This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

The check-in experience was very good. The hotel arranged a quiet south-facing room with complete facilities, clean and sanitary. The breakfast was also very rich. The food delivery robot in the lobby was very convenient. The parking lot was also large with fast charging piles. It was also close to the highway. The service was also good. The front desk check-in was very fast. The lobby staff Wang Jing was also very friendly. Special praise and five-star praise to support it. Recommended!

My first time at JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and everything from service to quality was top-notch. The hotel looks stunning at night, and the location is fantastic. The executive lounge offers memorable views and food, and the breakfast even includes local Zhengzhou specialties like egg rolls and 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which were delicious. Upon arrival, I received a welcome snack; the peanuts were incredibly flavorful, a pleasant surprise. I requested mosquito repellent, and it was delivered to my room very quickly with excellent service. A special thanks to Luna from the hotel's customer service center; her service was incredibly thoughtful. She even helped mail my charger back home after realizing I left it in the room—I'm truly grateful! I'll definitely be back!

Service: A huge commendation and thank you to the staff at Zhengzhou Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel, especially Kid and Princess Elsa. On April 19th, my family of three checked into the Eskimo-themed family room. Every child gets incredibly excited when staying in a new place. My son, due to his excessive excitement, playfully tugged on a hanger in the wardrobe, and the clip on it pinched his left pinky, causing it to bleed. We immediately called housekeeping to ask if they had a band-aid. To our surprise, they not only sent a pack of band-aids but also disinfectant iodine swabs. We felt warmth and care on our very first day. On April 20th, around 7 PM, we took the hotel's mini-train to the Animal Kingdom to watch the Tree of Life fireworks show. In our rush to get on the train, I dropped the tiger bus bubble machine we bought earlier that day in the park. As a result, the liquid bottle separated from the upper part of the machine (as circled in green in Figure 2), and even worse, the broken part of the liquid bottle's screw cap got stuck inside the machine. We tried to twist it out for a long time but couldn't. You know how children are; if something they love breaks, they get very sad and desperately want it back to normal. I was already preparing for the worst, planning to buy an identical one at the hotel's commercial street the next day. After the fireworks show, we went to the Animal Kingdom's customer service center to borrow pliers, but that didn't work either. On the way back to the hotel, I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to fix it, thinking maybe the bubble liquid was too sticky or that cold contraction/thermal expansion would help if I put it in the fridge overnight. By the time we got back to the hotel, it was 8:30 PM. We went to the front desk and found a staff member named ”Kid” (the handsome young man on the left in Figure 3), hoping to borrow a suitable tool to continue fixing it in our room. To my surprise, ”Kid” immediately told us to go back to our room and wait, and he would fix it and bring it up. I was incredibly astonished at the time because this was clearly beyond his job responsibilities. Around 9 PM, the doorbell rang. We saw ”Kid” and ”Princess Elsa” come together, bringing the repaired bubble machine. They even refilled it with bubble liquid and, to our even greater surprise, gave us four extra batteries, saying they were worried it might run out of power! [Crying emoji] Oh my goodness, my feelings at that moment! After two hours of trying to fix it myself, I was truly overwhelmed by the unexpected warmth and kindness. All I could say was, ”Thank you, thank you so much!” I absolutely had to share my genuine feelings today, no matter how late it was. Through this public platform, I want to give a big shout-out to these two lovely staff members. Their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness made us feel right at home. This short 3-day trip became unforgettable because of this incident, something I'd never experienced before on family trips. If I'm lucky enough to stay at Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel again, I hope to see them. Thank you both again.

The room was clean and tidy, and they even provided a complimentary fruit platter as a welcome gift. It's very close to the marathon starting line, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged breakfast before and after the race. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they even organized a hotel car to transport the participants. Plus, it's super close to the Anyang Museum!

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and both were terrible experiences. The heating system does not shut off—the room turns into an oven, and the entire floor felt overheated. I couldn’t sleep at all and had to wake up several times during the night not knowing what to do. The thermostat doesn’t work, so there is no way to control the temperature. During my first stay, the room didn’t even have a window; they brought in an external AC and later moved me. On my second stay, the room had a window, but it didn’t help—the room stayed extremely hot. After two stays with the same issue, this is clearly a persistent problem. I will not be returning.

Facilities: I booked a twin room, which was very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel also allows you to choose pillows. I chose a buckwheat pillow, which was very good. The hotel shower has a large amount of water and a stable water temperature, which is very good. The overall sound insulation of the room is OK. There is everything that should be in the room. There is a lot of water, and there are also double milk, fruit, and two bottles of drinking water from Pangdonglai, which should be unique to Xuchang. Hygiene: The room hygiene is good, and I didn't find any problems with hygiene. Environment: The hotel is very large, the lobby environment is very good, and the breakfast buffet environment in the morning is also very good. Service: The lobby reception staff and front desk service are relatively good. They will call to inform the hotel's services in time, and the hotel will come to inquire about the needs and arrival time after booking the hotel, which are all very good. Welcome fruit: Welcome fruits include cherry tomatoes, oranges and cucumbers. Exclusive double Pu Yue Shui Hui bath: A free bath ticket was also given, but I didn't go.

Facilities: There is a children's pool, gym, laundry room, computer, printer, coffee, drinks are free, very complete Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, the newly opened hotel has no smell at all, and the corridor is also equipped with an aromatherapy machine. Environment: The room is not facing the street, very quiet Service: The front desk brother, the beauty and the aunt in the room have a very good service attitude The overall evaluation is the best hotel in the county at present! ! !

I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and warm hospitality we experienced during our recent stay at the Luoyang Marriott. From the friendly doormen who welcomed us upon arrival to the pleasant fragrance that greeted us in the elegant, modern lobby, every aspect of our stay reflected comfort and attention to detail. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and attentive, making our visit both relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed in Room 2112, which was exceptionally well maintained. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were spotless, and the minibar was properly stocked. Although our sightseeing schedule in Luoyang kept us busy and prevented us from using the indoor swimming pool, it looked beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, an egg station, fresh salads, cheeses and cold cuts, desserts, espresso coffee, teas, and cold beverages. I have a sensitivity to seed oils, and I would especially like to thank the kind lady at the egg station who graciously prepared my eggs in butter each morning. I would also like to recognize Bella, Rachel, and Felix at the front desk for their outstanding assistance and for kindly accommodating our request to extend our stay by an extra night. Special thanks as well to Alvin in the breakfast restaurant, who always had my favorite picante sauce ready and provided exceptional service. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The service, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. In fact, our 8-year-old daughter has already said that she wants to return to Luoyang—and stay at the Marriott again.

This guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, very quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy and stylish decor. All the amenities were provided, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The host was warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions, providing exceptionally thoughtful service. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's an excellent choice for unwinding and escaping the city hustle. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and have already recommended it to my friends!
