I had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. What truly made it exceptional was the extraordinary team working there—every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. The room was a beautiful blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, spacious and immaculately maintained. As a foreign visitor, I found the hotel incredibly welcoming and easy to navigate, with staff always ready to assist. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything. An unforgettable experience made possible by outstanding people.

Everything is good for the price. Room is clean, well maintained. Thou the bed and room size not as I expected. Staff are efficient and prompt in replying my email. Free shuttle service to/from airport, tung chung which bring much convenience. Just the room size - with 2 26 inch luggages too small to move around. Bed not as comfy. Linens not bad thou. Didn’t manage to visit pool and gym as it’s just a layover for us.

Very spacious clean suite. Surprisingly comes with powder room. Bathroom with both shower and tub. Microwave and Nespresso. Added bonus they installed a filtered water sprout. I wish I had more time to enjoy those amenities. Location very convenient to Wan Chai station. Lastly, all my encounters with the staffs were met with efficiency with enthusiasm to make my travels easier. So nice of the staff and my appreciation. Must stay longer next time. Kudos to Trip.com for ease of booking and search this gem of a hotel through their app.

Beach Hotel, nice comfortable room with beautiful view, environment was nice enjoy a nice layout with family near beach. When I ask the manager from conciage asking for if there us any empty carton, hus answer was dont have dont know. But after I meet this lady name Ms SELBY, she was so helpful even arrange and send to my room. She was so kind and helpful, make the hotel grading another star above. Thanks to her. Will like to come back again.

The check-in process was smooth. However, activities like character greetings (an important aspect for Disney fans!) were not introduced unless we specifically asked. This was different from our past visits. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that there were no birthday cards or small gifts for birthday guests, which we had received during past visits. We were only given a birthday pin, and they didn’t even ask for the birthday star's name to personalize it.😔 And there were no rearrangements for activity suspension in case of rain. We were supposed to meet mickey at the activity. On a positive note, thanks to Tommy from the recreation team! He responded to my inquiries and helped me check the character greeting times, allowing me to get another chance to meet Mickey!💛

It’s a hidden gem in the city! I stay at Royal View Hotel for 3 weeks, staff are so nice and helpful. Especially the overnight front desk staff really help me a lot! The best thing is the shuttle bus, every 15 minutes from 7am to 11pm, no need to worry about no convenience store nearby! The room was upgraded and the view is stunning. Definitely will stay here again!

The room is big and the bathroom is ok. The view was unmatched! I asked for a room away from the elevator and luckily could see the marina. Breakfast is good and varied, location is great. Nothing stood out in particular but i would recommend it. We stayed during a typhoon T10 and would’ve liked the hotel to make more recommendations to the guests, who are probably not used to experiencing this type of weather. I would’ve felt safer if some instructions on safety precautions or evacuation were left in the rooms.

Really enjoyed this trip in Hong Kong. Staying for a couple of days in this hotel with family members, we booked 3 rooms. The first impression at the reception was wonderful as we arrived after midnight ... we are all tired. They handle us well and can feel the team are all well trained.👍👍👍 The hotel room is large and very well designed. Very comfortable and we had good rest after a lot of walking n shopping. Location is also another plus point; it is close to many shopping areas and surrounded by many good foods. Highly recommended, and we will come back to this hotel again for our next Hong Kong trips.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location near to railway lines, making it easy to explore all the best attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the staff Leo was extremely helpful to arrange early check-in even though it was a busy time. I recently stayed at the Regal Hongkong Hotel in Causeway Bay and had an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more luxurious room, which was spacious and offered stunning city views. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping and dining, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong!
