Michael Pam PamThe lobby look lovely, cute decoration of Tết, the lounge make good drinks… the room, bed is comfy, very spacious room, lots of space… my room is 514, at night or in the morning, theres always someone walking on top of my room or doing something, lots of noises, even late night, the room isnt sound proof, so u can hear all the noises, the morning even lots of noises when everybody wake up, breakfast not too hot, i come down around 8:30-9, some plate already out, take long to refill all the foods for late wake up customers… and the bún bò huế is something i never seen and eat before, its funny…. Didnt like the breakfast buffet that much… although its a convenient location, close to everything… walking distance to my favorite restaurant… thats a plus…

I will choose them over others hotels again as long as windows and balcony glasses are that clean so that I can keep enjoying the views 🌅😍
not every hotel takes care of that.
this is also one of the reasons I book here for the third time. very pleasant 👍

Good location, nice staffs.
But they charge 35k for missing a pair of flip flops which someone stolen in resorts private beach when I was swimming. Resort should provide one use slipper…
This is 5 star resort so I felt unhappy when was charged this issue even it’s small amount of money.

phi.hong.from.vietnamI had 1-night stay with this hotel, it was okay for me.
The room was nice, big room and well cleaned. The thing is 1 standard AC for that whole room was not enough, with the hot weather outside, the inside still can feel the heat. Modern tech device in my room, smart shower, smart toilet bolw, but the water was leaking as we used head shower.
The hotel overall was in fresh air, a lot of green trees, cozy environment, that was good, i really like the atsmosphere.
Service was okay. 7/10 for me, they allowed outside guest to use their cafe, so sometime they mistaken me for outside guest and keep asking me if i was an in-house guest. There was parking, but no solid roof, just some net hanging on the coconut trees for shadows, with the hot weather your motobike is still on fire.
Overall: nice hotel itself, for relax time is fine, don't expect super nice guest service.

It's a bit back from the coastlines among souvenir shops and pubs. I heard music until 1:30 am but I would recommend if ear muffs or plugs are ok.
Well decorated installations, which reminded me of days staying in Paros, Greece, is a signature of this accommodation. I had good hospitality from the Vietnamese elderly couple who are organising the facility. All things are minimum equipped.
Tuy Hòa is famous for tuna sashimi. I went to one place about 5 mins drive by motorbike. It's still quiet and no over tourism fond itself there. Very local but it's gaining popularity among Vietnamese people. Better to visit now or soon.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with the Dak Lak Museum just a 10-minute walk away and the World Foundation of Coffee Museum reachable in about 30 minutes on foot. It’s a very modern property featuring great amenities, including a small gym, laundry facilities, and an on-site bar and restaurant.
My room was excellent and well-maintained. While the breakfast was simple, it was tasty and a good start to the day. The Wi-Fi speed is modest—perfectly fine for scrolling through social media or streaming standard video, though it might struggle with heavier tasks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Got a free upgrade, guess i could be bias a little heheh... but it was a clean hotel.
With reception being able to speak decent english... it makes communication clearer and operation in hotel was good.
Breakfast was decent, with sufficient variety. Hotel bed is clean and tidy.... I have even went to the gym room. Was kinda sufficient with general items needed.
Will still come again if i am around the corner

masu.0906I was able to stay at a great price thanks to a sale.
A slightly aged, rural five-star hotel.
The 17th-floor panoramic buffet breakfast was delicious.
I used the large public bath for free, so I didn't use the bathtub in my room.
The scooter parking area was securely chained together at night, ensuring excellent security.
All the staff were smiling, kind, and genuine.
A very comfortable hotel ♡ Highly recommended.

Hotel location in city center good for local sightseeing especially very close to The World Coffee Museum. Reasonable price suitable for all kind of traveller.
The breakfast also delicious however hot food and hot beverage at buffet section is not hot enough.
