There is nothing to say about the location. The main thing to go to this place is to take the cable car. I didn’t remind you when I made the reservation. Fortunately, we arrived not very late. I drove up the mountain directly, but it turned out that the car couldn’t go up, so I went down obediently and took the cable car up. , After a few hours of tossing around, I didn't check in until 11 o'clock. 😅

Halfboard menu was normal in terms of flavour. The grilled trout tasted much better than the other pork option. No aircon in the rooms but surrounding temperature was luckily not too hot during our stay. Jacuzzi was amazing with views of the mountains (but facing the breakfast location) and suitable temperature, even provided us with comfortable slippers. Check in was smooth and staff were more than willing to offer help.

Great mountain view room with balcony. Love the view!!! Spacious room. Reception staffs was lovely and welcoming, didnt catch her name - lady in blonde hair. Welcome drink was a prosecco. Breakfast was huge spread! Hotel offers transfer from train station.

為了把因特拉肯周邊小鎮閉環打卡，這次上山選擇了米倫小鎮作為雪郎峯的山腳落腳點。攜程上選了好久，還是選擇了新開的的相對設施作為齊全的palace皇宮酒店。 設施： 相當於山頂五星級標準。有市內游泳池、健身中心、宴會廳等一系列配套。就是泳池找了好久，誤入了運動俱樂部的進口，其實酒店有專門的通道和changingroom，還有shower設施。 房間在瑞士來説是比較大的，但是中間有根斜跨的房樑影響了觀感和行走的空間，乾濕兩區分的太遠，其實在使用時是不太方便的，濕區還缺少廢紙簍等物品影響使用。 衞生： 公共區域和房間都很乾凈，主要還是剛開業不久，樓道里新裝修的味道還比較重。外部還有未整修完畢的痕跡，特別是地面還有垃圾，下雨天會比較泥濘。 環境： 那是不用説了，直麪雪山景和懸崖峭壁，就是我們入住當天天氣一般，所以影響了整個體驗。 服務： 五月份集中供暖就停掉了，但是山上衹有五六度，非常寒冷，房間裏冷的發抖，洗澡區沒有格擋，洗澡會比較冷。沒有電熱水壺，要靠德龍咖啡機燒熱水，但是我們房間那個也是壞的。 總的來説，3000左右的房價對於山頂小鎮來説可以理解，但是設施上可以做的更好一些。

It's close to the train station, but it's tiring to push luggage up and down the hill. I don't recommend staying in this small town. The service staff are very polite. The balcony room has a beautiful view, but the best photo spot is still at the entrance of the train station. The elevator is too small. The breakfast is the simplest among all the hotels we have stayed in for more than a month.

The hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

The couple who own and rent the chalet are amazing. Really handful and happy people. I really felt at home as it is a little house guest. Great views and very close to the town! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it!!!

Jingmei, the service is very good, but the bed is too soft, and it is a big bed made of two single beds. It would be perfect if these two problems can be solved.

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. Nice location beautiful view over the town, staff was super friendly and kind , breakfast was one of the best I had in Switzerland. The room was warm and cozy. great place to stay👍🏻
