Truly enjoyed my whole stay here. Top class. They were sweet to prepare a card and birthday cake for my husband. They gave a welcome chocolate chip cookie which is heaven sent cos my husband and I were starving! And the view from room could see the sunset even though it was covered by the up coming apartment in the distance. This was a returning a trip and I can safely say that this will not be our last stay in this hotel.❤️ Thank you Doubletree Hilton JB.

Had a 4 days 3 night staycation here. Excellent location with Mid-Valley Southkey mall within the same building. Perfect for shopping, dining, entertainment and accomodation all under one roof. The room was decent and clean with standard amenities. Bed and pillows are comfortable, Facilities are alright with gym and swimming pool with a nice view at the top floor. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a lot of focus on local Malaysian cuisines. There is sufficient variety to try different food each day during my stay. Parking is reasonable at RM10 per day although officially stated as RM5. I believe each day ends at midnight. Thus, staying overnight guarantees paying for at least 2 days of parking. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visitng JB.

My overall stay was just okay. The location is definitely a big plus, being right next to SKS Mall makes finding food and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel restaurant also has live music performances starting at 8 PM. However, during my stay, I encountered an issue where my room door lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open the door. I had to go back and forth to the front desk twice, and it took over twenty minutes to get it resolved. This really dampened my experience.

Stayed here many times since it opened. We like the impeccable service and the cleanliness of the room. Close to CIQ, and attached to SKS. While not as diverse as mid valley or KSL, there’re still quite a few good stores like rnc, chagee. Room is spacious and has a big table for dining.

Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always quick to resolve any issues. The room amenities were also complete, making for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area next time. 👍👍👍

KSL Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Johor Bahru. The location is excellent, with direct access to KSL City Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We especially like the upgraded rooms, which come with one double bed and one single bed, making them perfect for families or groups of three. If you’re staying on a Monday, you’re in luck because the famous KSL Pasar Malam is right outside the hotel. It’s one of the best night markets in JB, offering delicious local food, affordable shopping, and a lively atmosphere. A great choice for both convenience and value!

Didn’t like the room I get this time. The shower screen bottom is leaking and it floods the whole floor. They only have rain shower not shower head. It makes it difficult to shower without washing your hair. Have to put on shower cap.

Even though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was complete and varied, and we had dinner at the Nelayan Restaurant—where the service was absolutely the best! However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room (265, if I’m not mistaken). For a 4-star hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

great food and services. An absolute paradise! The lush tropical gardens and stunning beach views made for a perfect escape. Our room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The infinity pool was a highlight, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Exceptional dining and pure relaxation—we cannot wait to return!

Beautiful resort set in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provided good service and made us feel at home. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.  The room was clean and cosy and the mini bar was great.  The only area for improvement is probably the room furniture which has some wear and tear and looks a little aged. The bathroom and toilet floors would impress better if given a chemical cleaning.
