Anonymous UserI booked a King Room, but was upgraded to a Family Room instead. It was really spacious, although a bit too big and scary for just the two of us! 😂
I had requested a lower-floor room near the lift, but unfortunately my request couldn't be accommodated. Perhaps there were no rooms available, even though I made my booking in advance.
The room was quite dusty. On the bright side, the surroundings were beautiful. I didn't have time to use the swimming pool, but it looked huge and I'm sure kids would absolutely love it!
Overall, we had a good stay. One little thing—I booked my stay on my birthday and even left a remark, secretly hoping for at least a small birthday cake. Hahaha, but no luck! 🤣
Thank you, Thistle. I hope to see even better cleanliness on our next visit!

Stayed at Pegasus Hotel Shah Alam recently as im having seminar at IDCC. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean, though the design feels slightly dated. Basic amenities were provided and worked well. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a decent and very affordable option for a short stay in Shah Alam.

Guest UserMy stays when steps inn it was at wet carpet maybe they just come back from poolside... the bedsheet lucky dry and anyway the stays are convenient staycation, walking distance for fine foods is easy just it was quite far from PD town and far from Teluk Kemang. Must have its own transporter to travel. Good stays but the worst breakfast CHEF please improve cooking or else no breakfast. Luckily there have bunch of bread for breakfast cover. I truly enjoyed my stays there will travel again for another staycation. Thank you namastays

开心的小噜噜Booked a forest view room. The bed was really soft and pretty. The pool facilities were also a lot of fun. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from the room, which is truly amazing. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center.

Guest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything was well prepared when we arrived. The service was good and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The resort itself is beautiful, especially the sea view and private pool, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy within the resort.
The only downside is the location. It is quite far from the town and nearby attractions, so if you want to go out for food or sightseeing, you will normally need to take a Grab. The Grab fare is reasonable, but it is something to consider when planning your stay.
The breakfast was decent with a reasonable variety of food, and overall we enjoyed our stay. For a relaxing resort getaway, especially with family or as a couple, I would definitely recommend Lexis Hibiscus.

Kamije90Everything was excellent, from check-in to check-out. I regret only booking for one day; it's definitely better to book for two days for a more satisfying experience. The pool and beach were amazing! I'll definitely come back again. The food was also fantastic! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Truly the best!

Guest UserPerhaps due to the sea in Port Dickson not being as blue or clear as it once was, there weren't many guests, so the hotel proactively upgraded us to a better-located overwater villa. The quiet and comfortable environment provided us with a rare moment of relaxation. The room had a strong design aesthetic and good furnishings, though the facilities were a bit dated, which speaks to the high quality of the original renovation. There are pavilions along the walkway, perfect for watching the sunset.

DmitriyMarWe stayed for 9 nights, a family of 4. This is a very decent hotel, we have no complaints whatsoever. The food is tasty and quite varied. The rooms are visibly a bit dated, but everything works and is in good repair. Upon check-in, we found the safe wasn't working. We reported it to reception, and they fixed it within half an hour. There aren't many people in the hotel. The main influx is on Saturday and Sunday when people come from Kuala Lumpur for the weekend.
The beach is an 8-minute walk away. It's a public beach, and I'd give it a C-minus. It's a bit dirty, the water is murky, and it's shallow. If you go further into the sea, the bottom becomes silty. There's nothing around the hotel. The nearest small shop is about a 12-minute walk. There are only local-type power outlets, no USB ports.
The only downside in the room is the lack of any drying facilities for clothes. After using the pool, we had to dry our things wherever we could – on wardrobe doors, chairs, or the edges of the pool. Clotheslines in the room are really a must-have.
