Arrived at this hotel and found a mall right downstairs 🏬. There's food, drinks, massages 💆🏻♀️, hair salons 💇🏻♀️, nail salons 💅🏻, and clothes and little trinkets too! Staying on the 20th floor offers great night views. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. I'll definitely come again! 😍

We enjoy staying at St Giles Southkey because its linked to the Midvalley mall. The rooms are large but showing its age. Hope management can refurbish the air-conditioning (when occupancy goes up, and it's frequently fully-booked by Singaporeans, the temperature also goes up as I think the equipment cannot keep up) Breakfast is well-managed by the staff. Security is good as parking is within the Midvalley mall itself.

It's comfortable to live in. It's clean and tidy. I'll come back to your place next time. It's also close to the shopping center. Overall, it's good. I'm satisfied. Thank you.

My second stay in the hotel but was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and sanitary standards. The toilet had a bad smell which spread all across the home. Flies were roaming about the place. Een though I booked a premier suite but there was no washing machine included. Compared to the first time stay which was more pleasant, this was much under average.

Overall experience was good and pleasant Room has a good view and clean Has complimentary breakfast and parking Just that during booking it was mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration but no basic decoration or complimentary cake to go along Unlike other hotels they will set-up a basic decor and provide a small cake when they are informed in advance Also, sent email to the hotel customer service but no response

My family and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had an excellent experience overall. Everything was excellent – the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities met all our needs, and check-in was smooth. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Clayton & Mr. Moore for helping us arrange a wonderful surprise birthday for my son, and to Mr. Nazrin and Ms. Marde for their outstanding service. This is more of an Airbnb-style guesthouse than a traditional hotel. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A minor drawback is the lack of universal power adapters, which could be inconvenient for those who haven't brought their own. The location is decent, on the outskirts of the bustling KSL mall. It's about a 15-20 minute walk, but only a 5-minute Grab ride. Considering the price, I think it's a worthwhile choice.

This unit at 39-09 is designed for my family liking, we are very happy to have selected this unit. Plus , a 2 queen bed in 1 room can sleep up to 4 pax. It comes with a filtered drinking water dispenser for hot n cold. Can see sunrise from the hall n should be able to see strait of malacca from the bigger room. Aircon n fans are installed in the rooms n hall. There are downlight, conceal light, n LED lights. Thus, this unit is not dim. TO NOTE : For the toilet, 1 is small n tight. If those tall guys above 1.8m, the leg might touch the wall when seated on the toilet seat. There isn't any open wardrobe or rack to hang clothes. Location is superb, cross the road, rows of shop house for nice local food, n there is an interesting cafe Carton King at the lobby. Is less than 5 min to KSL mall. Will come back again.

Nice and clean apartment well maintained. Host responsive too location near to city center easy to move around. Near to custom checkpoint. Will book again from same host next vacation.
