This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

This guesthouse offers excellent value for money. The room was spacious and bright with windows on two sides, and the location was super convenient. The owner was incredibly nice and gave us great recommendations for local food and Luoyang specialties, based on our length of stay and what we wanted to see. Right outside the guesthouse, there's a snack street with all sorts of local treats, including Luoyang's famous beef soup – the meat was fresh and the bone broth was freshly made every day. Plus, Luoyang's renowned Water Banquet is also nearby. For a food lover like me, staying here was incredibly comfortable.

Delicious and excellent breakfast choices. Location: Right next to the lake with a pedestrian zone. Great evening atmosphere with street singers. Staff: Highly professional, kind, and helpful. Great English speakers, used a translator when needed. Negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke despite the ”No Smoking” sign on the table. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in. I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful! The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

The holiday homestay that was accidentally delivered was a super surprise. It is not so much a homestay as a resort. The whole park is wrapped in the mountains and the scenery is unique, because the park is their own resort, so the privacy is very good, very suitable for a good place to hide in the holidays! The scenery of the whole park is beautiful, there is an infinity pool, I see there are hot spring pools built, there are free-range rabbits on the lawn, there are even German in several kittens, and every place can see the intentions of the park. The park is large and there are not many rooms. There will be no noisy sound at all, which is super suitable for vacation. The butler will contact the route in advance. During the whole stay, contact the butler at any time, and respond to everything. The service is great! The suite was upgraded by mistake. The whole house in the room was smart, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and cleaned very clean. The balcony is a lawn when you open the door. Although it is not specially fenced, it is no different from the private courtyard. Get up early and sit outside and breathe the fresh air, everything is so healing. A picky person like me can be included in my repurchase list!

The Zhengzhou Golden Classic Hotel is truly the pinnacle of old-school 5-star luxury in Zhengzhou! My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, as expected from a high-end hotel managed by Wanda. The attention to detail really won me over.✨ The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the municipal government and just a 10-minute walk from the Lvcheng Square subway station. It's also a short drive to both the railway station and high-speed rail station, and parking is super convenient, making travel completely stress-free. Stepping into the 8th-floor lobby, you immediately feel the quality. The space, designed by an international designer, is grand and dignified, with a rich, vintage 'old money' style decor. The warm lighting design also creates a great sense of security. The room was surprisingly spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Although the facilities have some age, they are incredibly well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay. The service was absolutely perfect! From the front desk's warm and thoughtful reception and patient guidance, to staff members proactively helping with the elevator and luggage, I felt completely at home throughout. Attending a concert? They even offer a complimentary shuttle service, with the driver in formal attire and thoughtfully providing water – such touching details. The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive. If you're traveling with kids, the children's pool and ball pit area are perfect, and there are also billiards, a gym, and sauna facilities. The Chinese food at Huaxia Restaurant and the buffet breakfast were both delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors. Whether it's for a business trip, a family vacation, or attending a performance, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

The experience was great, the overall decoration of the hotel was simple and atmospheric, and every corner was cleaned up. The bed is moderately hard and soft, the rest quality is very good, the staff is on call, the service attitude is super good, the restaurant is very clean and the food is delicious. The room is well lit and ventilated, and I sleep very comfortably. I will come to this next time. ☺️

The room was incredibly spacious and the ambiance was very comfortable. Having the hot spring tub right in the room was a huge hit with the kids, they absolutely loved it! We were pleasantly surprised to find a fruit platter and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and even gave us some snacks when we checked out, along with helping us carry our luggage to the car. The kids really enjoyed their stay at this hot spring hotel, and we'd definitely come back if we get the chance!

I chose a hotel near Zhengzhou East Station because I was taking the high-speed train to Xi'an. I really have to compare and contrast! The day before, I stayed at the Hilton for a friend's wedding. My friend booked it for me, and it was old, rundown, and reeked of smoke. The next day, after the wedding, moving to the InterContinental was so much more comfortable! The service was truly excellent! They called me before check-in to ask about any room preferences and my estimated arrival time, and they met all my requests during check-in. Any minor issues I found after checking in were promptly addressed and resolved. The InterContinental brand lives up to its name, maintaining a certain standard. Upon arrival, I received a welcome gift, along with vouchers for coffee and cocktails. The package I booked also included afternoon tea, which featured a decent, standard selection of desserts. We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast spread was extensive, but the layout was a bit scattered and confusing. I was also surprised that the breakfast menu didn't change daily; about 95% of the dishes from the first day were still there on the second. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.
