First of all, it was very clean because it was renewed. Nevertheless, due to the local characteristics of Darwin, I saw insects in the room on the first day, but when I told the office, I cleaned them and put them in the room. Locationally, there was a mindil sunset market within walking distance and cbd was not too far away. Although I inquired about the check-out rate due to the flight, I was disappointed about the part that cost $30 an hour, but other than that, it was generally a satisfactory visit.

Very satisfying experience with a clean & tidy spacious room with balcony and breakfast provided. There is a quite small pool on the M-level. The walk to city centre is mild around 10min. I would recommend it as a standard option if you come to Darwin.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for getting around. While the property is starting to show a bit of wear and could use some updates, everything was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that the building could benefit from improved security, as access is currently open and doesn’t require a key card—something that might be worth addressing for guests’ peace of mind. With a few small improvements, this place could be even better.

100% recommend this place! The staff is simply amazing and kind. The guy at the reception which we assume to be the manager was so helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and we liked the new decoration ! Please do yourself a favor and come stay at this place. Also loved the private parking, helped us to sleep better knowing our car is secured.

The cabins are excellent, spacious with a vaulted wooden ceiling, comfy bed, good shower and spotlessly clean. It is quiet and 20-25 mins walk from the centre of Alice Springs. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a locked room for luggage storage.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are complete, the environment is elegant, and the service is warm. I have made another reservation for this return trip.

The best hotel in all of Australia. The staff is very helpful and kind, ready to solve our problems. The room was very clean, far above the standards of all other hotels in Australia. The breakfast was quite varied and averagely good. A note of merit to this hotel for the presence of the laundry, with washing machine and dryer, very useful for travelers. The only hotel I would return to in Australia, I recommend it.

Wonderful staff, cleaners and management! A big help with everything I needed, went beyond satisfaction. Safe and secure building, lovely room service and food options. Beautiful pool and bar area.

The shared bathrooms were always accessible, and they even had a hairdryer. However, it gets quite hot in the summer, so I brought my own hairdryer and used it in my air-conditioned room. They also offer a free shuttle service, making it easy to get to the supermarket and other places. It was great that you could see Uluru from a nearby photo spot too.

Good location and service. Cleanness needs improving, there is a big dead cockroaches under the chair for our entire stay but not been removed. Seems like they just made the bed (didn't change them, just made them) and changed the towel, that's all. The shower design is not great, and it is almost guarantees to get wet everywhere after use. Tones of insects even in the room, especially in the evening, no door open, so I'm not sure where they came in... but I guess that's deserts. It's great to have a free laundry facility, which is very helpful. Free activities were a nice touch. Surprisingly, there are no complementary bottles of water in the room when the hotel is located in the deserts, very unusual compared to all the hotels we stayed. Nice that we are allowed to use other hotels' facilities, so in general, we did enjoy our trip, and thank you for the friendly staff.
