The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. We took the kids for a weekend getaway, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery and lawns, offering fresh air, peace, and quiet. The natural scenery is incredibly healing. I particularly want to praise the cleanliness; the bedding was dry with a faint, pleasant scent, so I felt completely at ease letting my child play barefoot. The breakfast spread was extensive, with Chinese pastries, Western desserts, and fresh fruit all available. Staff were constantly wiping and cleaning the dining area, so the tables were always spotless. Housekeeping tidied our room promptly every day, and the park pathways were regularly cleaned. The environment is so clean and comfortable – it's definitely my top choice for a family vacation with kids!

A friend recommended this hotel, and it really is quite good! The service is excellent; they even offer airport transfers. The room is spacious, and from there, you can catch a glimpse of Tianmen Mountain, which is a nice bonus.

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

The moment you walk in, you feel an immediate sense of luxury. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. Both the hardware facilities and the service details are flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

The service was attentive, and the butler responded promptly. The swimming pool was clean. The buffet was excellent, with high-quality, delicious food that offered great value for money. It's definitely one of the better hotel buffets. The location is convenient, especially for families with kids. Downstairs, in the courtyard of YunDa Hui, there are classic Changsha restaurants like Binghuo Xiaoguan, BPM, Fulù, and even Hema Fresh. The young lady at the front desk recommended Li San Noodle Restaurant on the first floor, which was very local and delicious, not a tourist trap. We really enjoyed the food during our stay. My kids loved the space theme, and Cherry designed a fun check-in game to win prizes, which added great interaction and helped the kids burn off some energy. Hope they add more fun activities nearby!

Breakfast quality: authentic Changde flavor, as well as a variety of pasta, fruits, etc. Cost-effectiveness: compared with hotels of the same level, the price advantage is obvious. I come back every holiday, feel at home, as warm as home

There are so many Wyndham Garden hotels in Zhangjiajie! You really need to be careful not to make the same mistake I did! I stayed at the one in Wulingyuan District. The hotel is relatively clean, the breakfast selection is plentiful, and it's very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

Excellent! The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the scenic area. We walked around the old town, and there's an entrance very close by – straight out of the hotel and you're practically there, right by the Liu Xiaoqing Rice Tofu shop. Parking is convenient, and breakfast is great. Highly recommended!
