The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, directly opposite Jingjiang Prince City. A fifteen-minute walk along the pedestrian street leads to the Twin Pagodas. The hotel's top-floor restaurant offers panoramic views. There's a parking lot just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Highly recommend! 👍
When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to help with the luggage. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I could see the river view, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. I will come again next time

This hotel has a great location with fantastic views out front. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Yangshuo. It's also super convenient and cheap to rent an electric scooter here.

The location is absolutely superb, right within the scenic area. The scenery is picturesque, with stunning views from every window. Our family was so content that we didn't even want to leave the hotel, as we could soak in all the beautiful outdoor scenery right from our room.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Their thoughtfulness really stood out. A huge shout-out to everyone – from the welcoming staff to the front desk, and even the lovely lady serving breakfast; their service was truly exceptional, a refreshing change from what you sometimes find at smaller guesthouses.
The hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions, with the bamboo raft pier just a stone's throw away. It was a pity we couldn't get tickets; otherwise, we would have happily extended our stay for another day. The bridge right in front of the hotel also offers breathtaking views and is incredibly photogenic.
The staff at the bike rental shop opposite the hotel's parking area were also very pleasant. However, cycling back at night, a stretch of the road felt quite scary as it was extremely dark.
And finally, the breakfast noodles were wonderfully fresh and flavorful. They tasted delicious both with and without chili – a definite must-try!

Excellent service and a great selection of high-quality breakfast items. The hotel's location is superb, with the highly popular Cao Mei Luosifen and Xi Luo noodle shops just a 5-minute walk away. Most importantly, the hotel boasts an unparalleled river view.

This hotel is definitely one of the most satisfying I've ever stayed in. It truly feels like a home away from home. Every single detail, from check-in to check-out, was handled perfectly and with great care. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidy, and having access to VIP movie screenings on the projector was a great touch, like having your own private cinema. The service was thoughtful and attentive; the staff would stand up, smile, and greet us politely and enthusiastically every time we entered or left the lobby. The location and environment are also excellent, very close to the scenic spots. Fubo Hill and Diecai Hill are right across the street, offering stunning views of Guilin's landscapes. The air quality is great, although it's the dry season now, so the Li River doesn't have much water, but that doesn't detract from the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it; staying here is an excellent choice.

Located opposite a pretty lake, nice for a walk, the hotel is good for leisure and business travellers. The rooms are large and well equipped. The shower was particularly nice and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean.
Fortunately I was with my Chinese speaking partner otherwise check in may have been a longer process. The breakfast was also fine but more orientated to local audience - albeit there is bread, fruit, eggs. Coffee at breakfast is not so good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Our stay at LS Hotel in Yangshuo was truly unforgettable. The hotel is located in the mountains, and the surroundings look like something from a fairy tale — misty hills, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you completely relax.
The room was luxurious and very well designed. We especially loved the large bathtub, the rotating bed, and the panoramic view from the window. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the small gifts and the complimentary photo session, which was a wonderful bonus and a great memory from this trip.
This is the best place we have ever stayed with my husband. We sincerely thank the LS Hotel team for their hospitality and outstanding service. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to come back again. special thanks to the photographer and manager (ICEY, Vivi, Caicai) ❤️❤️❤️

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel.
I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry.
I am a returning guest.
First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031
Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003
During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway.
On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet.
On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage.
I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them.
During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected.
This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing.
This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

The Shangri-La was hands down the most unforgettable hotel of our New Year's trip to Guangxi in 2026. Neither the Hyatt in Liuzhou nor the Wyndham in Fangchenggang came close – the Shangri-La was ten times better! From the magnificent lobby and the elegant, tasteful public areas, to the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views from the 68-meter-high sky lobby, and the meticulous room service – every staff member was warm, friendly, and efficient.
Staying at the hotel itself felt like a vacation; there was no need to visit other attractions. It was an experience of art and culture. I highly recommend booking a package that includes afternoon tea. The themed afternoon tea setup was incredibly impressive, making us want to linger forever, as if we had stepped into a fairy tale.
The breakfast was equally outstanding. The variety and exquisite quality of the Shangri-La's dining can't be matched by other hotels. I was particularly impressed by the local Guangxi lemon duck and the grilled pork (Mei Rou). The duck was served warm, and the moment it was opened, all the delicious oil flowed out. I couldn't stop at just two or three pieces each time! I even wanted to ask the hotel what brand they use so I could buy some to take home.
The hotel offers direct access to MixC Mall, which had lively New Year's Eve festivities. It's also just a 10-minute drive to Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area, and there are several small parks directly opposite. If you take your time, you could easily stay for many days.
Both the children and our elderly family members couldn't stop raving about it. We didn't want to leave at all! We'll definitely choose Shangri-La whenever we travel next. A big thank you to the entire service team for their thoughtful service! Jessica was particularly warm, kind, and friendly, and Alice, Betsy, Ally, and Jenna were also excellent!

