I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

An absolutely stunning view of the mountains. 🗻🗻🗻 100% Special thanks to our housekeeper, Xiao-Lu, for her kindness and help with everything, especially arranging great tickets for the show. We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

It was a very nice hotel with beautiful scenery outside. We will stay again if come back Wuzhou. Lots selection for breakfast and dinner buffets. Bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the Chinese restaurant on 3rd floor we had morning tea next day allowed smoking. I can not believe in such a modern place in 2026 still allowed smoking.

We had a fantastic stay. Service was incredible with the staff very welcome and helpful. The staff were also really good at helping me to develop my Chinese language skills and they also had facilities on site to support with any activities and scooter hire as well as a fridge with snacks to purchase. The room had amenities like tea, coffee and water which was replenished each day. Breakfast was incredible, a highlight of our stay The surrounding area was very walkable from the hotel, especially the moon mountain and famous 10 mile stretch. We had impressive views of the beautiful landscape from our room.

The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. The hotel boasts an elegant environment, with clean and comfortable rooms, and complete, modern facilities. The staff at the service center, Moon, Pink, Joyce, Freya, and Amy, were all incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive, always quick to meet guests' needs. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and superb surrounding amenities, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great value for money, and I highly recommend it!

A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

My stay here was genuinely great! The lobby is elegant and refined, and the spiral staircase creates such a wonderful ambiance, perfect for photos. The room was clean, spacious, and well-laid out. The mattress was just the right firmness and incredibly comfortable – I felt so relaxed that I slept straight through till the afternoon. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a full range of Chinese and Western dishes, noodles, congee, fruits, and drinks, all very tasty and satisfying. The hotel has a delivery cabinet and service robots, and it's super convenient for getting around with the subway nearby. The only minor downsides were that the shower pressure was a bit low and the hairdryer sometimes had a loose connection. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all .
