I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient — right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city’s key attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally polite and hospitable from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the standout features was the breakfast. It was truly impressive — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, beautifully presented and regularly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, this hotel delivers both comfort and convenience with top-notch service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Very nice resort located on the top of Jabal Hafeet mountain. Excellent swimming pool, kids activities, water slides, surrounded by mountains, excellent rooms with service, mouth watering breakfast. Perfect for families and couples

I recently stayed at the Millennium was impressed by its great location and excellent service. The staff and environment here are much better compared to the Millennium property in downtown Dubai, making it a more pleasant experience overall.   The only drawback was the curtains in the room—they couldn’t fully close in the middle, allowing light to seep in every morning, which acted as an unintended wake-up call.   If they can resolve this minor issue, it would make the stay perfect. Regardless, it’s a fantastic option in Abu Dhabi and one I’d recommend.

The place is very accessible and location wise.. And we want to give thank to Mr. Aldrin and Ms. Rachell i admired they are very warmth and they accomodating to the guest though it was our first time there but they assist us althrough out.. thank you very much..

This hotel is excellent value for money. It is in a superb location and is very accessible for taxis to come and pick you up. The rooms are large and well furnished. I found the shower a bit irritating as it proved impossible to keep in position! The rooftop pool is a pleasant extra and has a lifeguard presence with a very reasonably priced bar too. The restaurant can be a bit chaotic when it’s busy but it is kept clean. You definitely get what you pay for and I would stay there again if travelling on a budget.

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. We frequently stay in this hotel and the staffs always give us warm welcome. We had a wonderful and memorable experienced as I booked for a premium twin room and they upgraded us in family suite free of charge.The room was stunning,very spacious,clean and beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations. The location is very accessible too, there is restaurants inside the hotel,outside restaurants,banks and supermarkets are just walking distance. I highly recommended this hotel and we are definitely coming back as this one of my favorite hotel too.

The hotel WAS a beautiful hotel, perhaps 20 years ago. No renovation seems to have taken place, hence everything is as it was. It is clean. The ”kitchen” in the Junior Suite is not existent: just the fridge. Not even a spoon. Emptiness. The lack of reserved parking must be seriously taken into account: if you have a car expect spending between 1/2h and 1h to find a parking place in the area, after dinner.

It’s was a pleasant stay, location is great, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are in very good condition, just maybe bathroom maintenance could use some improvement, it was always leaking water (at least in our room, not sure about others), so the floor in the bathroom was always wet. Other than that it’s a great place to stay, would definitely come back for the next trip!

Disappointing. I had previously stayed at the Conrad before and eagerly awaiting coming back to it. However, the room was not as nice as I remembered. The view from the window was obscured by water streaks or something? Reception were nice but check in was a bit bothersome asking to put money on Hilton Honors, if I had a card for luggage collection, and when they asked if I would use the mini bar and I said no, they actually sent someone to the room to lock it. It didnt feel very welcoming. Food was good quality but expensive and Rays Steakhouse was also closed for the summer. The adult pool is only waist height, good for people lounging around but not for actually swimming. They have a decent gym and complimentary access to the Observation deck is nice.

I had an amazing experience at Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the calm and quiet atmosphere made me feel completely relaxed — exactly what I needed. The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which added a personal touch to my stay. The valet parking was very convenient and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding breakfast — a great variety, fresh ingredients, and perfect start to each day. Honestly, everything about the stay was perfect. From now on, I’ve decided that whenever I visit Abu Dhabi, this will be the only hotel I’ll choose. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and peace in the heart of the city.
