Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and ******* nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)
The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋
The hotel was amazing and the location is ideal (next to the metro and Erasmus bridge), it is also near big attractions and the staff is lovely ! I would definitely recommend:)
Fine large clean room (own choice), but in the toilet still a last paper rest not washed and a long female hair in the shower, iehhh! Beds and kiss lovely! Breakfast greatly expanded. Location is close to the beach but in the middle of a pressing crosspoint, a little ‘nouja view' . Service reception and restaurant super friendly!
Nice hotel. Our room was not like many photos on the official page, but still a good room. The location is isolated but near Keukenhof. There is a very nice walk near the hotel to visit flower fields for free.
The restaurant is a little bit expensive compared to quality, but it’s ok.
Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.
With a stay at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin in Noordwijk (Noordwijk aan Zee), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Duinrell and Noordwijk aan Zee Beach. This beach hotel is 9 mi (14.5 km) from Keukenhof Gardens and 6 mi (9.7 km) from Zandvoort Beach.

If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness center. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and babysitting (surcharge).
Enjoy French cuisine at Latour, one of the hotel's 3 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the 24-hour room service. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. To-go breakfasts are served on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM for a fee.
Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 254 air-conditioned rooms featuring minibars and flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with bathtubs or showers feature designer toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and desks.
Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax.
Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine.
The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap.

It is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. It is good and practical to explore Leiden and get to Schiphol airport. Rooms are big enough for two persons. This time we stayed on the 11th floor. It is more cumbersome to get there as you have to change elevators, but the room was more spacious. The newly renovated reception looks good.
A very cost-effective hotel in The Hague Parking is very convenient, 150m walk The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is very exquisite, highly recommended You can walk to the beach and the Ferris wheel
Very close to business area but also easy to reach the city centre by pubic transport. The gym is very good and the spa amazing. the bistro is average quality.
Great Hotel! Rooms: Very modern rooms and big rooms. The bed is comfortable and the pillows too. Enough space for luggage and a nice big wardrobe. The bathroom is very modern and new. Very clean too! Hotel itself: -Has a big parking spot outside in front of the Hotel. - nice and friendly staff - they have a restaurant - nice and big lobby area - do bike rentals.
Absolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.
