We were in our Hoony moon and we can say this is the best hotel we had in China! People at front desk is polite and friendly. The room had an incredible view and was clean. We used the laundry zone and Worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good it had west options like boiled eggs and fried eggs, bread, cereal, yogurth and an amazing american coffee. The location was great, 15 minutes walking to the cable station to go to the tianmen mountain. Also a very good place to be to the pick up for tours and Didi and very near to the bus station. They had the Service of pick up at the train station and were punctual. We strongly recommend it.

The room decor was cozy and well-equipped. The front desk arranged for housekeepers to clean our room every day during our multi-day stay, and their service was very warm and friendly. Anything we needed could be delivered by a robot at any time. The hotel is very close to the river view, making its location convenient for getting around. It's a great hotel!

They proactively reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my check-in time and provided the precise location, which was very thoughtful. The room is well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, you have direct access to Jiefang West Road, Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, IFS, and the pedestrian street. The customer service attendant was also wonderfully attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is comfortable and the room had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a good Western breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and all the details were sophisticated, with beautiful colours and design. We regret that there was no menu, no dinner service, and no Western à la carte meals served in the room with a Western menu. Not only because most of the tourists who use this hotel were not Chinese but foreigners, and we went at Christmas, so it's a shame they didn't have a New Year's Eve meal.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends.

The hotel is located on the riverfront, boasting a prime location. Arriving around noon, the front desk staff were attentive and responsible, patiently answering all questions and even arranging a room upgrade. The higher floors offered beautiful views, including a nighttime performance, with a panoramic vista. The room was clean and tidy. Despite the large crowds during the National Day holiday, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, and Fisherman's Wharf is only 400 meters away. Enjoying crayfish by the river is a very pleasant experience. Next to Wanda Plaza is the Denghuang Night Market, where you can sample various Changsha snacks.

We were incredibly surprised and satisfied with the service and cleanliness here! The room was very clean and spacious, and the view of Tianmen Mountain was expansive and therapeutic, really brightening our mood. The hairdryer was powerful and easy to use, and all the facilities were exceptionally new, clean, and convenient. We also took advantage of the hotel's complimentary shuttle service, which was super convenient – the staff responded promptly and were very enthusiastic, and the drivers were incredibly friendly, recommending many great places to eat, all of which we tried! The drivers were polite and punctual, and drove very smoothly. Additionally, we booked a private car, tickets, and a guide for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park through the hotel's tour service. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable, taking us to all the sights we wanted to see, and the itinerary was perfectly planned. The hotel breakfast was also excellent! The rice noodles, in particular, were delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes, so many choices that it was almost overwhelming! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb, the facilities are new and complete, and the staff are all friendly and enthusiastic – a perfect experience!

We booked 2 rooms when visiting Furong Ancient Town. We planned to celebrate mom’s birthday and really appreciate the hotel upgrades our room. The hotel also decorated some surprises for my mom in one of the room we stay. The hotel is nearby to the ancient town about 5mins walk only. Overall our one day stay is satisfying and nothing to complaint. One thing to highlight is about the small insect will be everywhere due to the nature of the location. Once again, thanks for the hotel upgrades and special arrangements for my mom.

The night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache. First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick. Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance. For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.

This hotel is excellent! It's clean, hygienic, and offers conditions far superior to other hotels in the same price range. The service is also top-notch. Upon checkout, I received little gifts like a charging cable, a card holder, a steam eye mask, and a small charm. They even offer a complimentary shuttle to the train station, which is such a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. I genuinely recommend this place. The bustling Dongshan Night Market is right downstairs, which is perfect!