AAnonymous UserLocation isWe stayed 2 nights at Bo Yangshuo Hotel. The location is very convenient, right at the start/end of West Street (西街), making it easy to walk around while still being slightly away from the noise.
We booked a family room with a bunk bed, which was comfortable and suitable for families. Overall, everything was good and well-maintained.
One downside worth highlighting is that the toilet glass partition has been removed, so sounds from flushing, hand washing, and showering are quite loud. The bed head is located just above the toilet area, so it can be disturbing at night. Also, when using the bathtub, be careful as water may splash onto the bed area.
Aside from this issue, our stay was pleasant and the location is a big plus, especially for first-time visitors to Yangshuo.
GGuest UserWeizhou Island, which went to the second day of the New Year, chose a homestay for a long time before going to the hotel, and finally decided this one. The homestay is very close to the sea, it takes only 3 minutes to walk, and the beach next to the homestay is less crowded than other beaches. It is very pleasant to play in the water and dig sand and pick up conch. The location of this homestay is very good. On the East Coast, it is quieter at night to have a good rest. This is also a point I am very satisfied with. If you live in Nanwan Street and Dishui Danping, there are too many people and too noisy. It will probably not rest well at night. The room type I set can see the sea from the window, sitting on the sofa by the window and looking at the sea outside the window, feeling peaceful and comfortable. Next to the room is the terrace, and you can find a chair to sit at night to see the stars. eBay's reservation includes breakfast, which is great, you don't have to go out to find breakfast everywhere; There are also lunch and dinner, ordering is paid, and it is very convenient to eat at the homestay if you don't want to go out. As soon as you go out, you can rent a car. All kinds of small battery motorcycles are very convenient to rent a car and return the car. And the boss will ask the island's ticket information before we leave, convenient to pick up the boat, the day we go to the West Point Pier to take the boat, will send us the place to go, give some play suggestions, can say the service is full! I am playing, I forgot to take a photo of the room. The overall environment of the room is good. The desktop is slightly dusty. It is acceptable to wipe it off with a paper towel. However, it will be better to wipe the desktop when the boss’s house is cleaned up! In short, the overall store is still very satisfactory and very satisfactory, it is very recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel advertises as having an all-year-round open pool and it's not true. During our stay at the end of April with maximum temperatures above 30°C there was no pool to cool off, and the staff told us it was because it was still too early in the year. This was very disappointing as having a pool was the main reason for our choice of hotel, so I'd say this hotel didn't meet our expectations and they should state this clearly on Trip to avoid future confusion of guests. Other things to improve are the storage space in the rooms (there's barely any room to place suitcases etc) and the soundproofing (we were woken up several days by loud guests at 7am or earlier). On the positive side, the beds were comfortable (average hardness of mattress for westerners standards) and the shower was the best we've had in our whole trip through China: very modern, with good water pressure and no fluctuating temperature. The room thermostat worked really well and the hotel has some nice amenities for guests to use such as tea, massage chairs (a bit worn out but still working) and a vintage game console. The staff helped us with luggage, gave us information and even a small present at the end of our stay, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is in a quieter part of town, ideal for sleeping but still close enough to streets with lots of restaurants, cafes etc (try Heytea in west street if you can!).
Overall it's been good value for money, although the hotel could do some clean up/refurbishment work and the pool availability should be advertised accurately.
YYumimamaailiuwaThis hotel is perfect for family trips with kids; if you're visiting Guilin with children, you absolutely shouldn't miss it.
**Location**: Conveniently located in Guilin city center, just two or three kilometers from Guilin Station—a few minutes by taxi. It's also only about 1 kilometer from Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area and Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street.
**Facilities**: We stayed on the family-themed floor with our kids. The room was spacious and featured bunk beds with a slide, a kids' table, a small tent, a rocking horse, and a large bathtub—perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue. There's also a kids' play area in the hallway, which was a huge hit; our child could play there all day and didn't want to leave!
**Breakfast**: Breakfast is served on the 9th floor. It's extensive, offering Guilin rice noodles, mini wontons, Guilin oil tea, and a wide variety of other dishes—everything you could wish for.
**Service**: The front desk staff provided excellent service, helping us with our luggage. They even assisted with laundry, washing and drying our clothes in the washing machine and then delivering them back to our room. You don't have to worry about a thing when you stay here.
**Environment**: The 9th floor has a pool and an observation deck that's great for photos. There's a large frame that makes every shot look like a masterpiece of a thousand miles of rivers and mountains.
They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Guilin.

