Overall, the room was okay and looked recently renovated, although the toilet door was difficult to close. Unfortunately, our room was still not ready when we arrived around 3pm, so we had to wait outside while the cleaners finished. The cleaners kindly offered us another newly cleaned room to wait in, but we chose to wait outside. The pool was nice and my kids really enjoyed it, although the pool could have been cleaner. The breakfast was quite disappointing for the price. The steamed pau, dim sum, roti canai and curry dhal were cold, the chicken rendang was very tough, and there wasn't much variety. The room and pool were enjoyable overall, but the hotel could improve the room readiness, pool cleanliness and especially the breakfast quality and temperature.

Stayed at Pegasus Hotel Shah Alam recently as im having seminar at IDCC. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean, though the design feels slightly dated. Basic amenities were provided and worked well. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a decent and very affordable option for a short stay in Shah Alam.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Lexis Port Dickson with our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the water chalet experience made our short getaway feel extra special. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It was a great place for a family gathering, and everyone had a lovely time together. The facilities were well maintained and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and created some beautiful family memories here. Would definitely consider coming back again for another family getaway. Highly recommended! ❤️

At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

The check in is set at 16:00. Nevertheless, when I reached the hotel at around 1.30pm, the room was ready for us. It was a pleasant surprise as we have experienced having to wait until almost 5pm before the room is ready at other hotel prior to this. Keep it up. Will surely be coming back in the future. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful too. There was a plethora of food selections to choose from.

Overall, everything was fine, and the cleanliness was good. However, if you're traveling independently without a car, it's not very convenient as there are no restaurants around the resort; you'll need to take a car to get anywhere. On the bright side, the beach is just a short walk away, and it's incredibly clean with sand as fine and soft as powder.

A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Thank you Lexis Hibiscus team for making this such an enjoyable and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The place peaceful and safe. Breakfast is so delicious. Good service. Room is big, my daughter very exciting. Mose important is pool for kids 0.3m and adult 1.3m I love so much.😍

Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!
