Service awareness and level need to be improved

Prima verblijf. Comfortabele (superior) kamer. Jammer dat Kingsize twee losse bedden tegen elkaar betekende, maar dat lijkt de norm. Parkeergeld betalen voor een eigen terrein vind ik wel wat ver gaan. Maar zou opnieuw hier verblijven als ik in de buurt was.

Philip has been such a wonderful host, making our stay a pleasant one. The room was homey and clean. No issue with hot water or heat. The lock is an old fashion key lock, but it didn't bother me at all. The surrounding area is lined with patches of farm land, which brought about much welcome serenity. Approximately 15 minutes walking from Eindhoven Central Station. Nice and polite staff. Swimming pool, sauna available and was able to use them free of charge as the hotel guest. The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes away, main shopping street is like 6-7 minutes walking. Breakfast is available for payment, good selection of hot and cold options.
