We had an excellent experience at the hotel, celebrating my child's birthday. Despite the long travel distance, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The hotel staff went above and beyond by decorating our room with a ”Pokemon” theme and preparing a lovely cake. When they learned about my child's nut allergy, the hotel manager arranged for a new cake to be made, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Wonderful Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru! 🌴👍 We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bedsheets were crisp and comfy, making for a great night's sleep 😴. The view from the room was lovely, adding to the overall ambiance 🌊. Breakfast was a highlight - the spread was impressive, with plenty of options to suit every taste bud 🍳🥐. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was nothing short of excellent. Overall, we'd highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Desaru to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back! 😊👏 Rating: 5/5 stars ⭐️

The AC in the room was terrible. After many calls to the front desk. We finally got through and informed them of the heat in the room. Was told someone will come to check. After waiting an hour, I fell asleep in the heat. Middle of the night it was still hot. By the morning the aircon had finally gotten cold. What a horrible night we had. The towels at this hotel are also subpar for a holiday inn. Breakfast and service was good. Location is good too. Free car parking.

The surrounding area were too jam due to the nearby construction. Building and design a bit ages however was well maintained. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was good, many varieties. A small minus will be the overnight oatmeal was not up to par.

We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.

The room was extremely huge! It was very clean and tidy. Wifi was okay. Room also doesnt have any smell. Will definitely book again!

I read many positive reviews and we enjoyed the stay as the room was huge even for a standard size. Clean and comfortable beds that enabled a good sleep. Perhaps the toilet tiles need a revamp and install a longer piece of shower curtain.

Overall the stay is good. If you are looking to recharge and chill, I do recommend. I enjoyed the food as well as the hospitality of the crews. For improvement, some of the amenities are dated. It will be good to enhance these amenities. Suggest to have live music at night. Beach area (not sure if this is within the hotel's control), but it will be good to revamp the whole beach area, making it a cleaner and more comfortable place to catch sunrise and for more beach activities. I see a lot of potential for the hotel to improve on. Keep up the good work!

All is good but along way the aisle to go to your room there is bgm sound playing it then make it is more scarier if you back to hotel a bit late night. I think no need to play it? Plus idk why I kept hearing someone knocking from nextdoor. But yeah all is good
