This hotel is 5/5. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Tianmen Mountain cableway. There are plenty of great local cafes nearby to grab a bite. We stayed on the 15th floor and we had the mountain view from our window. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was quite diverse with a good spread of rice, noodles, eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and more. Special thanks to the staff! I accidentally left my belongings in a taxi, and the reception staff went above and beyond to contact the driver and get my items back. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, this was one of the best places we have every stayed. The amenities were spotless and perfectly designed. The staff was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also attentive and willing to help us with literally anything immediately. The breakfast was delicious. We got to choose each night our breakfast set for the next morning so there was enough flexibility and variety. We loved it. The location was fantastic as well. Just in walking distance from the cable car station to Tianmen mountain. We had such a good time that we sometimes just stayed for a while in the lobby, chat to the staff and most importantly played with the cats! All in all a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it! 这几天住的很开心，谢谢你们！

The hotel's parking lot is huge and free, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, ensuring a high-quality rest.

Breakfast quality: authentic Changde flavor, as well as a variety of pasta, fruits, etc. Cost-effectiveness: compared with hotels of the same level, the price advantage is obvious. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first time I've encountered such an outstanding female front desk service! 👍👍👍👍👍 The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful! The location is superb, right in the middle of the ancient city, by the Cui Cui performance area on the Tuojiang River, which is very lively! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, leaving me feeling joyful and relaxed! I genuinely didn't want to leave here; I wish I could stay long-term and enjoy this rare quality service!!! Fenghuang Ancient City is simply beautiful!!!

An absolutely delightful stay at InterContinental! Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, right next to Beichenhui Joy City. There's a direct walkway from the hotel lobby into the mall, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also a comfortable 5-7 minute walk to Beichen Delta Metro Station, passing other malls like Fenghuanghai along the way. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with plenty of local eateries on the ground floor shops. Room: As a member celebrating a birthday, I was upgraded to a balcony room directly overlooking the Xiang River. The view was expansive and unobstructed. The 270° balcony essentially offered panoramic views. Unfortunately, it rained heavily in Changsha over the weekend, so visibility was poor due to heavy mist during the day, though it improved slightly in the afternoon and evening. From the lounge, you can enjoy views of the Changsha Library area, or step out onto the outdoor balcony for a different perspective. Ambiance: The facilities are still very new. The lobby bar is spacious, and the first-floor breakfast restaurant had far more seating than I anticipated. The overall decor is very stylish. It's also very comfortable to just sit and relax in the first-floor lobby. Food: I experienced the lounge's happy hour, breakfast, and the main lobby breakfast. They offered local specialties like liangfen (cold noodles) and rice noodles. There was a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The Western selection had a good number of delicious baked goods. The bar was quite busy in the mornings with many people getting coffee and tea. Service: The service was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional. During check-in, the front desk staff introduced us to all the hotel's functional areas and features. A special thank you to Cathy for her outstanding contribution to our stay. Since we were celebrating my partner's birthday, Cathy thoughtfully arranged decorations and a welcome dessert for us. Throughout our stay, she responded to our inquiries quickly and professionally and actively addressed my previous requests. My partner described the entire stay as comfortable, surprising, and heartwarming. Once again, thank you to Cathy for her professionalism and dedication. And thanks to all the staff for their service, which made us feel right at home. I'm very much looking forward to returning to InterContinental Beichen when the mountains are ablaze with autumn colors!

Came to Hengyang to watch a concert, and chose a hotel with a good reputation. As expected, I was not disappointed. The hotel provides four meals a day, which is very convenient. Miss Ouyang at the front desk has a good service attitude and is willing to help guests. The guest room is also very comfortable, clean and tidy. Overall, I am satisfied and give it a five-star rating!

This guesthouse is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Wuyi Square, just a short walk to the subway station and all those popular snack streets. You can grab famous Changsha delicacies like 'Cha Yan Yue Se' bubble tea and stinky tofu just a few steps away. When you're tired from exploring, you can pop back to rest anytime – it's absolutely fantastic! Our whole stay was delightful. First, they have a 24-hour concierge to pick you up. Plus, they'll recommend local dining and entertainment guides for Changsha and the surrounding areas. The hotel facilities are also top-notch; the hairdryer is a Dyson! They even provide facial cleansing towels and steam eye masks, which is such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

Let me start with the best part: the breakfast buffet truly deserves high praise! Both Chinese and Western dishes were abundant, and the rice noodles were absolutely fantastic, with several toppings you could add yourself – so delicious! 😋 The fresh watermelon juice was also excellent. It's a breakfast worth coming here just for. The location is also convenient, just a three-minute drive from the airport, which was a huge relief for our late-night flight. Regarding the room type: I honestly don't think it's necessary to insist on a ”Tianmen Mountain view” room. That side actually overlooks a parking lot, while the other side offers genuine natural beauty and the pool, which is much more serene. Downsides: During check-in, there were tour agencies and massage services soliciting customers in the lobby. This really lowers Hilton's standard and negatively impacts the first impression. I hope the hotel can improve management to make the lobby environment more elegant. Thanks to the hotel for preparing a birthday cake for me. It was rainy and foggy during our entire stay, and the housekeeper even helped us take sunny photos (even though we didn't experience any sunshine ourselves). The service was truly warm and thoughtful.

During my stay at the hotel with my wife, we had the pleasure of meeting several wonderful staff members who made our experience truly enjoyable. The hotel itself is amazing and very well located, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy our trip without any hassle. The two concierges, Xiao Mao and Xiao Dong, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their warm attitude and professionalism stood out, especially at the end of our stay when they kindly helped us arrange a taxi, making our departure smooth and stress-free. We would also like to mention the two receptionists, who were both welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Even though they didn’t speak much English, they made a genuine effort to communicate with us by using a translator app, ensuring that all our questions and requests were understood and handled efficiently. Their patience and willingness to help truly stood out and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Additionally, we truly appreciated the person responsible for cleaning our room. It was always kept spotless, tidy, and comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax after a long day. The attention to detail and consistency did not go unnoticed. Overall, the staff’s dedication to excellent service, combined with the hotel’s great location and quality, made a big difference in our experience. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are what made our stay truly memorable.
