This business trip, I stayed at the JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – truly a benchmark for high-end hotels in Zhengzhou. The hotel is located in the CBD's 'Big Corn' building, and the 38th-floor sky lobby has a fantastic ambiance. The high-floor rooms offer panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Ruyi Lake and the city's nightscape. It's especially therapeutic when the lights come on in the evening. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest after a busy day. The bathroom amenities were complete, and all the details were well taken care of. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth. The staff were polite, courteous, and responded to requests promptly and thoughtfully. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining local flavors with international cuisine. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities, including dining and shopping. It's suitable for both business travel and leisure trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel first on my next visit to Zhengzhou. Highly recommended!

My trip to Luoyang was made even better by the Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel. It's very close to both the high-speed train station and the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel itself has beautiful landscaping and excellent facilities. The guest rooms are modern and stylish. The butler service was professional and attentive. I stayed for five days and four nights, and enjoyed looking at the lovely courtyard every day. It was a real treat! Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel again!

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, specifically to see Zhou Shen's concert. I only stayed one night, but the Jajin Hotel left a deep impression on me. Every staff member was incredibly friendly during check-in, and they even upgraded my room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. They promptly provided information about the shuttle bus times and locations, and added us to a WeChat group. They flawlessly organized seven shuttle buses to and from the Olympic Sports Center for hundreds of 'Shengmi' (Zhou Shen's fans) – not a single person was left behind! A big thank you to the entire concert service team: Wang Youxing, Fu Wei, Yin Junpeng, Shang Jianghao, Lü Keying, Liu Jian, Liu Chengyu, and Wang Huibin! And of course, all the staff who assisted me during my stay. My first trip to Henan was absolutely perfect!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and overall I'm still very satisfied. Maggie was very warm and attentive during check-in and check-out, handling everything efficiently and professionally, making communication a breeze. She patiently answered all my questions and even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions and transportation. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the environment quiet. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the high-speed rail station. Everything about this hotel is reliable, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future visits. Highly recommended!

After visiting several cities in Henan, this is the best value-for-money hotel. It's a listed 5-star property, and they proactively communicate with guests about their accommodation needs. The hotel has a restaurant that caters to all three meals, and the food is quite delicious. The rooms are spacious and come with an independent balcony, offering a beautiful night view. I'll definitely be back.

Housekeeping maintained everything to the highest standard each day. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. From the personalized welcome note to the turn-down service, every touch made us feel genuinely valued. The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and restaurant reservations. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight—Breakfasts were abundant and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Great breakfast !!! The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, the free golf car transportation offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling like a tranquil retreat. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but Huanghe Guest hotel stands out as one of the very best. It’s the rare kind of place that leaves you planning your return before you’ve even checked out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beauty and quite place to stay on vacation.

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing, oxygen-rich getaway. The balcony in the room offers a great view of the hotel's rockery. The service was excellent, especially from the lobby manager (the lady in the yellow shirt). The changing rooms by the pool are very nice, with individual shower stalls equipped with toiletries. The pool itself is spacious and uses an external circulation system. My only minor complaint is that the bottom of the pool was a bit slippery, suggesting it might not be cleaned with a robot very often.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

All five stars really don't mean that the hotel is done well, but just mean that I really want to make the hotel good and Jiaozuo good. It has been 9 years since the last stay. As a Jiaozuo local who has stayed in many five-star hotels, I feel that the hotel is okay. After all, the price is there, but in fact, according to the real positioning of the hotel, the room rate should be a little higher, about 398-498 per night will better reflect the value. While raising the room rate, I feel that the hotel's exterior walls should be cleaned again, the breakfast should be more refined, and the front-line customer service staff should receive more professional training, so as to usher in new opportunities with a new look. Of course, this also requires a strong owner to work closely with relevant government departments to coordinate and arrange. In the current Jiaozuo market, an international five-star hotel is indeed needed to support the facade. In the current prospect of a hot tourism market but a not-so-prosperous economy, I hope that the hotel management can have the awareness of doing a good job in the 3D Days Hotel as a career. After all, a five-star international hotel may really become a city's business card.

Excellent all round — superb staff, spotless room, and an ideal base by the airport A really excellent stay — Novotel delivered on every front. Breakfast was very good, the room was spotlessly clean, nicely finished and professional, and the whole setup was exactly what you'd want. The location is smart: a little outside the city centre, but wonderfully close to the airport — and there's a free airport shuttle every hour, which is absolutely perfect and makes coming and going completely effortless. Above all, the staff were superb — genuinely helpful and with good English, which made everything easy. Special mentions to Jim and to Tracy on reception, who were both brilliant and went out of their way to help; that kind of service is exactly what makes a stay memorable. My only tiny note is the desk chair, which wasn't the most comfortable for longer working sessions — a small thing in an otherwise outstanding stay. Wholeheartedly recommended, and an easy five out of five.
