The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.
Nearby metro station, very convenient, very spacious room, clean and tidy , the only cons is the vending machine , pay but nothing come out , have to contact reception
Later ingecheckt door vertraging op de weg. Konden officieel niet meer aanhaken bij diner, maar receptie regelde het toch voor ons nog en kwam dit persoonlijk vertellen bij de kamer.
Top Service
Genoten van de sauna en het zwembad. Eten was meer dan prima!
Bedden goed, zeer ruime kamer, prima douche.
Top verblijf dus.
All in all, it was good. The comfort room was big enough, as was the bathroom. However, the room was not cleaned, only the bed was made. The buffet area in the breakfast room is far too small. Otherwise, everything was there and it was constantly being refilled.

I've travelled more than 100 countries todate and have stayed in more than 15 different hotels in Germany. In terms of service level, the hotel staff during check in wasn't that friendly nor warm at all. The Staff even took deposit on my debit without informing me (she only mention about hotel tax). She only inform me after I noticed EUR80 being deducted and asked her about it.
On the day I left on 26th Apr at around 6am, there was only 1 staff at the counter but he was at the crew only counter. He rejected my request to store my luggage with the hotel even though I will be returning in a week's time and check in again on 2nd May. He didn't even bother to check my next booking and simply told me to store it at the airport.
The hotel also deducted hotel tax for 2 persons even though I was the only one checking in on 24th Apr. I emailed the hotel about this and agreed to rectify this overcharge (by the hotel) when I check in on 2 May.
Unfortunately, I injured my ankle on 28th Apr while travelling around Munich and have not recovered since. As it is very inconvenient for me to drag my big luggage together with an in injured leg (I have been limping), I had to book Hilton hotel which is located much closer to the train station and the airport. Obviously, Steigenberger rejected my cancellation request since the booking is non cancellation.
Well, for the sake of my poor ankle, I have no choice but to forgo the close to US$400/- paid upfront to the hotel. But never never again will I ever book this hotel again.
Btw, Staff at Hilton and the other hotels I've stayed in the last 1 week were much more friendlier and helpful. Hilton is even willing to store my luggage for 12 days.

Location-wise, it is very close to the airport and a little far from the city center.
13 minutes on foot from the station, if you take the bus, you can get there in 3 minutes.
I know there is a charter bus to the airport, but I am not sure.
City tax is around 3 euros, and the biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is cheap and close to the airport.
As far as I know, it is a pretty old hotel and it seems that it has not been remodeled recently, so the facilities are old, and the bathroom is especially clean, but it definitely feels old.
Still, it is clean, and I liked it because it has the basics, such as a bed, curtains, table, and coat rack.
A hotel with good value for money and a good location near the airport.
The soundproofing seems to be adequate, but I could hear some noise in the hallway and the bathroom light kept blinking, but everything else was good.
The air conditioner is really good.

__WeChat59209****Direct subway access from the train station makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's a DM (drugstore) and a McDonald's right downstairs. The entrance isn't huge, but overall the accommodation is great. It's within walking distance to the zoo, and breakfast was decent. They do have that slightly odd system where you have to write your room number down yourself when entering the dining area for breakfast; I guess foreigners don't find it unsanitary.

LLee EanFor a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.
YYiqizouzouzouzouThe hotel room is very clean and equipped with free drinking water. It is very close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle bus for pick-up. The service staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It is recommended to stay.
GGuest UserHotel in decoration so the entry, main lobby and breakfast area are small and unwelcoming to say the least...
Room is cold even when AC is turned on heat at maximum power, not something I expect when I pay 850euro per night for my stay!
Room amenities and upkeep is poor, I stayed in this hotel some years before it was Marriot and every problem they had remained the same - sink overflowing in the bathroom, shower with low water pressure, two towels only in the room - just feels like someone is cheeping on me even tough I pay big price

GgarygarykunHuge room with washing machine/dryer in the room.
A decent size kitchen with all the amenities available.
There is a dining table and a small living room, and a working desk at the corner.
Views from the balcony!!!!!
It’s basically an apartment that can easily fit a small family for a 4-7days trip.
Reception was extremely helpful and always a smile on his face.
Restaurant is not big but offered me a wide selection of foods for breakfast
小小飞刀A nice hotel in Wiesbaden, but unfortunately there are no restaurants, breakfasts or bars around, but after all, it is in the city center and convenient to go anywhere. If you choose Frankfurt flight, you can choose to stay here.
CCk Chia07Nearby metro station, very convenient, very spacious room, clean and tidy , the only cons is the vending machine , pay but nothing come out , have to contact reception
GGuest UserI had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green area, offering a quiet retreat from the city while still being conveniently close to downtown Frankfurt and the airport—just a short drive away. It's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.
