This hotel was among my highlights of the trip to Zhangjiajie. The location is as good as it gets, being right next to the cable car station. The room, the amenities and the breakfast are both fantastic, and the receptionist gave me a guide for Tianmenshan, which proved to be very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located 200m to Tianmen Mountain Cablecar and 400m to Car/Bus station. The inn is surrounded by many restaurant and roadside stalls. 小周 is very clear, patient and helpful to show the map to bus station on his moblie and even drew a map incase. I was able to find without any issue. He even suggested to buy unlimited elevator and cablecar ride since I intend to spend 3 days in ZhangJiaJie National Park. Glad I did as it really saved time and effort on walking and step climbing. I enjoyed my stay and would be even better there is elevator in the inn. Thank you 小周!

Excellent service by the front office staff who was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and polite - Miss Xiao Ting gave an fabulous overview of the Zhangjiajie National Park and tour strategy to maximize our time time. She helped us to make the relevant bookings and even arranged a courier service (for just RMB20 per piece)to move our luggages to another hotel (closer to Tianmen area) when we checked out. Hotel / room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Location is just a few mins walk to the East gate of the National Park

The hotel staff, 晓晓 contacted me after booking to ask if we need any help to arrange for ticket bookings etc. It's easy to communicate with them via wechat and we were replied promptly. There's some discount for booking entrance tickets via the hotel. The washing machine is located on the 1st floor and there is a dryer at every floor. The amenities provided is good and bed was comfortable. There were many sockets available to charge multiple devices. Location is also very convenient to get to the national park. There is a nice restaurant walking distance from the hotel, 筷乐湘西 recommended by the hotel which we went to twice. You can also get some discount if you mention that you're staying at this hotel. The breakfast spread in the hotel has many choices but would be better if jam or butter is provided to spread on toast. At the end of our stay, 晓晓 gave us gifts.

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!

Great location! About 2-3 mins walk from Wuyi Square Metro exit 7. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and in close walking proximity to the famous locations including the store that sells those oversized snacks. The hotel offers breakfast which is 6.5/10. The reception is on the 7th floor and I got a room on the 14th floor, fairly large and comfortable. There were a few things that could use repair and deep cleaning but was okay for the price and considering the location. Overall, recommend and would stay there if I ever visit Changsha again.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Cleaners were really nice and helpful, we left our Kay in our room and they helped us get back in. Great location loads of places to eat and 2 seconds from the metro!

We had a memorable stay in this river-side hotel - Very unique set up & decorated.  Felt very secured with permit entrance. Managing staff was very friendly & helpful in providing us with information of the area - places of attractions, food & transport.  Not forgetting the complimentary daily fruit & sweet basket. It was an added advantage to guests of the hotel for the free shuttle service to & from the high speed train station.  Worry-free. The upper floor verandah is another added advantage for us to view the river, waterfall & lightings.  At the same time to enjoy our chinese tea brewing with the provided chinese tea set at the verandah. Laundry is provided free by the staff & we can put them to dry at the open space on the verandah. It was convenient for us to walk to the open air & in-door performances. Managing Staff, Miss Liew sent us off to the free shuttle transport at the entrance with free bottles of water & oranges for our journey. Really missed this beautiful & gorgeous place.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel that made my experience with my newborn truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, helping me with my luggage and even offering to help with any extra requests. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making it easy for us to settle in with our little one. The hotel also had a lovely atmosphere, which made our stay relaxing. The city view is impeccable! I was particularly impressed by how accommodating they were, allowing us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to any new parents looking for a friendly and supportive environment. They truly made our stay memorable!

Pleasant stay in hotel. Room was nice and cosy, and location of the hotel is just beside the railway station! Very convenient for us, who is taking a train to another part of China. Hotel also allowed us to check out at 3pm, which make things more convenient for us. Counter staff (小陈 and 丽丽）were also very helpful in accomodating to our requests. Highly recommended. 👍

This hotel is very amazing. The location is the best, just only 1 min from Wuyi sqaure exit 1 by walk. The room was clean and comfy. The staffs were very helpful. So we recommended to others. And I will come back again next time. I love here!

Quite like the room design and features based on different lifestyle themes at different locations around the world. The sunset river view was awesome. But I wouldn't expect the mold around the washbasin and I would also expect the afternoon tea could be far more better than few pieces of fruit and frozen cakes.

Great service and hotel room are so big. The staff are friendly and so attentive to all our needs. The room and toilet all using AI voice command. It's a great hotel to stay!

