The hotel I stayed at this time had its pros and cons, and I'd like to share my objective experience.
Let's start with the highlights. The front desk manager's service was a huge plus; he was incredibly nice, patient, and professional during check-in and when I asked questions, making me feel very comfortable. Also, the hotel's location was great, convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, which I was quite satisfied with.
However, the drawbacks were also quite noticeable. First, the facilities were a bit old, showing signs of age. While this didn't affect basic functionality, it detracted from the overall experience. The most disappointing aspect was the room service. Despite giving a tip, the cleanliness was appalling: towels and blankets were folded haphazardly; bird droppings on the windows were unsightly; and there was even litter on the floor, making me feel very uncomfortable and completely disregarding the tip.
If you have high standards for cleanliness and service, you might want to think twice before booking; but if you prioritize location and front desk service, it might be worth considering.

Turkey self-driving tour to crocus city, this hotel is on the edge of the city, there is free parking space, driving to the ancient city for ten minutes, very convenient. The room is large, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich. The front desk communication through translation software is basically effective. It is recommended to self-driving tourists.
Hotel has nice location, not in the historical centrer, but nearby in the modern part of the city, you have a lot of convenience stores, restaurants with cheap prices, and very close to the historical part of city.
Staff is very kind.
Breakfast is in form of buffet, nothing special, but just enough.
It is very loudly in the room, walls are completely not soundproof, and there is a lot of loud noise from the very busy street.
Car parking is just parking at the street in front of hotel, so not best option, but it is.
Please note despite AC is mentioned in the offer, there were no remote controller to turn it on, and at reception they told us AC is not working.
Given that you can find better hotel for less money, I had bigger expectations to this hotel.
I can see why they’re 5stars hotel in every platform. The room is spotless clean and the carpet, furniture everywhere is decorated beautifully and comfy, the boss and Ismail took good care of us, recommending nice restaurants and beautiful places to visit, bringing us delicious breakfast. It’s indeed the best hotel i ever stayed in Turkey, in Safranbolu, in Europe I’d say. I don’t even want to leave. Ismail made tea for us, in the evening and when we came back to hotel at night, i love talking to him, about the weather the culture here and in my country. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, helpful and caring, it is indeed the best time for me ☺️
It was good that the key and the card key were separate so that the electricity in the room did not stop. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, refrigerator, hot water and towels. It is far from tourist spots and stations, so it is inconvenient if there is no car, but I think it is a comfortable inn that doesn't want to leave the room if there is.
A quite clean and related facility. There are vehicles in the rooms like a sabble shampoo hair dryer. Beds are comfortable and clean. One of the safest places to stay around. Also rooms are hot for those who think of staying in the winter.
I have stayed at this hotel many times, 17 times in Turkey, and I must live in his home if I want to go to Safranbolu, focusing on very old Ottoman buildings and the feeling of home.

RRyanWuTravelThe location is very good, a five-minute walk to the old town. There is a parking lot. The breakfast is delicious and the service is friendly. There are no disadvantages except that the toilet is a little smaller.

SSung-Ling WangDuring our trip to the city of Sanfranbolu, we had an extraordinary lodging experience. The house, constructed of stone, was adorned with meticulous decorations throughout, reflecting the care and attention of the hostess. Breakfast was a delightful surprise in the morning, featuring homemade jams crafted from a plethora of organic ingredients, tantalizing pancakes, salads, and a variety of cheeses, all accompanied by the classic Turkish tea. What truly enhanced our stay was the enjoyable conversations with the host. Thanks to the guidance of this geology and history professor, our Turkish itinerary underwent significant revisions. Overall, it was an unforgettable accommodation experience!
ZzgcnkygszIt would be nonsense to come to Safranbolu and stay in a normal hotel. They restored the old mansions and turned them into hotels. There is such a hotel in Yorgancıoğlu Mansions, the rooms have been restored with woodworking, originality intact, the staff are completely family employees, they are all friendly.
浅浅浅的美好The hotel reception was very warm and kind, I miss her very much. She helped me carry the box, called the car for me, and watched me leave. Knowing that my stomach is not good, will prepare the food I need, I am very grateful. I think I will come back again, next time I will stay in a room a little bigger in the bathroom. Outside the window you can see the mountain, the tower, and the Richard dog, I miss it very much. There is also a beautiful green yard and sunshine, I will definitely go back again.
PPanji SamodroThe view is stunning, and the room is clean, although I was a bit disappointed because I didn’t get the room I had booked. I reserved a room with a balcony but didn’t receive one. However, it’s okay because the host is very friendly, and you won’t go hungry while staying here.

有有禮It is a historic site with a history of 180 years. It is a family-run business. It should be regarded as a B&B. The owner of the B&B is friendly. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the gate. Because the building is old, you will feel the floor shaking when you walk. It will be slightly opened, and the use of the key requires skill. There is an ancient Turkish bath nearby, which is very cheap. You don’t need to bathe in a small toilet if you go directly to the Turkish bath. It's okay to experience the monuments for one night, but it's not suitable for staying for too many days.
