The location is a bit odd and there is no parking inside the hotel, only the public parking spots outside, there are often fully occupied, other than that the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, illuminated and ventilated and the staff is super helpful.

I chose the architecture and the proximity to the lake, and it is a very impressive building, but I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I'm used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation for lobbyists in the proximity of the presidential palace. Some staff were very careful, with the focus on the coffee supervisor, very sympathetic. However, for more than once, I felt being treated with a hardness as a reception official and I was followed by security when taking pictures from the surroundings.

The hotel is well modern, good food, well-educated staff, the pool is good, but could be thicker and it makes very cold when it's out, I've never seen a pool area with so much wind, but I recommend the hotel!!!

The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a legal view of the city.The breakfast offered by the hotel is a real delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is excellent, near important tourist points and with easy access to public transport.In addition, Windsor Brazil is highlighted by its commitment to cleaning and safety measures, which makes me feel very comfortable throughout the I recommend this hotel to all visit Brazil.

Jjoyce66666All the staff I met at the hotel were polite, friendly and willing to assist guests. The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is rich and the ingredients are of good quality. The bed is very comfortable. It is indeed a very suitable hotel to live in when traveling to Brasilia.

OOlavo KochiGood morning! I was given a standard accessible room without requesting it. They could have at least informed me at check-in that the bathroom sink was clogged, but nothing was done. I requested two blankets, and they only provided them on the second request. Given the hotel's standards, these are simple details that need attention.

GGuest UserOnly 2 things disappointed me during my stay, room 315, the shower, the water had little pressure causing the shower to drip in some places and in others the shower to be very thin and weak, and the bed we booked was a queen-size, but the room had a double bed, our nights were not well slept.
