Hotels With Pools in Central Luzon, Philippines

At first they gave us old room, which the smell of room was really off so I asked them if we can get the first room that we experienced 2 weeks ago, receptionist ask me to give additional 500php to upgrade our room and yes we’ve got the first room we experienced. We will keep on coming back as long as we will get the new rooms hehe

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were professional and friendly, making the check-in process quick and efficient, which made me feel right at home. * **Environment and Facilities:** The hotel lobby has a stylish design, and the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were complete, showing attention to detail at every turn. * **Service Quality:** The staff were always smiling and eager to help, quickly responding to any inquiries, whether about transportation, dining recommendations, or extra requests. * **Location:** The hotel is centrally located with convenient transportation, within walking distance to major attractions and business districts, making it perfect for both leisure and business travel. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. Not only are the facilities excellent, but more importantly, the service is thoughtful, truly embodying a 'customer-centric' approach. I would not hesitate to choose this place again and will recommend it to friends and family.

The environment is great, and the hotel has two swimming pools, one on the ground floor and another on the sixth floor. The beach is right in front of the hotel, making it a perfect spot for families and couples to visit and relax. However, the only downside is the cold attitude of the front desk staff. It feels like people in Subic, in general, have this cool demeanor; when you ask questions, the staff seems to answer reluctantly and superficially. Also, the underground parking lot is chaotic with cars parked haphazardly.

I really loved the vibe and scenery of the resort—it was such a relaxing place to stay. The room was perfect; everything was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. However, there were a couple of downsides. When we checked in, there was no WiFi, and we were informed that the internet provider had ongoing issues. Unfortunately, this wasn’t fixed throughout our stay. Additionally, the pool could use some improvement in terms of water clarity. The water appeared blurry and gray, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a great experience, but these small issues could be improved to make the stay even better.

Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

The hotel’s staff are friendly and service oriented. The room is spacious, clean and fresh scent along with the high-end branded (Balmain) bathroom amenities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

nice and clean

Excellent location right in the middle of the action. Very nice pool. Staff always helpful with any issue you may have. The only negative I can talk about is the water pressure in the shower…Cold water it’s fine …Hot water it’s a dribble. If that was changed I would score orchid inn 11/10.
