is the small thing which make a,difference.
No place mats on the tables . No napkins only tissues
No cutlery in the table
Very poor
Pros - Beautiful place, complete in it, there is a swimming pool, a duck boat, a playground, a cafe, a hotel restaurant. You don't have to go out at all. The atmosphere is suitable for both couples and families, clean, good service.
Disadvantage - Breakfast does not use a buffet. Served according to the number of people and we don't know if we can add it or not. We have a 4-year-old child. Did not serve extra, but the chef is kind. Plus pancakes for the children to eat The accommodation is clean, but secretly forgot to give tissue and rubber bands, I used to put it on the head of the bed and the mattress is dusty and dust.
Overall considered good Almost worth the price Lack of breakfast If there is a chance, he will come back again.
Hotel is located in the distance of shopping malls (Pantip and The Mall Life Store Ngamwongwan) where you can walk to main road or take motorbike around THB 10-15. The hotel is closed to minimart and silent in the night time. However the cleaning maid is very loud in early morning since the reception informed to check out before noon. We can hear anything from outside or the walkway in front of room. Anyways the price is value to spend.

セセリーナchunhuaGreat for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

VViolaThe breakfast really average, and if you come at 9 ish the food was empty, they won't top up the food, we usually go to 7 11 after having breakfast in the hotel because the food is not enough really pointless to having breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure why they forced us to having room with breakfast while they can provide enough food. reception Name Ann the only girl at reception really rude, love to yell and talk to you in the bad way, the worst reception I ever met in my life. Luckily the other reception name Thanakryt was nice and really accommodate. If its not for my brother skate training that just 3 min walk from this hotel we won't stay here. Also the staff having meals together with you in breakfast so with really small amounts of food you not just compete with guests but also with staff 🤣😂
TTangsakyuensAm very impressed with the location and price. While it’s far away from central (slightly) it’s very convenient to go to Impact/thunder dome. The shuttle service was helpful too. Just have to check with the counter when they’re available. The room was clean and comes with free bottled water. I’m particular about taste of water, the provided were good. The room was cold enough as well. Please note that there’s trees surroundings you may expect some bugs from nature but I didn’t see any for myself. The water was not hot enough for me but I can handle 2 days without it. Comes with amenities and no questionable stains seen in towel/bedsheets. Bed was low but I slept well. Will definitely come again when I’m here for short trip to watch a concert.
