It was a pleaseant experience to stay here, the room is comfortable, i am staying with family, the pool is long in range but quite short in deep so nice for the childrens but overall is nice to have some laps, the food is okay, some foods is good, some foods is quite hard to chew, but not to bad. The hotel staffs is nice and helpful

I had stayed at Swiss Belhotel in different regions servals times , This is the first time I stay at kendari, and the best experience overall. Herdin welcomed me with his warm smile at the front desk. It feels like coming back home . He upgraded me to deluxe room which really made my day , what a birthday surprise? The room is spacious , clean , got all I needed. Also , I appreciate experience of having breakfast at Swiss kitchen, every staffs are cheerful and willing to help . I love the variety of food and drinks provided. May I express my sincere appreciation to the hotel team for their excellent performance , especially Herdin’s professional service. We are sure we will come back, highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel tries hard but it's pretty tired. Rooms are relatively small but some have balconies - unfortunately they face the road where there are no speed bumps and the local youths use it for racing in the evening so it's very noisy. Pick a room at the back if you want a quiet night. The beds are the hardest I've slept on in a long time - not sure why. Generally things are clean. Breakfast is a bit bland but there's plenty there. Other meals were a bit variable. There's access to a Karaoke area if that blows your hair back, otherwise it's a bit quiet. Not even sure if you can get a beer there. Not bad for the area but it's not somewhere you'd go for a holiday. Close to the sea but the locals use if for evening meetings so in the mornings there is rubbish everywhere.

clean, the room is very comfortable and clean, so you feel at home in the room, it's in the middle of the city close to snack sellers, so you don't have to worry about looking for a restaurant

Very good, clean and hygienic, the service staff is very gentle, giving people a feeling of being respected, breakfast is on the first floor, full customized service, recommended for business trips. There is a seafood next to the hotel with reasonable prices and delicious food.

It is one of the resorts in Kandirian that provide hotels, restaurants, swimming pools for adults and children. The pool is okay, not bad for the city class of Kandi, the kids' playing pool is also pretty good. It's because it's weekend and we're less comfortable to swim, on tttttttt. The hotel is yahhhhhh the room is too standard, and looks less well maintained, except for the cottage that is quite comfortable. This place is really suitable for offices who want to hold a gathering. The restaurant is also standard of taste and placement. Well, the third star is, for Wonua monk, hopefully forward a good one

I recently went for a holiday with my family and stayed at this hotel bcs its strategic location in the center of town. There are various facilities at this hotel, such as swimming pool for adults and kids with beautiful city views. Other than that, the food was scrumptious! There'a a lot of variant food Thankyou for the best experience, i would recommend this hotel to my friends!