Amazing hotel, it’s really new with a very clean rooms and good breakfast. But be careful , some rooms are bad smell with cigarettes , you need to check it! I think that staff must forbid to smoke in the rooms and give fines to the people who obey it!

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

Cleanliness: 5 Room cleaned daily, towels, shampoo, bath gel, bed sheets, replaced daily. Everything is so new and clean. Even the ash trays outside for smokers are replaced very often. Location: 5 They have free shuttle between hotel and 东门 (east entrance for 森林公园 between 6am(? Not very sure but i dont wake up that early) and 9pm (why would you stay out that late?) which is really convenient. Service: 5 One of the best services I've had. Really really friendly staff that will asks you if you want tea or coffee and even snacks (chicken feet or duck feet if they have😂) while you're just waiting around in the reception. Helps to book cab, plan itinerary, order food, almost anything you can think of. SOOO FRIENDLY. Literally made my trip as they are so friendly. English speakers need not worry as they have someone who can speak English, so rest assured. Amenities: 5 Washing machine, drier on the 6th floor. Has almost everything you need. 2 bottles of water daily (I had 4 in my room probably cause they noticed I drank alot of water?) Great impeccable service, and their receptionist is really cute 🤭. Smart rooms through usage of xiaodu. (Not sure if it works in english, never tried) If I ever visit Zhangjiajie again, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. Will definitely recommend Zhangjiajie and this hotel to my friends and family. 🤗

This is the best hotel we have experienced in China! The hotel is beautiful, from you walk into the lobby, and the room itself. The bed is AMAZING, we even want to find the same mattress and bring home with us to Norway! The room was very smart with electric curtains, projector and speakers. The best thing about this hotel was the welcoming people and the service they provided! Especially 夏花(Xiahua) wich made our trip even unforgettable, thank you❤️ She helped us organize everything, transportation and the best places (routes) to visit. She also made us feel safe, answered our questions and communicated with us through out our trips. If we come back to Zhangjiajie, we will definetly stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Spacious room with great view of the mountain and cable car. Hotel mgr and his team provided excellent service. Hotel buffet was adequate. A short walk of about 10 mins to reach Tianmen ticket entrance. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

The service of the staffp xiao shang is really great, she upgrade our room to bigger room and the room is amazing with smart system. All the amenities is fully prepared, room is clean and spacious. They have free laundry facilities on the 8th floor, really helpful.Recommended and we will stay again at this hotel in the future.

This is my third visit to Fenghuang. This time it's been many years since I came here. Overall, Fenghuang feels cleaner than before. The downstream area was undeveloped before, but I was surprised to find that the downstream area has been opened for almost one kilometer, so it is more accessible. This homestay is at the ”end of the street”. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Hongqiao, but parking is quite convenient. You can park your car and cross the river. The environment is quiet and suitable for rest. The bathroom is super large and the terrace has a good view.

The whole family love this hotel, it's located at the quiet end of the town with beautiful river view, we slept well at night with minimal noise. our hotel manager Yanzi was very friendly and organised free pick up and drop off transportation for us to town. The hotel breakfast was amazing with lots of food selections. We will love to stay longer in the future. 5+ stars for this hotel.

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

Good location. Staffs are very nice especially a lady who wear eyeglass, she take very good care of us even she cannot speak English but she tried to translate and explain everything. We stay on 4th floor, a room is very clean and comfortable to stay. I can sleep very tight even no air conditioning but the weather is cold. I recommend to book for this hotel.

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews and they couldn’t have been more precise! I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!

Service was great, picking up from the railway station and dropping us there after checkout. I forgot to return the room card and they were friendly and attentive to pick it themselves at the railway station. Thanks

The inn location is not so far from the entrance. The room is clean and modern. There is balcony and the view was great. The lady boss is very kind and pretty. She delivered me by herself to the train station. Very recommended for your stay in Furong.

Location was fairly quiet but not an issue because the hotel provides a car to head to the main location. Also love that breakfast was provided. Room was unfortunately slightly dirty with lots of drain flies around. Air condition wasn’t also working correctly but that might be because of some settings issue. Good value but that’s about what you get too.

Our stay here was good. The girl at reception is very kind and always wants to help, and even gave us a lift to the train station when we left, but you need to ask in advance. The hotel is right next to the scenic area of Furong. Our balcony and room were beautiful- but our mosquito net was broken so the room got very damp. Also there was some mould on the curtain in the bathroom and the chair on the balcony. The breakfast was free and very nice, although the kitchen it is cooked in looks a bit unclean which put me off. There was free snacks but no free water which we have experienced everywhere else in China. It looks beautiful at night. I wish it was cleaner.
