Guest UserThe hotel is located within the ancient town and is quite large. They even have a shuttle service downstairs. It's close to Hongqiao, just a 10-minute walk, so the location is very convenient. Overall, it's pretty good. The only drawback is the poor soundproofing. Guests in the next room checked in after 1 AM and were speaking very loudly, which I could hear clearly in my room. This really affected my experience. I hope the hotel can inform guests in advance about the poor soundproofing and ask them to keep their voices down to avoid disturbing others.

Big thumbs up for this hotel! Our stay here in Zhangjiajie completely exceeded our expectations. The location is a huge plus, very close to the East Gate (Biaozhi Gate) of the scenic area. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were all very polite and responsive to our needs. The room was clean and well-arranged, and the bedding was super comfortable – perfect for a good night's rest after a day of exploring. The hotel environment is quiet, and the courtyard garden is lovely, making for a relaxing stroll. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's suitable for both families and groups of friends. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely prioritize this hotel again if we return to Zhangjiajie. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting!

WailiwangStaying at Wotianju this trip was a delightful surprise! It's incredibly close to all the attractions, basically within ten minutes. We drove there ourselves, and the hotel itself is unbelievably huge – you even need to drive to get around inside! The front desk also gave us a free room upgrade, which made us really not want to leave. The hotel pays attention to details everywhere: the butler service is super responsive and on-call, the welcome fruit was chilled, and even a simple blanched lettuce at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. You can tell the chef really knows their stuff – it was fresh and not greasy. You could easily just stay at the hotel for all your eating, drinking, and entertainment needs. There's a huge lawn, and reading a book and having tea by the river under the trees was just incredibly relaxing; time just seemed to slow down. After dinner, we'd go swimming and then soak in the hot springs. Honestly, even though it's an outdoor hot spring, the cleanliness was excellent. Back where we're from, a hot spring of this quality for two people would cost about the same as a night's stay! I forgot my facial cleanser when we left, and the butler even arranged for SF Express to send it home – absolutely perfect! You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the hotel's construction, design, and staff management. I would definitely come back to Zhangjiajie just for this hotel again. A hundred points!

Guest UserThis guesthouse boasts an elegant and timeless Song Dynasty-inspired decor, exuding an antique charm. The service from the staff is meticulous and thoughtful; they not only ensured everything was well-arranged but also helped with laundry and shoe cleaning, truly paying attention to the small details. There are four or five adorable and cuddly cats on the premises, and playing with them in your free time is incredibly therapeutic. It's just a five-minute taxi ride to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the complimentary shuttle service is clean and tidy, even featuring massage functions in the car, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring journey. Overall, my stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain
We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great choice for exploring the beautiful Zhangjiajie area.
A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our week-long stay. She helped us plan our activities, secured discounted rates for our itinerary, and gave us excellent advice on which days were best to visit the different mountain attractions. She also guided us on how to get there and the best way to arrange our transportation, which made everything so much easier and stress-free.
Lily was friendly, patient, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. Her assistance really made our trip more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service. Upon checkout, they gifted us with Chinese tea and snacks, so thoughtful of them and it will forever hold good memories to stay at their hotel.
We would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. And if you have the pleasure of meeting Lily, you’ll be in very good hands! ❤️

