Sofitel is an excellent choice in BKC. Walking distance to Jio World and close to airport. Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, staff is caring and helpful. Price for our stay was reasonable for a 5 star property. Definitely can stay again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Close to the airport (but only by car), quick check-in, quite clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit run down, and at 3 AM someone knocked on our door twice, which was very scary. Also, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night. We're deducting stars for these reasons, as we didn't feel safe.

Most stunning and Incredible hotel and stay. All the staff right from the entrance, to check in desk, porters, security to house keeping were all excellent and very friendly. Breakfast options were always very good and plentiful but I would advise going early to avoid queues and sitting outside where I didn't find the service to be very good on the one day we had to sit outside. The management really went out of their way for us to help us with a few issues we had. Rooms on certain floors are very dated and can do with some improvements but they are aware of this already.

This has a nice location and not far from airport, it is dated but being upgraded at the moment so hopefully should be a lot nicer the next time I visit. Service is good but needs a lot more improvement, staff seem to take orders for breakfast and then forget to come back, and i noticed that they seem to concentrate on some people more then others because of tips given at start of service, we always give tips at end because you reward people who do well. The pool area needs a lot of attention and new furniture it is very dated so hopefully will all be replaced.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Very peaceful place. Definitely going back whenever in shirdi.

There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.

Stayed there for one night, check-in took a bit of time not sure why but the check out took only a few second, the staff are very friendly, getting Uber to the hotel lobby is confusing for the drivers, rooms are massive with comfy beds and pillows. You should add coffee machine. Overall it was decent 👌🏾

Decided to splurge on a stay at this prestigious hotel, and it was worth it. It's conveniently located near attractions like the India Gate, and the lively atmosphere really gave me that authentic Indian vibe, which I loved. It would have been absolutely perfect if the metro station was a bit closer.
