The hotel is located near the Zhangjiajie Old Railway Station, and near the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car Station (15 minutes by walking or less than 5 minutes by taxi). The reception staff was nice and kindly welcomed us on arrival. They also provided us their Wechat if we need any help during the stay. The room was very good equipped, had advanced light control, very clean, and good room service. The hotel also provided a free laundry and gym with some basic equipment. We like our stay very much and recomend this hotel:)

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and thoughtful. The cleaning auntie was very considerate; since we were extending our stay for another night, we specifically asked her to replenish the toiletries but not change the bed linens. She even wrote us a handwritten thank you card! When we checked out yesterday, the hotel staff even gave us a souvenir. Although Changsha was very cold, the warmth of its people made us feel cozy. The river view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. We'll definitely be back!

For my seven-day trip to Hunan, I stayed in both five-star and non-five-star hotels. While the Hilton Garden Inn isn't a five-star property, the butler provided the best, 'beyond five-star' service of the entire trip. When they saw we were traveling with a child, they immediately upgraded us to a family room for free. Unfortunately, there was some electrical noise in the room, so the butler promptly moved us again and personally showed us a shortcut to the indoor pool. Not only the butler, but also the dedicated shuttle driver and the cleaning staff were incredibly warm and professional. The hotel facilities are also excellent and very new, offering fantastic value for money. I genuinely recommend it. Also, I'd suggest adding non-slip slippers to the washroom area, as the disposable ones are quite slippery.

Five-star praise! This time I stayed at Wyndham, I was completely conquered by Alan's professionalism and enthusiasm! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, they patiently guided me through the check-in procedures and answered my questions with a smile throughout the entire process. They were so detailed that they even included a map with recommendations for nearby food. This thoughtfulness was really touching. They always pay attention to needs and respond very quickly. Whether it is borrowing small items or itinerary consultation, they handle it efficiently and thoughtfully. From service details to professional attitude, Alan perfectly interprets the quality of a five-star hotel! But maybe it’s because it’s been open for too short a time. There’s no laundry room and no screens on the windows, so it’s hard for people to really believe that this is a five-star hotel.

I came to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hengyang again. The service is as considerate as ever, especially the housekeeper Pingping, who arranged the room properly and turned on the air conditioner in advance. It was very considerate and I was very satisfied. The breakfast variety was complete and super good [strong] Auntie Wen Shixiu cleaned the room very carefully and it was clean👍

The hotel's public areas and rooms are decorated in a very modern style, with my favorite blue tones. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and varied. Even with the hotel fully booked due to competitions like CNEC in Changsha, it was clear that all the staff were doing their best to maintain professional standards. Alya, the hotel's Guest Relations Manager, particularly impressed me. When we arrived and our room wasn't ready due to cleaning, she arranged for us to have afternoon tea while we waited, then proactively brought us our room keys later, completely alleviating our anxiety. She maintained a polite and sincere smile throughout and handled everything with great professionalism. My child even won a gold medal in the competition, and I left feeling wonderful. W Hotel must stand for 'Win,' it certainly brought us good luck! Looking forward to my next stay!

This is a listed five-star hotel. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel its high-end and grandeur. In terms of service, it is completely five-star standard. The staff are warm and considerate. Whether it is the front desk reception or room service, they can respond to my requests, which makes me feel very considerate. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and all supporting facilities are available, making it very convenient to use. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The most important thing is that considering the high-quality services and complete facilities it provides, the price is very reasonable and the price-performance ratio is very high!

Good hotel near South railway station. Nice rooms. Three elevators is not much for 30 floor building, but luckily the hotel wasn't nearly () fully occupied. Breakfast options a bit limited for a hotel like this. Chinese breakfast: few vegatable options. Western breakfast: good European style bread but nothing to put on it except jam.
