During my stay at Otium Hotel Roosendaal I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look, the high level of comfort and the excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, near the Rosada shopping centre and easily accessible from the motorway – ideal for both business travellers and tourists. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylishly decorated with an eye for detail. The bed was wonderful and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night. The bathroom was also modern, with a lovely rain shower and luxurious toiletries. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. From check-in to check-out I was helped warmly and professionally. The breakfast was also extensive and of good quality, with fresh products and enough choice for everyone. A big plus is also the fitness and wellness area where guests can relax – a nice extra after a day in the city or a business meeting. In short, Otium Hotel Roosendaal offers comfort, style and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree stay!

The hotel room is very large and clean, the location is outside the city but the taxi is very close, and the breakfast is not bad. The only thing is that the service is almost, because the prepaid accommodation has accommodation, breakfast fee and city tax are paid at the front desk at check-in, check-out time is not as good as the on-site water bill, left the mailbox to send the water bill, has not received, and then contact the hotel, the hotel said that it is booked through the platform, Let me find the platform to ask for a water bill, here is thick: [The hotel can't open]. I thought it was my English that I didn't make it clear. I sent the water bill to other colleagues on a business trip and said that I wanted such a document, but the hotel would never reply to the email again. 😂

Service awareness and level need to be improved

Prima verblijf. Comfortabele (superior) kamer. Jammer dat Kingsize twee losse bedden tegen elkaar betekende, maar dat lijkt de norm. Parkeergeld betalen voor een eigen terrein vind ik wel wat ver gaan. Maar zou opnieuw hier verblijven als ik in de buurt was.

The front desk is very good, the health is very clean, and the travel is very convenient.

Good hotel. The check in is quick. The hotel was so full. I got the room very far from reception. Good part is that they build Good connection, can walk from inside. Room is good, spacious and luxurious.

The staffs were very pleasant, the location of the hotel is perfect, the ambience is 100/100. Pictures don't do justice to this hotel, its value for your money.

Nice hotel that is well located close to the central ‘*****’ in Eindhoven. Quiet , comfortable and cosy rooms. The hotel has a gym and a spa but i didn’t have an opportunity to use either- next time!
