Traveling from Shanghai to Luoyang, I booked a five-day, four-night stay at the Hilton Curio Collection. It's a new hotel with new facilities, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. I can confidently say that the hotel's cleanliness is excellent; I've run my hand over the lamps, cabinet corners, headboards, and table edges, and found no dust accumulation. The gym and pool on the third floor are super new and exceptionally clean. Of course, there are minor issues: the shower water pressure is unstable, and there's a small puddle on the shower floor. However, these are minor flaws that don't overshadow the overall excellent and complete hardware facilities. Whether in the lobby, corridors, or restaurant, every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly. Room service was always prompt whenever needed. In my opinion, the breakfast buffet offers a genuinely rich variety. With just one stomach and one breakfast, I could only sample a little bit of everything. The Western-style pastries are of a very high standard, especially the walnut bread and puff pastry egg tarts – they're a must-try! The auntie making beef soup is great; she can add different side dishes according to guests' preferences. Because of the hot weather and sightseeing, my short-sleeved shirts got sweaty and smelly. The hotel offers a paid laundry service at a reasonable price, and the cleaned clothes are delivered neatly back to the room. When visiting Luoyang, taxi fares from the hotel to various attractions are inexpensive, making it convenient to get anywhere. This hotel, especially the suites, is particularly suitable for family trips with children.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! When I was checking in and wondering where to find authentic local food, a staff member named Maggie was extremely helpful. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. You can really feel that this isn't just cookie-cutter service; they genuinely care about their guests. This kind of thoughtful guidance is the hardest thing to come by when traveling, and it saved me so much hassle with itinerary planning. Great value for money—I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Choosing this hotel for our Luoyang vacation was absolutely a hit, no regrets! The public hot spring baths and the infinity pool offered a fantastic experience. The butler service was excellent, and having everything from dining to accommodation and activities all in one place was super convenient. Highly recommend it for your travels and stay!

The stay experience was absolutely fantastic! I wasn't expecting much, given the super low price, and just booked it for its proximity to the Olympic Sports Center for a concert. But wow, was I surprised! This hotel easily rivals a 5-star property. It was clean, and the soundproofing was incredibly good. They even thoughtfully provided a fruit platter. The room was super quiet at night, and very spacious too. What's more, the hotel offered a special shuttle service to and from the concert, with staff diligently checking to make sure all concert-goers boarded. Honestly, it was incredible value for money. My first visit to Henan, and the kindness of the Henan people really touched me. This place deserves a genuine five-star review! (And I promise, I never give dishonest reviews, good or bad; every review I write is completely sincere and based on my actual experience.) I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm ever back in Henan!

I brought my in-laws to Luoyang and we stayed at the Marriott Hotel for three consecutive nights. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied; I personally was able to enjoy different types of breakfast every day. The Executive Lounge staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed information and even helping our family take photos together. The hotel's partnered travel photographer was very professional; they photographed us within the hotel, chatted happily and helped me relax to naturally capture beautiful pictures, which was a lot of fun. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also provided excellent service; when ordering, they advised us based on our group size. The dishes tasted great, and the dining environment was superb. Housekeeping and the overall stay experience were excellent.

This hotel is located right next to the Zhongyue Temple and is arguably the most upscale option in Dengfeng County. Both the dinner, which consisted of four dishes and a soup, and the breakfast buffet were very generous. The stir-fried yellow beef, stir-fried local chicken, croissants with butter, and Swiss rolls were all delicious. If you get tired of Chinese food, KFC delivery is available right to the lobby. The rooms are clean and tidy, each with a private balcony offering direct views of Mount Song. The parking lot is conveniently located right outside the lobby, making entry and exit easy. It's also just a 10-minute drive from Songyang Academy.

The room was beautifully appointed—spotless and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. Plush bedding, a stunning view, and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Housekeeping maintained everything to the highest standard each day. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From the personalized welcome note to the turn-down service, every touch made us feel genuinely valued. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and restaurant reservations. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight—Breakfasts were abundant and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Great breakfast !!! The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, the free golf car transportation offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling like a tranquil retreat. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

Pros: The hotel boasts a garden-style design, offering a resort-like feel. Its proximity to the Longmen Grottoes is a major plus, making it very convenient. Guests can access the shuttle bus to the grottoes directly from the hotel's parking lot – just ask the front desk for details. The rooms are clean with relatively new facilities. The front desk staff provided excellent service, upgrading my room and offering a late check-out. There were welcome fruits, and customer service was very responsive. During check-out, the lobby staff proactively helped with our luggage and even took a family photo for us. Thank you for your warm service! 🥰 Areas for improvement: 1. The breakfast restaurant staff lacked service awareness. We were a group of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) and had booked 3 rooms. Our two children were slightly over the height limit, and the staff insisted we pay for their breakfast, with an unyielding attitude. This was a disappointment for a five-star hotel and negatively impacted our stay. The breakfast variety and taste were also mediocre. 2. Some electrical outlets in the lobby corners show signs of aging wires, posing a potential safety hazard. Parents with young children should be mindful of this. We hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly by inspecting and replacing old wiring and outlets.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really love this hotel and would gladly stay here again! From the moment you enter, the lobby looks very nice, clean, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the complimentary hot tea—they have three different types of tea available, which is such a thoughtful touch. The laundry area is honestly one of the best things about this hotel. They provide everything I needed, which made my stay so convenient. The staff were also very helpful. When I asked where I could photocopy or print some documents, they gladly helped me out without hesitation. Another fun feature is the delivery robot upstairs! You can frequently see it delivering food, which is such a nice touch and very typical of the technology you see in China. The hotel is also very quick with cleaning and keeping everything in good condition. The breakfast buffet has a really good selection, with plenty of choices to start the day. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Everything was convenient, the staff were helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is also very convenient, especially because it is very close to Zhengzhou University Nanmen (South Gate). I really love this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again when I’m in the area. Highly recommended! ❤️
