I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Overall, it’s a good option for travelers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Informed the hotel via trip app that my partner is celebrating his birthday. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely birthday backdrop and a slice of cake. There is also a refreshing welcome drink to be redeemed at the top floor, where the pool is also located. Overall a lovey stay, except that be prepared that Sat-Sun weekends are packed.

Stay here many times this year. But the safety deposit box encountered error 9 which required the duty manager to reset it. The corner where drinks & complimentary tea/coffee is place has ants. Maybe housekeeping can containise the tea/coffee sachets to prevent ants. Had to clean up. Other than that all good. The buffet breakfast was great too.

Staff so attentive especially bellman.. room mcm bersih, tp bila baring, bantal dia busuk bau kepam.. kalau 1 je x pe.. semua bantal dia busuk dlm bilik yg aku dpt.. haha.. so a bit x selesa utk tidur.. toilet ok, cuma toilet bowl a bit kotor.. paling best breakfast dia.. kalau nak add cuma RM30 per pax.. food was soooo flavourful.. b’fast buffet dia pun quite byk choice utk RM30 tuh.. cuma xde lah live stall buat telo.. but sedap.. hehe.. building ni attach dgn zon bebas cukai.. sekeliling dia byk je kedai.. so x risau nak cari food luar..

Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering a beautiful view of the Johor Bahru skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the modern amenities provided, from the well-equipped workspace to the luxurious bathroom. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international selections, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The service staff were attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were top-notch – the swimming pool overlooking the city was a fantastic spot to relax, while the gym was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a good workout. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the entire team. Every interaction – whether at the restaurant, housekeeping, or reception – reflected genuine care for guests’ comfort and satisfaction. In short, DoubleTree Hilton Johor Bahru is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and world-class service. Staff were polite and gave good services. Breakfast have variety of choices and nice. Location is accessible, 15mins walk to Midvalley Mall. However, the check-in could be done better. When we arrive around 2.45pm and complete the registration, the hotel inform us that the room wasn’t ready. We waited until 3.45pm then we got the room key although the check in time should be 3p.m.

Hotel staff are friendly, the room is big, soft mattress and a few types of pillows are provided. Great breakfast, kitchen staff are friendly too. It’s just opposite City Square shopping mall which is a plus. The carpark is not free as it shares with the residential building. But it is bright and felt safe. The only negative side is the rain shower, difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. The toilet flush is not strong too. Need to press both half and full flush button together to get a stronger flush.

Location is great, room is great. The only down side is that the room aircon smell of smoke. Not sure if customers are allowed to smoke in rooms. We arr inhaling smoke thru out out stay there. Other that that, room is reasoanally good for its price.

The room is clean and spacious, all is good is just some of the room amenities are not good which include the toiletries provided. 1) The toothpaste is in a packet form, difficult to use, and reuse. Also, the hand wash pump seems faulty soap is very difficult to squeeze out. 2) They only provide 1 hair wash gel, no conditioner. 3) In the shower area, there is no extra stand to put our own facial foam/toiletries. 4) The air conditioning in the living room is very cold, no matter how much adjustment is made with the remote. All these could be improved, hopefully the hotel takes into consideration all these feedback.

I stayed for one night at Impiana Hotel Senai in their twin room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept — perfect for a short stay near the airport. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows gave good support for a restful sleep. Check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I appreciated their quick service after a long day of travelling. Facilities-wise, the hotel is well-equipped with a pool, gym, and even a small kids’ area, although I didn’t get to use them. The location is also a huge plus — it’s just a short drive to Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets, which made everything convenient.
