This resort is massive but thankfully you can ask for an electric buggy to take you around. Be prepared for steps and steep hills everywhere! We stayed in the pod village and took a buggy to breakfast and the main hotel building, and from the ocean pool back to our room.
The ocean pool is large with a stunning view over the water. There were several loungers there, some shaded, some not. The smaller pool by the main reception was much quieter with less people.
Breakfast was a bit limited in options but ok, you had to queue for eggs, bacon or sausages.
The Sunset restaurant had beautiful views over the ocean and beach. You either walked down many stairs or took the elevator down to the beach.
The staff here were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our small dog was welcome, with only a small pet fee to pay.
We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Sihanoukville. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and very comfortable. The service from the staff was outstanding ,everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile.
We were also very impressed with the food. The meals were delicious, with a great variety of choices and high quality ingredients.
Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing. We greatly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the team. We would definitely recommend Novotel Sihanoukville to our friends and colleagues and look forward to visiting again in the future.

This place is a little slice of paradise. Great location in the middle of Saracen Bay, beautiful swimming pool with cosy cabanas and sun loungers. Lovely breakfast included with good food options - they have an on site baker so all bread is delicious, including pizza! Fire shows on the beach & live music, free kayaks available & you can book tours, get your laundry done, get a massage, whatever you need. In saying that, you are also close to all the other services on the island if you want some variety. The management & staff are super friendly & attentive. I’d go back there in a heartbeat!
Only spent a night. Upmonntjebgill overlooking the small city. I had a full bachelor suite with fridge and all the basics of a much longer stay. No cooking wear but I bet it’s brought into room if asked for on a longer stay The things I cared about I was happy with. Water pressure was good temperature controlled. Bed was the regional foam mattress that is common here and I’m not small, it was soft enough. Nice.
We stayed here for one night and honestly had a great experience. The room was spotless and felt very comfortable after a long day of traveling. The swimming pool was one of our favorite parts of the hotel, especially in the evening when the lights were on and the atmosphere was really relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted fresh. We also tried a few cocktails from the bar and enjoyed them while sitting by the pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and always greeted us with a smile. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel with great service. They have hot water, WiFi, a pool, and a bathtub. The room facilities are well-maintained. To access the rooms, you need your hotel card to activate the elevator, ensuring total comfort and security. I stayed for 3 days, 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

This hotel is an absolute paradise, where you can forget all your worries! We were met at the pier and helped with our luggage (even though the hotel is a 3-minute walk from the pier and there's a paved road). Our family room for four was a two-room suite with two double beds. The only downside is that the white, ornate furniture, upon closer inspection, is quite scuffed. Also, the shower is only separated by a partition on one side, so water splashes onto the floor from the other. Otherwise, everything in the room is great. The bedding and towels are clean, there's bottled drinking water, and you can get additional water from the fridge at reception anytime. Each room, as well as the restaurant, has foot showers.
The included breakfasts are delicious, offering fried eggs, pancakes or waffles, pastries, ham, cheese, sausages, rice or noodles with vegetables, and a large selection of fruits (mango, pineapple, orange, passion fruit, papaya, dragon fruit, watermelon). Lunches and dinners from the à la carte menu at the restaurant are also very good. The restaurant always has a pleasant atmosphere, sea views, and tables right by the beach. On some evenings, there's live music and a BBQ on the beach. Nearby in the village, there are other cafes of varying standards; the local ones are cheaper and tasty too, but the decor and service suffer. In the second half of our stay, we stopped looking for variety and only ate at the hotel restaurant.
The hotel beach is simply magical! Super white sand, turquoise clear water! There were always enough sun loungers. There are free paddleboards and kayaks, table tennis, and giant chess. The pool has plenty of inflatable rings, toys, and armbands for small children, which I saw people also take to the sea. There's also a cool surf club with an artificial wave. It's paid (I think $25 per hour), but we each received a card for a free hour of lessons during specific times. Our teenage son was thrilled. The restaurant has board games. The hotel also offers boat and tuk-tuk excursions. We took a private boat trip with snorkeling, fishing, BBQ, sunset viewing at sea, and glowing plankton. We didn't take the tuk-tuk as we decided there was no better beach than ours here. There's a massage parlor on the beach, with massages starting from $20 per hour, bookings at reception. We really enjoyed the massage.
I heard doubts from others about this hotel due to a road running between the hotel and the beach, but it's not at all bothersome, as traffic on this road is minimal.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel; it's worth the money and has everything for a wonderful and comfortable holiday.
Located in Prey Nob, Flame Resort and Bistro Sihanoukville is a great base to explore the city from.
Go for a swim in the property's pool. You can also check out the pool with view. During your stay, treat yourself with a visit to the on-site spa or massage room.
Finish your day off with a drink at the bar.
At this hotel, you'll also find facilities including a playground. The property's front desk offers service in 3 languages, including English. For extra convenience free luggage storage are available at the property as well.
Parking is available at the property.

The location of the hotel is good, it’s right by the beach and near the pier.
The staff is friendly, there was a lizard in our room, they helped us to catch it.
Cleanness should be improved. There were stains on the bed sheets and towels. The bathroom was smelly all the time.
The room was full of mosquitoes and they didn’t even have a raptor.
Before this, we stayed in another hotel where there was no mosquito because the hotel did some preventive treatment around the hotel, plus they had a raptor on in the room all the time.

