"I was very satisfied with my stay at your hotel this time. After getting out of the taxi, I couldn't find the hotel, and the front desk lady came out to greet us and even helped us with our luggage. Check-in was also very fast. The hotel is located in the center of ZhengYang Pedestrian Street in Guilin, so there are plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's also close to nearby attractions. During our stay, every hotel staff member was very enthusiastic and always ready to help. What impressed me the most was when I asked for slippers to be sent to the room, an auntie rang the doorbell and handed them to me with both hands. Although it was a small gesture, it showed the high quality of the hotel staff. The enthusiasm of the staff also indicates that the owner must be a great boss. The next time I or my friends visit Guilin, your hotel will definitely be our first choice or recommendation. Thank you so much for your excellent service, which made us feel so warm. "Highly recommend this hotel! The location was great, a quick 15-min walk from the Elephant Hill. It was surrounded by restaurants but the room itself was quiet and peaceful. The staff were so kind and attentive as well - always smiling and willing to help."

"My stay at the Wyndham Baise Resort exceeded all expectations! The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, and the garden views are absolutely delightful. The lobby features a 'Baise Flavors' cultural and creative exhibition area, showcasing exquisite Zhuang ethnic costumes and handcrafted Zhuang embroidery, all brimming with local charm. The artistic displays in the public areas are very stylish. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Baise!"

"We arrived at the hotel a little after 1 AM. It opened in 2014, and you could immediately feel its age upon entering the lobby. However, its biggest advantage is its proximity to the train station – just a 100-meter turn to the left. Arriving in the early hours, we dropped off our luggage and grabbed a shared e-bike right outside. We were at Xiguan Night Market in literally 2 minutes – super convenient! We booked a room without breakfast and tried to see if we could get an upgrade to include it. The front desk staff firmly but politely said no, but they did upgrade our room type, which was a small consolation amidst the slight disappointment. We had an 8 AM train the next day, so we were really just looking for a transitional stay. I must praise the bathroom in our room; it was clearly recently renovated. Although the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong odor, our room's bathroom was perfectly fine. The shower had great water pressure, and a hot shower was incredibly refreshing, instantly washing away the day's fatigue. I wasn't initially planning to write a review, but the hotel called me to ask if I was satisfied and if I'd be willing to write an honest review if I was. I have to say, if they had upgraded us to include two breakfasts, my experience would have been absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, they didn't have the authority. I think sometimes fulfilling small requests can really boost goodwill with guests, but they were just sticking to the rules, so I can only give an objective review."

"The hotel location is convenient, right next to MixC. There's a subway station downstairs, and the high-floor hotel offers great views. We had a minor issue though – the air conditioner in our room was broken and incredibly noisy. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, but thankfully, we still managed to get a few hours of quiet sleep. The hotel duty manager and the front desk staff did their best to coordinate the situation. Their swift handling of the problem is commendable. The mattress is supportive, so even with a bad back, I could sleep comfortably."

"The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip."

The room was clean with no strange odors, and the facilities were complete and worked well. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and attentive. It's also easy to find. "We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very good, close to West Street, with easy access to restaurants and everything you need, but still away from the busiest and noisiest part, which made it perfect. The staff were very helpful and guided us with tour activities around the area. We were also able to rent electric bikes through them for a very affordable price, which made exploring even better. A big plus is the spa right next to the hotel, offering massages until midnight, perfect after a long day out. It was also during the World Cup, and we could watch the games comfortably on the TV in our room, which was a great bonus. The room itself was nice and clean, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend it."

"I'd never used the laundry room before, and this was my first time. It was a fantastic experience. It was small, available, and there was no waiting. The laundry supplies nearby were a nice touch, including a sewing kit, anti-stain sheets, lint trimmers, and shoe polish towels. The front desk, upon learning I wanted coffee, immediately offered me some drip coffee. Every gesture was thoughtful, and I felt very welcome staying here. The breakfast was also worth mentioning. There was a wide variety of delicious salads and cold dishes, including baguettes. There were four or five kinds of fruit, all very tasty. The coffee was always as good as I could ask for."
