I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

Came here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, which said it's very close to Pamukkale. And it truly is, just a 3-minute drive! The hotel is small, and even though I was on the first floor, I noticed they do have an elevator. There's a small, clean-looking pool next to the restaurant. As for breakfast, it might be alright for Westerners, but for Chinese palates, it's pretty average.

Otelin özellikle temizliği ve konumu çok iyi. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli, ürünler tertemiz ve tazeydi. Kapı kartı ile ilgili bir sorunumuz oldu kapı açılmadı değişim biraz geç oldu fakat bu her zaman olacak diye bir sey yok. Onun haricinde her sey ***et iyiydi.

The hotel was really clean and very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room had everything we needed, we were very comfortable.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

This hotel is a gem, located near the famous travertines of Pamukkale and within walking distance to the ancient city of Hierapolis. The host, Ahmet, is very helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable. They also serve a fantastic, traditional Turkish breakfast. Bu otel, Pamukkale'nin ünlü travertenlerinin yakınında ve Hierapolis antik kentine yürüme mesafesinde bulunan bir mücevherdir. Ev sahibi Ahmet çok yardımseverdir ve konaklamanızın konforlu olmasını sağlar. Ayrıca harika, geleneksel bir Türk kahvaltısı da servis ederler.

The hotel is located in the city center and parking is convenient. The service staff is very responsible and the hygiene management is in line with expectations. The breakfast is rich and good value for money.

Enjoyed my staying there all the time, During 1 week travel inTurkey, this was best hotel ever.

We stayed 2 nights as 4 adults and 1 child in the family room of the hotel. Location 5 minutes from Pamukkale traverters. But the room we stayed was very cold, the room was very cold, the air conditioning was very cold, the smell of lagam came from the toilet and this smell was very disturbing, and the toilet had no bathroom. Also there was a hot water problem. I recommend more for a night of accommodation, only for sleep. Not very suitable for long-term locks.