What a marvelous and serene place! We really enjoyed the holidays there. Tube's staff was so helpful and nice, they did everything to make guests happy. The sea is like from the Maldives pictures. The houses are comfortable and well-designed, there is some terrace in front of each house to sit there and have rest. Loved it. Breakfasts were absolutely amazing, so much fruit, vegetables, meat and eggs, soup. I'd like to thank the owner and staff for the enjoyable time on the island.

AAnonymous UserEverything was perfect for my trip to this resort. It was a weekend, there were a lot of people. The room faced the sea, heard the sound of the waves, the night air was cool, but unfortunately the decorative lamp outside the room was damaged, making it dark around the room. But overall everything was good.
PPaul MelvilleBit of a mixed bag at this place but with some easy tweaks it could be perfection.
Good : Location, beach is clean, food is tasty, bar prices are good and Nas the bar manager makes a great cocktail, breakfast is plentiful and varied, pool is clean, sun beds, towels and paddleboards are available. Bioluminescence plankton is visible but you have to swim out away from the bright resort lights.
Bad : Room type Beach View Villa - Lots of mosquitos in the room as the bathroom is not sealed, would be good if they gave you a net for the bed and room spray as I got badly bitten overnight. Wifi is really bad, you only have 1 plug socket for the entire room which isn't next to the bed, the lights are either all on or all off (the wall lights are decoration apparently so aren't wired up) and again the switch isn't near the bed, and you have nowhere to hang clothes or swim wear to dry, a line or rack would be really useful.
Basically without tweaks the beachfront villa are overpriced.
The staff were incredibly helpful when trying to resolve issues. I would return but would book a Sea View Room which are slightly cheaper, sealed and had great WiFi.

AArtur GataulinWe stayed in “Eden Beach Resort” and want to share our experience.
Location is good because hotel has private pier, where the boat will take you from/to Sihanouk Ville. It was comfortable. I was impressed by the hotel green area as well 🌴
The hotel has their own water purification system, we drank tasty and fresh water everyday from reusable glass bottles.
Unfortunately we had some inconveniences in the hotel during our stay there.
Check in was a long time. We arrived on island 11 a.m. and waited check in 4 hours, 3 p.m. When we asked about a breakfast, we were told that breakfast not included this day, although previous hotels often went to meet us, and it was pleasant. Breakfast costs 12$ per person. Breakfasts was tasty but after few days I tired from it.
I would like to pay your attention with strays. Cats and dogs were in diner zone, they are they itched and got in the way. It made Unpleasant impressions.
I also want to say about some disadvantages about cleaning up rooms. In the morning time, when we spent time on the beach, our room wasn’t clean. If we went to walk, we asked the staff about cleaning our room. One day we didn’t ask about cleaning and we were left without cleaning 🤷🏾♀️
There were 4 towels in the room: 2 big towels, 2 small towels, which for face and hair (I think) but we used this towels for feet because there were no extra towels.
Totally staff working is good. Especially was pleasant administrator from Russian (as well as I remember Alex, but I can mistake). He helped our friends immediately (they had a problem with a safe and ordered double cleaning room because there is a lot of sand).
What about attractions?
The beach is good, near the hotel is clean but you should be ready for sand flyers. Oh Jesus! We were fully bited by them. Therefore our skin was swollen.
At the hotel you can rent a kayak. One day we paid 5 $ per hour. Then we were explained that it is necessary to pay only if there is the queue.
During check out we were waiting checking the rooms about 10 minutes. It’s not good 😁 a lot of more hotels refused this process.
Our final review.
Despite the some disadvantages our weekend in this hotel left a good impression. Place is beautiful, good, calm. There is a small work to improve the part of the service and cleaning, as well as control of the state of the territory and animals.

PProkOutstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026)
I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience.
From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed.
All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
One thing I really appreciated was the generosity:
• Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free
• The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu
• They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture
The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained.
I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia.
I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations
WWinnie99I had an excellent stay. The room is clean, tidy and very comfortable to live in. The landlord is sincere, straightforward and warm-hearted. They always help solve any problems in a timely manner, and communication has been smooth throughout. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserWe stopped over before heading to Koh Rong, so we only stayed one night. The staff is lovely. The room is very big. The bathroom is also big. Great soaking tub. Everything was clean, but the sealant around the glass shower and toilet is overdue for a replacement. This is close to the beach so I'm sure the upkeep is daunting due to the humidity.
Toiletries included shaving kit, toothbrushes, q-tips, etc. A full stock of toiletries was provided. Waters, lipton tea, instant coffees, robe and slippers.
We had a partial sea view and city view, which was beautiful to wake up to. We never stayed in this part of town before so we decided to try it out. To anyone coming in wishing to enjoy the streetfood or family nightlife, I would suggest visiting Ochheuteal Beach. It's a quick ride about 7-10min with a tuk tuk or car which are readily available around the hotel via Grab app.
We had dinner here and it was okay, I'd say 7/10. The burger beef patty was subpar, but the bun was surprisingly fresh. The beef lok lak was great. The spaghetti bolognese was sweet and not very good in our opinion. The fresh fruit juices were absolutely wonderful. We had pineapple and watermelon.
Breakfast had a great chicken broth kuyteav and other basic cereal/toast items. Some spread items and a menu for a la carte.
I would definitely say everything is very Asian and western friendly in my opinion. As we are a mixed group and were greatly satisfied with our stay.
All praises to the staff, they were all excellent. From the front desk check-in, bell hops, to the restaurant staff all 10/10.
We did not make it to the beach or pool to see how it was, unfortunately, but on all other regards I can definitely recommend this hotel.
