The service was really bad too. They didn't come to clean the room for several days straight afterwards, and when the tissue box ran out, they wouldn't bring new ones, telling me to go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room.

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

In the centre of Willingen. All at walking distance. Hotel superbly clean. Beautiful rooms, good beds. Perfect shower. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Sufficient parking opportunity. No improvements.

The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.

I had to go back to the airport after a day in Phu Quoc. I booked the shuttle, which was convenient since I arrived at night. The shuttle is available in front of doors 5-6 of Terminal 1 B.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

nice hotel, friendly staff. only downside is that there is no self parking. But Valet service was awesome! room was spacious breakfast was great. close to attractions. love to come back again!

Wir waren auf der Rückfahrt aus dem Urlaub und wollten abends in einem besonderen Restaurant essen und danach nicht bis nach Hause fahren.  Gesucht haben wir ein Hotel mit Pool und da sticht das Best Western Plus ins Auge.  Der Preis mit 72€ ist kaum zu schlagen und daher haben wir gebucht. Im Auto las meine Frau dann Bewertungen und hoffte das die sich nicht bewahrheiten, denn auf ein lautes und schmutziges Zimmer hatte sie keine Lust.  Als wir ankamen sah es von außen vollkommen ok aus und drinnen wie ein typisches 4 Sterne Business Hotel. Der Empfang war nett und kompetent, wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass die Standardzimmer zur Bahnstrecke ( die verläuft direkt hinter dem Hotel) liegen, was uns aber nicht stört. Das Parken im Parkhaus ist mit 18€ vollkommen ok und ja schon fast günstig. Ein vorab gestellter Wunsch so hoch wie möglich und so weit weg wie möglich vom Fahrstuhl wurde zu 100% entsprochen und wir bekamen das letzte Zimmer (745) im Flur und in der 7 Etage 👍 Das Zimmer war penibel sauber, und sah wirklich toll, fast neu aus.  Dann schnell umgezogen und in die 8 Etage wo der Pool und der Wellnessbereich liegt.  Es war auch dort alles ohne Beanstandung, der ganze Wellnessbereich wirkte neu und da niemand da war, konnten wir uns austoben und hatten den großen Pool und die Sauna Bereich für uns.  Es gibt an diesem Hotel nichts aber auch nichts zu meckern. Wir können die zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen🤔  Wenn ich ein Hotel an einer Bahnverbindung auswähle, darf ich mich nicht wundern, wenn Züge fahren🤔  Klar ist es lauter aber mit geschlossenem Fenster locker zu Händeln und wer mag, nimmt eben ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite. Wir wurden direkt darüber informiert und hätten wechseln können, der Mitarbeiter war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Für mich ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s breakfast is scrumptious. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located - 10 minutes by taxi after getting out from Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf. It is an ideal selection for one night before a long distance flight the next day. And there are also shuttle buses between the hotel and the airport. The room is nicely organized and their restaurant also offers dinner, which is very comfortable especially when arriving late and tired. They also have sauna and pool if I look in the elevator (but I didn't have the time to try yet). Their staff can speak perfect English which is quite convenient for persons like me who know only very limited German. Overall, it is a good choice from my point of view.
