Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

First time in Luoyang! This hotel location is good, room spacious! Counter reception young lively and professional! Very impressive by their professionalism! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel! There is a good restaurant just beside…must try n only 2min walking distance! Overall a very good experience for first timer like me who travel to Luoyang!thumb up to the front desk loving smiling staffs🙏🙏🙏🙏made my stay a beautiful n memorable one! A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

I used to think that the reviews of the hotel were a bit exaggerated, but after the experience, I can really say that the service is the best in the hotel I live in. Because of two words-care: especially from the start of the pick-up, the driver will pick up at the pick-up entrance. As soon as you get out of the station, you can see your name tag. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

It’s a really cute and cosy hotel. Not a big hotel. More boutique style. And it’s close to longmen grottes. Value for money. Clean and modern. It has everything you need. The service staff was really kind and helpful. The dining service - I missed my breakfast but they tried to make a small take away for me. Totally appreciated. Henan service people are really kind. Next to the hotel there is even a massage - ask the reception. It’s decent and very clean. Perfect for after all the walking around.

In between 2 Metro stations, about one kilometre from Luoyang LongMen Station. Located within an area where there are small restaurants and relatively close to Longmen Grottoes and Guan Lin Temple. Service staff was friendly. Amenities were good, with a relaxing sofa which was good for soft reading when you do not wish to get out of the room. A relaxed and wasy going vibe reverberated throughout.

Fantastic location in the centre of Luoyang - only 10 mins drove from the station and 20 minutes drive from Longmen Grottoes. Close to great restaurants. We booked a city view room and I think we were given a free upgrade to a huge suite with fantastic views. Very clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All this for a great price. I would stay here again!!

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

From the very beginning we were greeted so warmly and cordially, as if we were old friends. The room turned out to be simply chic: cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. We immediately felt at home. It was a great holiday thanks to the excellent service and warm atmosphere. We plan to come back here again!

The air conditioning is quite good. Free pick-up and drop-off within 10 kilometers around the hotel (including the airport): I didn't notice when I went there, but there is also airport pick-up. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

It's pretty good. I like the environment. The room smells good. The boss is also very nice. My flight is at 17:00. I told the boss that I don't need airport drop-off service. The boss gave me a free one-hour delay in check-out. It's very heartwarming. Next time I go on a business trip, I will choose this place again.
