Nice hotel, nice hotel room. I'm sorry I had to ask for a shower and shampoo, but this was fixed immediately! So go on top!

There is no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I asked the front desk for two sets. When I checked out, I actually charged the cost of 6.6 Euro toothbrush and toothpaste. I was speechless.

It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes). The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room. The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.

Hotel was very nice, beautiful rooms. Very friendly staff. However, the spa did not live up to our expectations. It was smaller than it looked on the pictures. Also, the gym was very small, it had few gym equipment. Overall it was a nice stay with beautiful views on the beach and the city.

Great hotel in a central location of Leiden, near the old town centre and near central train station, which is only a 11 minutes train ride from the Hague. Parking available.

Nice NH with pool and some wellness facility. Everything was good apart from having to wait for the room to get ready. We checked in at around 16:20 but the room was not ready for another 25 min.
