I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. We stayed for 1 night on the way from Tbilisi to Cappadocia, took 2 rooms. The hotel is in a residential area, high on a mountain. It will be problematic to get there without a car. The hotel is of urban type, there is no territory as such. Parking on the street in front of the hotel, there is enough space. The rooms are normal, freshly renovated, although in one room there was mold in places on the wall in the corridor. There are slippers, but I think there were no robes. Large balcony, large bed. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is included. Such an alternative to the classic Turkish breakfast: on a large plate - a tray with divisions there is a lot of everything, but little by little: French fries, sausage and a piece of fried sausage, boiled egg, sliced ​​​​tomato-cucumber, greens, pepper, olives, cheese, butter, honey, jam. Fresh bread, tea - unlimited. We had a good rest and with renewed strength went on. Thank you First Joy Hotel.

الفندق جيد جدا الغرفة تم حجز غرفة بالشرفة المكان بعيد عن الميدان والأسواق ولكن المطعم المقابل على البحر كان ممتاز ولذيذ خدمة الفندق ممتازه وسريعه ولكن يوجد بعض الاشياء مكسوره بالغرفه مثل الستارة جهاز المكيف ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات كثيره وامنه السيارة التي تم استأجرها تم حكها من شخص اخر

My vacation was very pleasant and relaxing. The beautiful view, in particular, made every day special. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a great deal of comfort. The friendly and helpful staff rounded off the stay perfectly.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

The view is beautiful, and the room Klask is typical and kind of old, interested in the prolongation I advise him to book in the hotel, but to care about the beauty of the drowning and the beauty of the design what I recommend to rent them.

Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo. Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno. L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale. La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.