PinfanMy stay at the InterContinental Changsha North Star was far beyond my expectations, I just had to give it a huge thumbs up!
📍Prime Location: The hotel is situated in the heart of Beichen Delta, where the Xiang River and Liuyang River meet, offering a true 270° panoramic river view. From my room, I could take in Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, watch the sunset paint the river gold in the evening, and marvel at the dazzling lights along both banks at night – the night view from Fuyuan Road Bridge was breathtaking! Plus, the hotel has direct access to the Beichenhui shopping mall on the first floor, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient, even on a rainy day.
🛏️Room Comfort: The rooms start at 40 sqm, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and observation balcony provide unbeatable views. The signature InterContinental bedding is just the right firmness, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities are from a high-end brand. Some room types even have a scenic bathtub, making a soak with a river view feel truly luxurious. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay.
🍽️Exceptional Dining: The breakfast at the All-Day Dining restaurant offers a super rich variety. You absolutely must try a bowl of freshly made Changsha rice noodles, complete with chopped chili, pickled long beans, and various toppings – truly authentic local flavor! There's a dedicated person managing the coffee machine, keeping things smooth even during busy periods. The Hunan cuisine at the Xiangxiu Chinese Restaurant on the first floor is also very authentic; you can savor the taste of Changsha without even leaving the hotel.
💁Impeccable Service: From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel pool water is very clean, and the gym is well-equipped. The hotel opens right onto the riverbank, making a stroll along the river in the morning or evening a wonderfully refreshing experience.
In summary, the InterContinental Changsha North Star excels in river views, brand service, and dining quality. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it's the top choice in Changsha. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

WodemengxiangshilvxingjiaManxin was the third boutique hotel I chose for my trip to Hunan. It's located in a village nestled in the mountains. The owner leased nearly a hundred acres of land to create the idyllic farm he envisioned. Several two-story buildings are artfully scattered amidst rice paddies and lotus ponds. An infinity pool offers unparalleled views of the distant mountains. The rice seedlings have just been planted, and in a few months, one can truly experience the scene described by Xin Qiji: 'A bountiful harvest is spoken of amidst the fragrance of rice flowers, as the croaking of frogs fills the air.'
**Environment:** The hotel's environment is exceptional. Surrounded by distant mountains, perched on a gentle slope, every room offers expansive views of lush greenery. The rice fields are close by, and at night, the sound of frogs fills the air. Each room boasts a large balcony. Sitting there, breathing in the fresh mountain air, sipping a cup of tea or coffee, time seems to slow down.
**Hygiene:** The hotel's hygiene is top-notch. Despite being surrounded by farmland, there are surprisingly no mosquitoes or other insects in the rooms, which is quite rare.
**Facilities:** As a meticulously crafted guesthouse, it offers all the amenities of a high-end hotel, especially the infinity pool with its unbeatable mountain views – truly an inspired touch. Of course, as a 'wild luxury' (my own definition) hotel, to encourage guests to truly reconnect with nature, the rooms intentionally lack televisions. This thoughtful decision is commendable!
**Service:** Being far from the city, service is particularly important for guests. The hotel provides dedicated butlers who promptly address guests' questions and requests. Their efficiency is high, usually responding to guests almost immediately. The hotel offers complimentary airport/train station transfers, as well as unlimited complimentary transfers to the Zimu Pass (middle gate) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which is incredibly helpful for guests.
**In summary:** This is a uniquely positioned hotel. For travelers who love nature, appreciate peace and a slower pace, and have high standards for hotel quality, this hotel is definitely worth a short stay.
**Final Suggestion:** Given its rural location, its own farmland, and the fact that it raises poultry and bees, the hotel should further leverage its unique advantages in terms of ingredients and cuisine. It could also appropriately guide local farmers to cultivate organic vegetables, fruits, and various eco-friendly produce, making a beneficial contribution to rural revitalization. I believe some guests would appreciate this.

Anonymous UserTraveling to Zhangjiajie with my family, I blindly picked the Yunju Hotel and it turned out to be a real hidden gem! It's full of New Chinese-style charm, and every corner is photo-worthy. I had the rare opportunity to experience the 'Six Arts of Yunju' – tea tasting, rubbings, and board games – without even leaving the hotel, I could soak in the artistic beauty of the mountains and rivers. The room was spotless, the bedding was incredibly soft, and opening the window revealed stunning views of overlapping mountains. After a day of hiking and climbing, returning to the hotel instantly melted away all the fatigue. The service was attentive without being intrusive; the front desk staff thoughtfully provided tips to avoid tourist traps. There are plenty of local rice noodle shops and late-night eateries nearby, and it's super convenient to get to the Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, it's quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking for a slow-paced getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Zhangjiajie!