GGuest UserHad an incredible stay here! The views are stunning (probably one of the best out of all the other accommodations nearby), the room was clean and the service was friendly. It's a family owned business and everyone is lovely. If you're taking a bus, it won't drop you all the way to the hotel but if you give the hotel a call, someone can come pick you up from the bus stop. I had a bit of a miscommunication with my previous hotel who arranged a coach for us that dropped us off at a very far away drop off point and someone still came and picked us up from there with no complaints (and did not charge us for it)!! We were also dropped back off at the bus stop on the day we left. No one spoke much English which made it a little harder, but we got by with a translator app. There are quite a few stairs to go up to get to the hotel which isn't great if you have lots of heavy luggage so I'd recommend packing lightly if possible. Having said that, if you have average fitness, you should be fine getting up and down the stairs, the trek is not too long. The views are definitely worth it! Would stay again for sure.

2205331****Nestled by the Yulong River, the hotel offers easy access to everything. The environment is beautiful and serene, with a light luxury and stylish design. Facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool, gym, sunbathing area, and even a kids' play area. Our room boasted 270-degree views of the nearby river and distant mountains, and we could see parts of the sunrise and sunset (though we missed the full spectacle due to the weather this time). The cleanliness was impeccable, and the smart 'Xiaodu' assistant controlled everything. The bedding and bed were incredibly comfortable. My suggestions would be: for families, adult bathing is a bit inconvenient as there's no curtain for privacy. Also, a small stool near the shoe-changing area would be helpful for sitting down. The butler service was very attentive and prompt, and the hotel also offers electric scooter rentals 🛵. The kids didn't want to leave! Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

SShunLII chose ShiXi TianYue for the Yangshuo trail running race. The hotel's location is super convenient, making pre-race gatherings and post-race returns effortless.
Room facilities: My king room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that provided excellent rest after an intense race.
Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk even helped me mail my trail running shoes, trekking poles, and other items back home.

Whether as a race support station or a place to relax and explore, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it to fellow runners!
11500517****The service from the Loyalty Department goes beyond being just 'thoughtful'; it feels more like the meticulous care of an old friend. Three days before my arrival, my dedicated client manager called to confirm my itinerary needs and informed me that a quiet, high-floor suite had already been reserved based on my past preferences. Upon arrival, the room was perfectly arranged to my liking: the curtains were half-open to let in natural light, and what touched me most was that she had pre-arranged a late checkout for me. The Loyalty Department has proven over time that true loyalty service isn't about points redemption, but about making each guest feel like a unique and cherished member of this family. Thank you for making every trip a comfortable experience for me.

__M1399517****Guilin truly lives up to its reputation as a tourist city; the service here is incredibly warm and thoughtful. Someone met us right at the hotel entrance, and upon entering, we were offered special local Luo Han Guo tea. They even escorted us to our room! When we checked out, we received a complimentary osmanthus hand cream as a souvenir. The hotel also thoughtfully sent a detailed travel guide to my phone, making us feel completely at home. There are plenty of great restaurants right outside the hotel, offering delicious local specialties and, of course, Guilin rice noodles. Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas are just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, there's an airport shuttle bus stop right by the hotel entrance when you leave. I highly recommend this hotel, it's absolutely fantastic! Travelers with kids get an extra bonus: the 9th floor not only offers a rich breakfast but also has a children's play area. This is hands down the most heartwarming hotel I've ever stayed at!

TTiancaishaonvleidiandianinsuzhouSeriously? You waited two hours in line for Elephant Trunk Hill? I just walked in through the hotel's side entrance without a reservation, it took one second, absolutely amazing! This hotel, Shuiyue Yixiangshan Courtyard Hotel, is right next to the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area entrance. I arrived in Guilin late at night, tired from the flight, and a staff member immediately helped me with my luggage, which really made a great first impression of Guilin! The room was also very grand with a large bathtub, spacious and clean. Its proximity to the scenic area is so convenient!
